PC have perfected elites which i believe they are just as bad as if they spawn as any elite, the problem is that on PC the lunar chimeras are already spawn in commencement so the director doesn't have that much credits when it can spawn enemies in the stage but in console this pre-spawn lunar chimeras doesn't exist so the director have A LOT of credits to spawn really hard lunar chimeras once you past the tunnel, that is the difference.

hmm... I've noticed whenever I leave the tunnel it's either a bunch of tier 2 rollie pollies or like 4 tier 1 chimeras.. I always get ready to run back in the cave incase it's the chimeras XD

Depends of how many Clovers do you have, but normally there is only little lag spikes in very late stages, stage 50 and beyond.

What i believe it happen is: when you let the limit of enemies reach its max capacity, if you don't kill the enemies they accumulate reaching the point of Max enemies entities but the director still accumulate credits overtime so once you kill an enemy the director think: okey now i can spawn a enemy but i have a lot of credits..... Let's spawn a hard enemy. .
