otherwise if you have a more balanced account, you can reliably maintain strong RL standings and then have more odds to get into nirv to eventually stumble upon weathers that gacha Ops aren't as important

but yeah there's definitely dynamics to it that cannot be very strictly pinpointed

so there's a personal balance you can personally seek out as long as you understand
