it's also depends on the boss and what utility they provide, for example PS can clear hitcount extremely fast so she's very good for bosses that require hitcount like HoC or husk nihilius, they've also introduced a boss thich patch which has the extreme weather ( weather that provides buffs when GoI is active and when symbioses chars are on the team ) and you'd ideally want someone that can apply stun trauma for said boss. Which then results in you wanting RS as a support because she can provide such stun trauma. The boss didnt actually ran yet so this is a hypothetical example but you get the idea

you can check the abyss schedule in the pins and evaluate what cycles are coming soon and what valk in your roster is highest priority to cover as much of them as possible

and i wouldn't prioritize any if you don't have the infrastructure/foundation to build them properly in a reasonable amount of time

so if you have rebirth but can only build her non astral ring stuff, then that's kinda pointless
