dont know if i get u right but if facebook is your log in into ZR and u delete it you will then also lose your ZR account!!!
u cant switch the log in account, once u have chosen google, facebook, discord or apple play unfortunately this cant be changed,
best imo is google or facebook because u can log in at any platform (PC app, browser on PC or MAC, mobile), discord log in works only for PC app and apple play as far as i know only on iphone,
and NEVER use a school account to create log in cause there the settings r blocked and u cant change the email

scrims r done by clans or ZR players from other discord servers, goto #clans-talk , join some server and look at their announcement when they host scrims, to get in the scrim u have to switch region and gamemode like the scrim hoster tells u, game hoster makes countdown and then all hop into game, so basically its nothing else but a public lobby where people arrange to meet in the same game to scrim each other
