Visions is good depending on the character, such as Engie (DPS up on engie and turrets), Acrid (His default M1 is pointless if you're using spit), Loader (most of your damage output is from your utility anyways), Huntress (This thing out DPSs her entire kit, which isn't a hard thing to do)
