if we now take a look at your valks we can see that 3 of your current valks have the astral ring tag/attribute ( the game is a bit inconsistent about this itself), you have vita, sparkle and songque

you can also filter after astral ring specialisations in game, the attribute below a specialisation is always the correspoding attributes which your supports should ideally have

RoO is a bit of an outliner since they always count towards the leader bonus while not being able to interact with ring exclusive mechanics, at the same time RoO team building is also a bit more restrictive than what you'd expect
