If you are a f2p meta player, you should not pull gacha AstralOps - only players who are retaining or trying to retain Nirvana should consider it if they have the funds (unlikely for f2p players).

Reasons:

• Dreamseeker is good enough despite being free.
• Too expensive, especially if they need SS (~20-30k).
  • AstralOps have the same cost as a gacha weapon, therefore pulling one may result in being unable to afford a Valkyrie's weapon down the line (for meta players, this means skipping said Valkyrie entirely).
• The damage and score increase they provide in Redlotus and below is often minimal and not needed to retain.

massive writeup incoming

basically durandal deck except i drop rita for bronya to draw and sustain better

alot of the costlier cards are traded out for cards that can get hand advantage or disrupt opponents

Note the base durandal ult ramp up in cost in the same turn, so consider spacing it out. Maybe you can fish for a evolve card and have durandal's 3rd ult bring up the other one.

prioritize evolving rather than spending ults. Early damage isn't important. Although sometimes it can be ok to spend a cheap ult if the opponent evades too much and you want to fish for a bronya qte to draw a card.

once teri is evolved, you can dudu ult > teri for sp > bronya for draw/barrier

once dudu is evolved, you can try to hoard sp and attacks, and just nuke. Start with dudu's ult to bring up her attack. Once sp is depleted, spend attacks to swing with her higher attack > this regens sp to further ult. Note third ult costs a card in hand but restores sp. At this state she basically 2 shots everything and you can gain 3-4 points in one turn.

If you get coralie's hammer, can put it on bronya and/or teri. Can burn several attack cards on them early on when building sp (i think it triggers only once per turn so just stop once it lands. people burn all their evades on it or like to target removing it when it really shouldn't be that bad lol). For late when durandal is swinging high, you can save one attack card after they QTE in last when the opponent has exhaust their evades, and burn away any remaining card they have. Prioritize teri if she's evolved since she's higher attack (durandal nuke > teri QTE > attack > maybe bronya QTE)

I tried playing with SP reduction but i think people still overflow anyway when they can't do much with cards.

Ult gives 1 stack, iirc battle entry does as well, then use CA to consume 2 stacks to gain 1 stack for big CA, do that again and when you have 2 stacks for big CA do big CA
