Not in the way that other hoyo games have it, CN servers do get a preview of the valk. This patch it was like 3-4 weeks before the next patch dropped for them, we essentially also use that as our drip marketing. Otherwise global servers have beta which is normally like 2-1 weeks before the next patch with the valk being revealed a few days prior to that
