Meta right now is kind of challenging, lots of good to use pokemon that are very hard to get like lickitung (very expensive to power up), cresselia (very hard to get below 1500 cp. Go to pvpoke com (I didn't include the dot because you can't send links) and find the best Pokemon. Honestly just use a team that have pokemon with strength against the other pokemon weakness (ie if you have a flying type also have a ground if the opponent has an electric).

@hidden moat because a masterball aint worth a shiny. I caught over 1200 shinies without a single one that ran. With and without berries or ultra balls. If you see a raid hundo or a bird, you will regret using your masterball 100%

@hidden moat yeah,but catching a regular shiny is just really easy. And you will encounter another one in the future anyways, and the iv's of a random shiny are 99% of the time really poor. So using a masterball on something that you can catch really easy without the masterball is a waste in my eyes.
