Yeah that's a fine time and sparkle weapon does shorten her rotation by a bit because you get total frozen domain during some of her skills but generally the advice is to not pull on reruns especially ascension supply if you care about meta and want to pursue it, if you're more on the casual side feel free just make sure that you have ~16k crystals once her banner arrives

Scoring on tank is starting to be a pain

first of all turn off vita and HoFi qte for this run

then the opening and your p1 are a bit akward, for the opening i'd probably do
wait until the boss is about to spawn -> HoRb WA x 2 -> vita -> ult -> wa -> ba x 4 -> CA -> hofi -> wa -> horb qte -> ult -> CA -> then just do basics and CAs until p1 is dead
for p2 wait until the boss can be attacked ( just spam HoRb basics until you see a dmg number or smth like that) then
enter SO -> horb BAs until all she does her CA automatically ( until the energy above your HP bar is empty) -> go to vita and do her reso triggers -> ult -> go to hofi and do her's -> HoRb qte -> ca -> ult

then if you're still need some dmg in p2 kinda just repeat what you did in p2 since you'd need to refresh vita's and HoFi's buffs

easiest answer is to just level up and especially get more levels than required
since the one youre talking about should be the last boss for apho 1
otherwise there are walkthroughs online if you look up the boss and you can take tips from it
my main advice with storymode bosses is that a lot of times you just need to know when to dodge so your characters don't get one shot, and being safe is better than taking too many ls

First of all before considering a backpull, clarify it's not recommended to begin with.

Second of all, in the context of the common RL and below abyss tiers, neither Teri nor Sparkle are generally necessary to retain even against Qua bosses. (as an example people were retaining/promoting with FDD dps against fire tona, and further in the past people retained against vita with sena dps)

Maybe you had in mind Sparkle as a valk that's similar in coverage to Teri but you didn't quite state this clearly enough.

You also misread the conversation. It's considerations for Songque Op from spending event, and Teri was only brought up as another World Star leader (granted Lantern isn't a WS leader). Not Teri as another backpull target.
