Hey everyone, I don't know if the place for this is here but I downloaded honkai on my pc only yesterday and I made a new mihoyo account to use for that matter. I logged into the european server and played for a few hours.

Today I decide to download the game on mobile but I suddenly cant use that same account I made in order to log in? I made sure both the clients have Europe as the selected server, which they did but still that didn't change a thing. I thought "okay, maybe I just have my password wrong" so I changed it using the email I verified along with the account.

It said the change was successful but now I'm completely locked out of my account on both devices, not being able to log in. If anyone has encountered such an issue or has a clue on why it could be happening...please tell me. I've emailed the global support team for honkai but I seriously doubt I'll get a response.

Scratch that, it wasn't hellmaru causing the glitch but the platform itself. The problem solved itself as soon as the boss was beaten and the platform lowered itself into its default position.

Husk - Nihilius (current superstring boss) summons an additional clone if you "one phase" it. Husk - Nihilis has a mechanic where he summons a clone after he kneel down (when is hp drop to a certain point), by "one phase" I mean "not letting him summon that clone". After his health drops to 0 he summons a clone to basically ruin your run, that's where the bug happens. If his health drops to 0, and he hasn't summon a clone before that, he will summon 2 clones instead of one at the last part of the fight. I don't know if this is this is intended or not, if not here's the video.
