if it is windowed u can go to ZR settings and switch from"windowed" to "fullscreen" or u can start a game (any gamemode) and hit the third button top left,

not sure if this solves your problem but just try, one possibility is that the log in has often some delay, if you close your browser when it shows the message to close it sometimes the log in isnt finished, just dont close the browser and see if the log in then works

Can someone help me with the login system? I tried to login to my alt account months ago from gmail but it doesn't allow me to login. It says you have successfully logged in on the web browser but when I close it and go to the game it just has the loading symbol on the top left of the login methods, I tried logging in with my main account but it still stays the same. Thats called the inventory glitch, usually u can drop a weopon and ur game will start functioning again but the slot will stay broken and u wont be able to drop weapons with that slot.......its usually cuz of your mouse(not sure) try to fix ur mouse dpi/sensitivity

hi i would like to report a problem where when i play with a friend the game takes a while to load in and when it shows it kicks me out of the game and puts me in the lobby with my friend who is in the game. I don't know why but i think this happens when i play with a specific friend because i played with another friend a few times had that bug but it immediately put me back in the game but when my other friend joined and when we were ready it was loading for a while then it kicked me out but not my friends. u usually do not lose your ZR account but lose the google or facebook or ... account u use to log into ZR and by this cant log in into ZR any more, what u have to do in this case is to get back your google or facebook or ... account then u again have access to your ZR account,
thats why usually noone here can help, your friend must contact google or facebook or ... to get back this account, good luck 🍀

guess its a school account, your ZR is linked to that google account and its not possible to change this,
the only thing u can do is to ask your school if they allow that u keep your google account as a private account when u finish school,
the matter is that u keep THIS google account but to connect this google account to a PRIVATE email of yours (currently it is connected to your school email), this is done in the settings of the google account, when its a school account the settings r locked and your school needs to unlock them for u so u can change the google log in email,
