If HFS swaps in grounded, then you can ult to rise and then immediately hold attack to enter herrscher mode and cancel the full rise

You tend to stay on the full animation of HS spear. Consider using it last and swapping off of it early unless you need the gather or something more from it. Something I do alot is try to pause the game as i swap ito HS to see what weapon she's on but not everyone is a scummy pauser like I am lol.

You have a habit of using griseo's CA before swapping her out too. This is ok for sustain reasons and ofc i don't expect perfect play in your scenario just now. Just something to note in future situations.
