its meant to be like a do it slowly over years type achievement. Probably started back before expeditions were an automated thing and you had to do them manually. but i'd look for some low stamina stages before chapter 7 so you can bring most any p1 valk in there and just stomp the enemies quickly, but that would still be weeks worth of stamina if you grinded that out
