im not sure about official client needing special credentials but there is a workaround for pc bilibili

well basically bilibili server has no dedicated pc client for it, but if you want to play it on pc, what others have done is download the pc client on the official one.
and also download honkai on an emulator.
what you do is take a photo of the qr code (to log in) on the official pc client
then use bilibili client (logged in) qr code to scan the photo you taken

there's also these dedicated small apps for it that you can download to do this

so you dont have to manually download another emulator and hi3 in it

but i dont have acces to it
