Yeah with average luck, as a beginner you have a bit less income but your leftover one time crystals make up for that. With about 20-25k crystals a patch and a full geared valk at 42k max pity you can pretty much get 3/4 releases and if you're extremely unlucky every second release

With 30k crystals it's ~75% chance you get the valk + their weapon iirc
