For future reference we did have a spending event guide in the pins. Getting valkyrie fragments is arguably one of the least valuable options because most of the valks including HoS are farmable now with no actual meta uses. Not a big deal overall. Just keep this in mind for future spending events.

For spending willpower, we have a different pin for that. Mainly focus on valks that can be unlocked in elysian realm.

Different craftable things want different kinds of crystallytes. They are separated by damage element/typing (fire = red, gray = physical, etc)

So look up what you want to craft first and focus on the materials it wants. If you have nothing in mind then you can work towards having a stock of everything in case something comes up in the future.

it doesn't matter too much overall. The only reward from ranking higher in arena is just Ancient Willpower which isn't important, but we can still discuss more if you're interested anyway.

maybe you can try PAWS dps with LP and VBm supports, but VBm doesn't match the ring type and PAWS has type disadvantage here.

Can also consider LP dps with VBm and PAWS support. PAWS doesn't match the team but you can still benefit from a portion of her stigmata effects. LP doesn't suffer from type disadvantage but not having a third RoO does make her lose alot of damage.

LP also doesn't really have alot of attacks that slows down the timer for arena

beside, they just need to do 11 runs for the main reward

You can try both and quit before finalizing a top difficulty score, then pick the one that scored the highest.

I would not really use the in game recommendations as they in many cases are very out of date.
Memorial Arena and Abyss are different game modes. MA wants you to distribute your valks between 2 bosses( 3 past breakthrough) and Abyss wants you to clear stages with one team. Set bonus is the effect that is activated by having multiple stigmata of the same set on the valk. I am not sure what you mean with set effect and I don't think I understand your last question?
