Depends... Songque is a bit outdated and not being able to easily get her weapon kinda exemplifies the problem. However, if you are building part 2 teams and have a missing support to fill a WoD or LoA team she's good enough. Otherwise Astral Op Songque is nice but somewhat old so there's a chance she might be outclassed in the near future. Still a lot better than Dreamseeker if you don't have others.
