I'm certain that it has been reported multiple times already, but here we go: please fix Dirac Sea below lv81.
Every time I play it mobs clip through floors, or ceilings if I use HoF.
Sometimes I get pushed out of the fight zone (beyond that barrier thingy) and can't re-enter while mobs are stuck inside and can't attack them.
Heard from a friend, who started HI3 few months before me, that Dirac was meant to be deleted for lower levels... What happened? And why most mobs are just sponges that take 2 minutes to clear a single fight while boss fights are like 30-60 seconds long?

On my mobile (Huawei Mate 20 Pro} , I have a resolution issue. Graphics in high or mid use the same resolution.
It seems to be linked with the smart resolution feature of the phone.
If I uncheck it and choose the WQHD resolution then in the game, high graphics returns to the quality before 5.3.

I had a bug in Kolosten (Chapter 26) was using Kallen's Psychic battlesuit on the Kaslana Street Bridge and the Mechs somehow pushed me away from the bridge and made me fall not being able to spawn back on to the map

If you crashing alot it mostly caused by hdd utilization at 100% so your pc crashed because it cant accsess data on hdd, because hi3 hogging 100% of your hdd utilization

There's a bug in memorial arena for me where on jizo boss all my valks are locked excluding the ones I used last time but when I go on the Hephaestus boss it doesn't say locked on my valks also in memorial arena while I was doing my rotation suddenly all my valks' sp bars were full when they were at like 10-40 SP only

The deployment and locked valks thingy is not a bug, your locked Valkyrie slots are full. You can only deploy the same few Valks you have used for a specific boss.

Just had this funny bug happen. Forgot to screenshot tho. I'm on EU server playing in Exalted RL Abyss. Played second level, Infenrno: Intesive. During the final round Ganesha got stuck on an dark coloured ice pillar (There was only one present while I fought him). It seems like he tried to do his jump stomp thing but instead landed on the pillar. Once up there he stopped moving or doing anything. In the end I was still able to kill him due to DA + Raven + AE doing enough damage to nuke him out...

Seems like reinstalling the game did not quite fix the whole blue screen issue. To test the whole thing, left task manager open and the results were: whenever I tried to open the Dorm and Open World, Memory usage would spike from ≈600MB in the main menu, slowly climbing from 1.7GB to more than 2.3GB, then going back down to ≈1.7

I tried entering the actual open world, but it just crashes my PC at that point

One of my friends reinstalled it on PC too, but it just was a temporal fix, he logged in once, closed the game and couldn´t log in again

If it does not work, try this:

1. Please, close both game and launcher.
2. press Windows + R, input regedit.
3. In the opened window please locate \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\miHoYo\Honkai Impact 3 and delete it.
4. Also, delete all the files from C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\LocalLow\miHoYo\Honkai Impact 3 (please click on View and tick on Hidden items if you are unable to find AppData)
5. Restart your PC.

Do note that doing this will require you to login again. Linking account is highly recommended.

There’s a bug with Starlit Astrologos’s where if you switch to her (I think) right at the end of her QTE before she goes on switch cooldown, instead of switching, your character just disappears and you’re stuck with no character on the battlefield and you can’t switch or attack
