just fought my first lesser wisp with the mod
it did in fact work as intended and i had enough time to react to the attack, at least with commando
and i DID NOT GET HIT

But most of the time I play on my speakers
So I can't hear that well
i wouldnt say it is
reacting to the wisp in time takes a smidge of skill, and hordes of wisps are still a challenge to take down if you don't have good crowd control/chain reactions even with the indicators

I think he's strong but not strong enough that it actively detracts from the experience, and I know by the nature of his kit he's liable to get one shot at any moment

i kinda abandoned the voidling mod
half hp on every phase, whenever he's below 50% hp he gains +25% attack speed
homing severely reduced, but the projectiles are faster
aim improved
constantly strafes around the arena while attacking the player
final succ move comes out faster
i kinda had an idea to make him spawn jailers
but that didnt work out so well
i wanted to incorporate something like void fiend where when he takes a certain amount of damage his abilities get beefier
I'll look into either beefy voidling or my void strider after i mess with moonbreaker mithrix a bit
the main problems with voidling imo are:
bullshit homing
too much hp, the fight feels like a chore, on top of hiding behind a rock 24/7 because of the homing
he barely moves, that makes it even more boring
all three phases are nearly the same
The homing is like ridiculously aggressive lol
I get that it's designed as a Post loop final boss but jesus
oh and give him like a 40 lunar coin reward π
homing is probably for the mfs that just sit on his head and beat him into the ground
oh that's another problem
cheesing the fight by being on top or below him
the range problem wouldn't exist if he moved towards you
The intent I'm guessing was because late game chars are faster than the flash and have a billion double jumps
So it needed attacks that could actually catch the player
maybe you could give him prediction on some attacks

Runs away from the player if he's too close to prevent cheese
Higher lunar coin reward so frog route is actually beneficial
and then you could do your bullet hell stuff

i wish i could do that but the entirety of inferno is runtime and unhooking changing cooldowns and stock doesnt work properly

Changed the color of the default RiskUI just messing around. How could I revert this to default? Tried deleting and reinstalling the config n some other stuff but cant get it. Even tried switching the mod profile and it still gave me the same config

So changing the config file doesn't change it in game

Also you are running content mods while also running unmodded version. That's asking for trouble especially if you're trying to play with vanilla people or even other modded players if your mods and/or configs don't match π

Ugh... I've been trying to finish off the Enforcer's challenge for unlock, but the Magma worms aren't spawning and I'm past loop 3, exploiting cubic health and damage scaling on Railgunner. At this point, it's just annoying, is activating modded unlocks just a matter of hopping into the save data folder like normal unlocks?

If you have VR, then the VR mod is really good. Some characters are better than others in VR. Commando, IMO, is the best VR survivor
Otherwise, there are character mods, like the Tesla Trooper and Enforcer (which I'm still just trying to unlock, game won't give me a magma worm π )

Well I guess Bepins loading correctly if it got that far. If you're using a mod manager and everythings up to date just try and reimport the mod profile into a new one. Might be a fucky install that happens to some people

Is there a way to make it so your lunar coins start at 0 every run and you get more per drop thats shared with the lobby, the idea being that you get around 40 per run to spend instead of just having unlimited and having to use self control... maybe TemporaryLunarCoins with something else?

@stable ridge I found a somewhat odd bug with the FixedSpawnDissonance mod
It might just be compatibility issues with other mods that interact with the lunar bazaar, but it causes a shopkeeper to already be in the store when the player spawns in. The game then triggers the on player enter event and spawns a second shopkeeper when you walk inside
I'm running Ephemeral Coins and Bigger Bazaar for mods that interact with the bazaar, and did a bunch of testing because I thought they might have been causing the issue.
I noticed that in the console Dissonance would run some code when spawning into the bazaar, and after disabling it the bug stopped occuring

Mostly for compatibility with other mods that try to introduce their own mechanics to the artifacts

Freeze/nullify is something else, for phases 2 and 3 he has a blast shower that fires every 10 secs so he doesn't get debuffed into oblivion. Added it a couple of versions ago

guide for making skins for the game, just go to the exporting models part and with some asset studio settings it should export with bones

as long as it copys it, if your worried you should be able just to right click and copy / paste it

Everythings caught up for the most part now and it's being worked on a steady pace again on their discord till it's ready for a more public release

Yep the dash cleanse doesn't remove everything it's so u can't do 1000 stacks of bleed or whatever. Also there is no adaptive armor that was a buggy king feature

still i think it's necessary, u dont really notice it much if youre playing like a normal person but for larger lobbies with 200 mods it'd make a difference

Having a really game ruining bug happen on a specific stage with a specific pre-req.
(I can't pick up ANY items on a certain stage with a void seed present, and attempting to do so adds copious amounts of said item to my inventory - like, 88 gasoline in a single press of my e key. The item then lingers in the world, allowing potentially infinite stacking.)
Was told to come here and post my LogOutput.log file.

Cheat unlocks: Literally right click the challenge and unlock it in logbook
Debugtoolkit: Type in the ingame console "Set_stage moon2" and go fight him π
Feel like if you're gonna speed the process up like that you might as well just cheat the unlock directly at that point π

Most of those Grandmastery achieves arn't actually looking for a specific difficulty anymore. Just an internal difficulty scaling higher than Monsoon. So inferno by default wont work due to being the same but you could config inferno to be a whole 1% higher difficulty scaling and suddenly it will π

i was remaking a modpack i had because the old one had a bug
where mountain shrines had absolutely no cooldown between presses
and it wasnt even actually faster kinda fast
you could just hold interact next to the shrine and it would go up to the hundreds in seconds
i made a new profile with the same mods and have been testing them one by one
but something must have slipped cuz i got the bug again

Nope. All the code/file does is tell the mod manager what it needs to download off thunderstore and what settings the configs had for each mod
It may copy over the manual install mods configs but you'd still need whoever is getting the code to source the manual installed mods one way or another
