You have to remove your Honkai Impact 3rd from the registery

And then i tried again and it just verified everything

Your folder is either called Honkai Impact 3 or Honkai Impact 3rd. Delete the registry files of the one that has your game files in it. At least thats what I did and it worked

there are a bunched on pinned guides on the #🔌technical-help channel. but if you dont want to touch registries or download from external links this might work:

1. Navigate to your installation folder (normally C:\Program Files\Honkai Impact 3rd\Games\BH3_Data\StreamingAssets)
2. Rename your Video folder to something else (E.g. Video1)
3. Launch the game and choose the minimum file size download when Prompted. Another folder called Video should be generated. Close the game after download is complete.
4. Copy the Video folder somewhere else you have edit permission (E.g. Desktop)
5. Unzip all your .zip files into the same folder
6. Move the Video folder back to its original location
7. Launch the game again

So uhm, I've been having this problem lately (since the beginning of 4.7) that my game lags insanely and often crashes. It happens mostly in the event open world (effectively disabling me from basically playing the event altogether, as I need to play in the OW to play the story, which actually goes without major issues), but sometimes it happens during regular activities (SIM Battles, Co-op raids, story stages, once it happened when I simply wanted to check my valks and just today it crashed twice just after tapping to log into the game. I've put the graphic settings to the lowest , but the problem persists. Any idea on how to solve this?

Same happened to me, I used HoT ult and switched to HoV for the QTE and she just started falling forever

Also, I have big performance issues in some parts of open world arc city. I always play at graphics 2 almost no problem, but in some zones of arc city even whit the minimum graphics the game slow down a lot
