number of members is the raid lobby limit, but signups is how many people get pinged for the raid being posted and want to raid the boss, we had a raidday for mega heracross so i dont imagine too many people want to raid it anymore, with strong flying/psychic/fire types you could solo or duo it fairly easily however

If you click on the next lvl it tells you how much it needs to mega evolve to get there. There's also a cooldown which you can see above its name. You can choose to mega it everyday but that will cost mega energy. If you dont wanna use mega energy every day you can wait for the cooldown to finish, to mega it for free.

Heya, sorry for late reply, yea you can just add people and only 1 person needs to be stood at a raid and they can invite friends to fight it remotely, if you arent stood at the raid you need to use a remote raid pass which is more expensive than using a premium pass but you have to be at the raid to use a premium

You can eyeball the IVs since they're out of 15

But most people use an app called Pokegenie which overlays over pokemon go and can scan the appraisal screen and tell you the numbers without having to look at and guess them

If you have a Pokemon you want to shiny hunt, you first need to set it with the Poketwo bot. You do that by using the command @vale eagle sh (pokemon name)
You then need to set the shiny hunt with Sierra using /tag (pokemon name)
No parentheses in commands.
