all the hair line just make it seem to be the inner hair one

You’re missing the back of the head. You should make a clear distinction of where the mandible is, where it curves up, and where it ends. Mouth will typically sit a little above but almost in line with where the mandible curves up into the the cheek bones. So you’re mouth is too low. The eyes and eyebrows are sitting on two different levels and are at different angles. Inner corners of the eyes will always line up together and so will the outer corners.
