I did my stream just now and had to stream a bit over an hour to make it count. In other words it's like my earlier stream right after 10am utc+8 didn't count at all. (I went roughly 15 minutes over so if it was 11am utc+8 then i should've observed something around 45m in)

I'm starting to wonder maybe the reset time is at 12 am utc+8. There's prob a bit of a delay but I feel this should only be a few minutes.
