make the trains in wild west move so you can hop on while it moves so you can transport faster around the area. you would be able to shoot while in the train, but people can also shoot you back or shoot the train compartment your in so it blows up and you take damage
take out radical reef, and make a more water themed area, instead of just shells and houses. LIke some1 said before, you should add something like boats or like some water-themed transrporter so you could travel around the area.
take out space base. The only "space" themed thing in the area is the moving circle in the middle. Instead, add planets, (like jupiter, mars, neptune, etc) andbasically make them houses. put some chests and loot in there. I guess you could also put a sun in the middle, so where you get too close to it you take some damage. you could also put somthing with spaceships in the area as well
menacing magma is fine, maybe something the game could add are volcano(s). they could also erupt. there could be an entrance without a door in the middle which has chests and loot inside, but if the volcano erupts, you would have to go through lava and take damge, maybe 8 damage per tick
mystic forest is probably the least interesting for me. There are barely any trees. I encourage adding a different map

Quite frankly, Goo Gun is a bit weak compared to other options.
It is held back by its slow projectiles, so whipping it around can counteract this. Goo Gun also has to have sustained fire to be most effective, which is made harder by the slow projectile. Burst damage weapons like a Pump can outDPS it close range or Bolt Action Snipers making it obsolete at long ranges. Goo Gun thrives in this sort of middle medium range, and though the projectile is slow, it does help to pair it up with an AR-15 (or any weapon that can deal serviceable burst damage; basically a shotgun or AR of your choice). Think of the Goo Gun as more of a combo weapon to apply more pressure to some already oppressive pressure capable of dealing more damage rather than just using it on its own.

There's a reason why Stimpack doesn't decrease your reload time, and it's because of stuff like this, however it doesn't really matter when it increases your DPS. The only downside is you sacrifice one slot to carry it and need a second to drink it, but its all good because the only thing you need to say if you wanna win is "Drink a bottle of Stimpack."
I wouldn't say Stimpack is overpowered, but more so what you pair with it to make it most effective. Bolt Action Snipers don't benefit from Stimpack because the speed of which you fire still remains the same, with almost every shotgun either needing to be at breathing distance to be most effective, which is cut down by knockback from the Pump Shotgun and the lackluster damage that is the KSG. Only shotgun worth running with Stimpack would be the Assault Shotgun since the firerate is already good and made better with it.
Now Stimpack and SMGs is a whole different story, as instead of being a hit or miss weapon, you're using a weapon that requires sustained fire to make the most out of it. This is only amplified with Stimpack, as your already fast clip dump becomes even faster with it, making it a very oppressive combo.
I should also mention Pistols as well, specifically the Silenced Pistol and Dual Berretas, which I think are two weapons currently slept on. A Silenced Pistol is essentially a portable M4 with the downside being that you sacrifice half your clip. The upsides however, is that you can immediately fire the weapon when switching from another weapon (which is something everything can do with a bit of delay), and it's a pistol, meaning you retain your mobility while firing it instead of slowing down. The Dual Berretas can deal up to 10 damage with the Rare version, and it has 24 bullets, which may sound worse than an MP5 or P90 but it has no falloff. Both of these weapons are also enhanced with Stimpack.
Lastly, the mobility boost is pretty valuable, since speed is very important in something fast like Zombs.

From the looks of it, Stimpack allows you to go as fast as you would in Radical Reef, which may not look like much, but the fact that this applies everywhere when you drink it (even stacking with the Radical Reef speed boost), is something that equals very fast. Zombs is pretty adaptable but Stimpack can throw people off with the speed, and the weapon boost.
Oh did I mention the AR-15?
AR-15s are by far some of the quickest weapons in ZR in terms of DPS. If you've ever seen a bot floating around, you'd know that a bot with an AR-15 can shred your health if you're not careful. Due to its quick burst of bullets, Stimpack easily makes this go from oppressive, to "How do I even begin to approach this." You are bound to take a good chunk of damage if someone decent decides to come at you with Stimpack, and for the receiving end, it's not really fun.

Also Stimpack's mobility boost makes it a great option for escaping if you either have low health or don't feel like fighting, as you easily outrun your enemy.

In addition, the stimpack makes the AK-47 seem fully automatic, which is great if you are accurate enough to pop off a few shots with the AK. If one has a Epic AK, they only need to hit 12 shots to kill an opponent with 200 hp (This does not include possible bolt/shotgun/grenade hits). The stimpack making the AK essentially work like a buffed M4 is very good. The same goes for the MG-36. The MG-36 has a sub-par fire rate for an automatic rifle, and the stimpack with the 90-round magazine and 17 dmg makes it insane. There are games in which I just store 2 stimpacks and just drink quickly in final circle to shred through 5 other players as fast as I possibly can.

You hear everyone talk about "Nerf Goo Gun" or "Nerf P90" or "Remove Vector" and when you ask them why, they either don't have a reason or just call them spammy weapons. Ok, that's a vague statement. You didn't go into depth about what makes them so annoying other than stating that it is annoying. You're simply saying that the nature of the weapon is what makes it overpowered. You don't really stop and think about your interactions in depth and instead take them at face value. If you want to go toe to toe against these weapons, you must go in depth and see what happened and how you died from them. Learn from your defeats, rather than complaining about them. It's only when you actually get out there, when you begin to actually learn how to counter things such as the Vector or Goo Gun. If you get killed quickly by the Vector because you were standing too close, you should learn that you shouldn't get up close and instead stay far away from the user, unless you're willing to risk a will aimed and timed Pump Shotgun shot. Remember that what spam weapons have in common is that they need sustained fire and contact with you to deal the same amount of damage a Pump Shotgun could do in a single shot.
I will reiterate myself here. Annoying does not equal overpowered. Sure, the Vector can do upwards of 24 damage (if I recall correctly) in a single shot, but to get that you have to be at breathing distance from your target, and the Vector also suffers from terrible damage falloff just like the Silenced SMG. You may be able to do ridiculous damage up close, but at the tip of your range where your weapon spread also starts to get worse, it can deal as little as 9. The Minigun for example, may only deal only 9 damage, but it has no falloff, far more range, and is balanced by its slow speed.
Thinking about the mechanics, is how you can deduce what's wrong and how to balance.

While the weapon is useless in an area with no walls or houses since it deals 9 damage, once you're in a house, it really goes off.

The Rubber Gun used to have 30 max balls with a 1 second reload, then it got toned down to 21 with 2 seconds of reloading, and then the damage got tweaked.

Since the more bounces each ball performs equals more damage, it can deal up to 20-21 damage max. One of the best displacement weapons if your enemy just doesn't wanna leave the house.

Opening and closing a door while popping a few rounds in may be a simple "Please leave", but the Rubber Gun just says "Please leave and never come back."
