here's some fun that I've had happen a few times, you maintain horizontal volicity when you fall off the map. No escape
Yes. It has no movement, it's pinned in place. The crab counts as ground so players could ride it. Turret is also a player, but it controlled by ai. It can stand on the crab, but can't be moved.
Changing it so the turret could ride it means changing its pinned state potentially creating lots of problems, where enemy inflict knockback and set it into movement, disabling shrooms. Also pathfinding issues come in play.
It just begs to be problematic.

Same happened for me, but only when i'm at the bazaar.
it happened to me when I was hit by one of those flying rocks on the forth stage.
I mean it could be fixed by just not letting the player put the turret on the crab, or killing/resetting it if it's not on "solid ground" after like 5 seconds.
I'm currently burning forever. been 30 seconds literally of burn so far from 1 stack of the debuff from a brass contraption hit
bug: when i got to sky meadow portal i wanted to do the void so i went to the bazzar to go to void and when i got to cell all enemy was replaced with lunar chimera enemys
bug: ||voidling|| is not targeted by engineer turrets (the standard ones you start out with)
expected behaviour: the enemy should be targeted by engineer turrets

Does anyone have the same issue whenever with the DLC that the game on start up just seems slower than what it use to be?

Bugs: Momentum is kept after falling off the map, making perpetual falling the existence of any unlucky survivor. Multi-Shops visually glitch out in various stages of "closed/bought" even when it isn't, in multiplayer. ||In the void zone with the 4 points you have to activate and defend, the final portal after charging is all kinds of degrees rotation and doesn't fit in the portal frame in multiplayer.|| When spectating a player, their ability cooldowns don't show and the ally healthbars to the left sometimes seem to mimic the health of last seen thing in spectator.
Maybe bugs: Enemy attacks that knock you around seem to launch you way more than usual i.e. grandparent's grav orb attack. ||The last SotV equipment in the logbook seems unobtainable.||

oh. I thought I was running vanilla. I swear to god if this is somehow a mod conflict... well I'll leave this here anyway, although it was all working perfectly fine up until specifically that enemy encounter, so I guess here's a data point
Was having a god run in simulacrum, and all of a sudden enemies stopped spawning. I got pretty far, so I'm sure that's a big contributor for the bugginess, but this has happened to me twice now.
I do have a theory for why the game stopped spawning the enemies though: if you look in the screenshots (specifically screenshot 2), you will notice little fire patches in the ground as if a fire-elite beetle was spawning. Standing on these fire patches deals damage, and my allied Dunestrider appears to be trying to fire at one of the patches. Perhaps the game thinks these fire patches are enemies that have yet to be killed, and since there are so many present, I believe that is why it won't spawn additional enemies.
So i dont think this was suppose to happen but i got 2 stage 3s in a row, the new one then i went to obliterate but i decided not to and when i came back i was on rallypoint (so i had 2 stage 3s) proof is that it says stage 9 at the top
I fell off of the map on the new final stage and just kept getting launched off the map over and over again and even triggered the boss to spawn and I couldn't do anything. Makes me so salty.
If you fall off the map in the simulacrom, it's basically an instant death cause it launches you off again and again and kills you off. Not really too fair
I just had a weird interaction with one of the vents on the new sulfur pools stage where it randomly kept yeeting me of map for like 2 or 3 times then i died i clipped t but need to edit the clip down from 5 mins but i can send it if needed
With artifact of chaos as railgunner, weakspot targeting frame for yourself appears in scope blocking view when using scope, especially noticable on HH44 marksman skill

heyo, posted this in the tech support channel but seems people are arguing over there and this got buried
this is an ongoing problem that ive been struggling with since day one (over a year and a half of gameplay)
im using an xbox one controller on my pc.
ive gone into big picture mode, and activated all my controller support settings and downloaded all the most recent drivers. and this is ONLY an issue on risk.
but if i have my controller plugged into the pc (wired or wireless) before i start a round, i will not be able to have any control support in game.
the only fix ive been able to find is to have the controller completely disconnected from the pc. load up risk, start a game, plug in the controller, die.
from then on i have full controller support in game. this has become increasingly annoying when trying to play with my friends. does anybody have any suggestions???
Yes I have the same thing! Is there something we can do to fix this? What caused this in the first place? Its such an interesting bug I can't get rid of

I've had a similar thing happen. It was wave 50 and they got Dio's. So naturally as engineer, I killed them all at a high speed. Once they were all dead, 27 enemies still needed to be killed and none were spawning. We died to the void since there was no other option

Its a pretty good PC but it does lag at higher graphics so I have them low.
I've re-installed 3 times, rebooted my PC, changed graphics, none of it works to fix this
After triggering happiest mask on the Alpha construct, you get the "main" construct in addition to all of it's "turrets". However, when the timer expires on the "main" construct, the lifebars of all the "turrets" remain until you finish the level.
i have set a lot of graphics settings to minimum

same thing happened to me wave 102, they had dios and they got wiped out instantly, then with no enemies alive said enemies remaining, put a quick end to that run.
Just want to add more to this, mine got as high as 9% being permanent. I assume it means that it could eventually do a full 360 (which would be funny). No idea what happens if the white bar ends up above 25% though, could really affect Void Fiend's gameplay
On Acrid when you hold down the button for Neurotoxin he doesn't auto fire it anymore as soon as the CD is up, now you have to shoot every single one with a dedicated button press. Gets pretty tiresome when you have 0.5s CD and want to spam it.
Also Loaders Pylon still clips through walls when deployed and doesn't bounce off.
sulfur pools liquid causes some visual bugs where it makes every enemy invisible when the camera falls under it. Can be kinda jarring when trying to aim up while inside one
Hosting a multiplayer Simulacrum lobby can sometimes bug out and the other player will be unable to join. The other player will see a screen like this where the UI is broken and will not appear in the lobby. The only fix I found was that somehow having the player join from a clipboard code works, the regular steam invite was causing the issue. Which is weird because they were able to join a regular lobby with a steam invite before.
If it helps reproduce the issue, I closed that regular lobby, opened the Simulacrum screen (without knowing you can't invite players from that screen), then went back to the multiplayer tab and then created a Simulacrum lobby and from then on the problem happened. Don't know if opening the solo Simulacrum was what caused it.
Well, I tried out the new dlc, and for some reason it can't go 15 minutes without crashing my entire computer. I played the entire base game with no problems, but for some reason it just doesn't work for me now
Benthic Bloom item upgrades do not count towards having them in the logbook. Had a run where Benthic gave me two Symbiotic Scorpions, yet it's still blacked out in my logbook.
for the logbook entry for the blind pest, the model doesnt have an idle animation like all of the other monsters do or the idle animation just isnt working
Void Seed Multiplayer Desync?
Uh there appears to be some void seed desync in multiplayer.
I can see that the ground is darker and the interactable is being with held by it but no bubble effect so easily see the area and also no Objective that there is a void seed
I used the Trophy Hunter's Tricorn on a Magma Worm that had its head burrowed underneath Rallypoint Delta and I seemingly received no trophy at all.
My guess is either targeting one of the segments doesn't spawn the item at all because those don't have the trophy associated with them, or that the item spawned where the head was located.

On Wave 43 of the Simulacrum and its just stuck at Enemies Remaining: 2. So the Force Field Dropped and killed us.
I'm guessing there must have been a spawn that either didnt complete or may have instantly died and didnt go towards the count. We managed to stay alive for a bit when the Field dropped due to the Fungus Health Regen, We didnt see any other mob taking damage, And we had explored the area before the Field dropped.

if you place a turret as engineer on the moving creature in simulacram it gets stuck in mid air
and the simulacram void can get stuck under a rock, rendering the game unable to be finished
sooo me and myfriend where playing ssimulacrum. and for some reason after wave 25 there where no more spawns, the next wave never starts, no enemy spawns we are permanently stuck
it also didnt end when we tried to die, the game just doesnt go to the info screen either
anyone getting server problems when trying to play co-op?
I run the game on my pc even on the lowest graphics and it crashes whenever i start a game even if i redownload the game it has the same outcome i have updated my pc and this only happened when i got the dlc
meaning i havnt been able to play the game or the new dlc

I think being rooted in the void seed causes Little Disciple's wisps to no longer fire until the next stage
has happened to me twice now, and that -seems- to be what caused it
Turret AI is broken and will randomly stop shooting at targets to instead look down into the ground.

Today, I was in a run in the abyssal depths as bandit, a purple portal appeared and i went to get items after activating the teleporter, then my game crashed.

Been getting atrocious desync since the update. What is going on? I literally played an online game with the exact same people, same host, same setup, and suddenly with the DLC I have the most horrible desync I have ever seen. Even worse than when I used to have 3Mb/s internet.
Not sure if this has been reported yet, but when playing as railgunner, and you fall off the map, and when you appear back at where you are, you will get randomly flung in a random direction as soon as you touch the ground.

Found a bug in simulacrum where it said one enemy was alive, (even though it would be impossible for that to happen) stopping me from progressing and ending my run. Accidentally deleted screenshot.
Hidden realm: Void locus model cannot be completely zoomed out
Found a bug where if there are two+ railgunners they both will count towards the 30 consecutive headshot goal, so if one person screws it up all of the railgunners are back down to 0
Have had a bug countless times where when me and a squad load into a stage they have a crouch static T pose and I cannot see them the rest of the stage. Also have bugs where the game kicks me trying to get to the next stage and black screens forcing me to give up a run. Had yet another bug where the New Spoiler Bosses Tear rift tp to next phase didnβt allow us to enter it to continue the fight
Found a bug in simulacrum, I had Dios and when it came to the end of the wave (53 i believe) it showed 30 enemies remaining but i couldnt find anything. And i died from the zone closing ; - ;
This update/DLC appears to have broken the 50% slow debuff when abilities apply it to self. It seems to get stuck if a state change occurs while it's active (e.g. Corrupted -> Normal Void Fiend or Power Mode -> Normal MUL-T).
To try to get around this with VF, don't use primary attack just before transforming back to normal (may not work 100% of the time)
In Simulacrum the thing to follow to start the event will go to places that aren't reachable by anyone which ends in death.
aka it moved and stopped in a rock. we cant activate it to keep going. on wave 45

railgunner's special consumes safer spaces whilst not preventing any actual damage
Not confirmed: Railgunner/Void Fiend Umbras may not be properly inheriting the Umbra item with the Artifact of Swarms on. A few friends and I noticed said Umbras doing significantly more damage than usual, and not dropping items as they are supposed to.
Jump vents in new maps be throwing me the wrong way or off the map.

Nope, that's Drown's corrupted form that is causing the slow in @river drum 's case.
Edit: further context, only Corrupted Drown inflicts slow on yourself.

My game keeps randomly crashing Midway through a run and it also makes my screen flash black and then the game no longer responds and fully crashes It's never done this until the new update came out and I verified my files I've reloaded my monitor so that way they are synced up properly I have done everything it's like my PC alt tabs without me actually doing it and it causes the game to die

At stage 51, with 172 minutes on the clock, in bulwark's ambry, enemies have entirely stopped spawning. It's trial of evolution. A little frustrated that I appear to be stuck. It's been 4 minutes since the last enemy spawned. Also, ||egocentrism is stealing all of my items slowly...||
After another 2 minutes of waiting, an enemy finally spawned, died, and now I'm back to waiting.

i am acrid so i am dying now - my 4 potions are now empty and my dio got taken, and i am about to die
i played drizzle to check how far i could go
crab wont stop charging and theres no enemies, but it says i have 36 left
when trying to get defensive microbots log my umbra didn't drop anything
it doesnt give me one it just tells me the game isnt responding then closes

Here's a bug: Mul-T's nailgun only activates Shurikens when the primary fire is first pressed. No more shurikens are used after while holding down the fire button. This is different from Commando where it will continue to fire the shurikens while holding down the fire button.
Well, its a minimal bug but... gasoline item log "yellow notification" does not dissapear after opening like the with the rest of the items, its a little annoying xd.

Um, not entirely sure if it's a bug or not. I take a lot of void damage really fast when I'm in void areas as Railgunner. Literally any void area.

Right, but even in a group, I'm the only one taking that much damage that fast.
If i stand in a void area for about... 10 seconds(ish) max at any point in a run, I die.
The Void Fields now seem to ignore Repulsion Plating, and don't (although I never tried before anyway) activate Planula (Planuli?). If you have less healing items than they do, you'll die faster.
The new void zones, when they inflict DoT, will scale higher until you step into a safe area. They also follow the rules above.
I mean... I get healing items are important but my friends didn't have much healing to begin with. I feel like I should be able to get through the void fields without dying almost instantly just from slow movement speed and crazy DoT

I was playing void and he was playing rail gunner, have no idea why this was happening but it was both our first times we had void in the lobby, i was completely invisible and in the chat for stuff i picked up it would show "???" (Insert interaction)

Ok, but I've only had a problem with railgunner
Was playing with a friend and they saw my captain model freak out a lot, the cape was moving all over the place and the model was very deformed/stretched out at spots. I had a similar bug occur that I reported last year but that went away after a few seconds this one persisted until we moved stages. On my screen my model was fine.
Can't respawn while playing simulacrum when the game crashed (rejoining), even when the stage switches :/
(This statement is tested and confirmed with RG and Acrid, solo play): Railgunner takes no extra damage in Void Fields, you lose ~0.6% - 1%* HP per second in Void Fields with either of those two characters (the same can probably be assumed for all others).
Your issue is not a bug, but could have been caused by desync/bad ping between you and the host player. If you were the host, then everything was probably working as intended.

we got some real bad gpus and i think there is some graphics process on the torso for some reason that is incompatible with the cards
We are soft locked on Simulacrum wave 25 the jelly bot noclipped into a wall and now we can't activate the wave.

btw if the enemys get dios and you're killing them all too quick some won't revive correctly and count as alive. You will autolose your simulacrum run because the circle closes
Hey crash log from a Windows 7 pc crashing: Here's their log.
They can boot the game but when selecting any option in that main menu it just dies. (Goes to black and then closes the game, producing a crash log)

As void fiend, you can transform mid-air when jumping to the mithrix arena and it makes you fall down. I'm not entirely sure if this can be classified as bug, but it can be pretty annoying.

Void Fiend's body appears invisible to me as well, It look like integrated graphics simply decide not to load it.

void fiend's primary attack's aim assist targets ally npcs
not sure if this counts as bug or just oversight, but tonic potion sprites render overtop of the sniper's score, making for lots of weirdness on the screen when you're trying to aim lol.
we also experienced a desynch with the genesis loop effect. One of the clients on the server activated it, but none of us saw it go off. It was just stuck at max size and with everything brighted, and it was attached to him as he moved around. it finally went away when the next genesis loop got trigger. The player that triggered it didn't see any of these issues. This happened during an extremely hectic simulcrum wave, so probably packet loss type stuff i guess. EDIT: looks like others reported this, but eh leaving this here just to mark that it is a common thing
also I have no idea what these new explosion effect is tied to, but it doesn't seem to be taking distance into account, and just always takes up same amount of space on your screen lol.
Not sure if it's a bug but I fell off in the stage where you obliterate and it keeps spawning me on some bouncing mushroom and launches me into the void
Railgunner and Laser Scope
So, I swear there is a bug with Railgunner and the Laser Scope.
I had a run and equipped two of these bad boys, thinking my damage would definitely skyrocket. At first it felt like my damage had went up and I was happy, until I started stacking more crit items and found my damage was... going down. Where before I could crit for about 13k with my overcharged shot, I was hitting for.. 9k. Thats a pretty significant drop, and it got worse to the point where I was hitting for 4k, despite having things like Crowbars, and Armor Piercing rounds, and Sunglasses being piled on.
I think the Laser Scope is to blame for this because I've gone on runs without the laser scope and my damage scales perfectly fine, never really drops, at least not that significantly. So I think there is a weird bug that can cause your damage to nerf itself if you try to stack additional damage increasing items after equipping the laser scopes.
I got one mending Gup as a boss on abyssal depths (drizzle moment) and it counted as the boss being dead when it split for the first time rather than when it and all the smaller ones were wiped out
My game keeps crushing for no reason, when ever I try to go to settings or play new game mode and the weirdest thing when I start playing I can walk shoot etc but the second I turn around it's just crashes
should i report every single time when there is an item that does not appear to be equipped on the certain character or they are aware of it

On command artifact both lockboxes seem to be broken. The rusted key gives only reds, the|| encrusted void key|| gives only whites.

when you use ult on mercenary to gap then you can fall under the map or under any texture

There's some collision boxes still active in the Sanctuary that I'm able to stand on despite nothing being there.

Augment of the Scavenger gives a green void potential with 3 Lunar Options, something is clearly not right as the outline of the void potential matches every other time and I don't know what the special rewards is intended to be.
Occasionally the void seeds won't show up for players other than the host. Had it happen to me once, I don't know the conditions for it to be replicated aside from playing with a friend who lives on the other side of the planet.
its a desynch issue which is really common. check #ror2-tech-support pinned messages and you should see a steam dedicated server which fixes it
Don't know if this has been said before, but on Simulacrum, if you're playing as Captain and you die whilst in multiplayer, you get both your beacons back, regardless of if you placed them or not when you respawn at the end of the round. This means that if you die before the end of every round, you can put a total of TEN beacons down during the five stages of simulacrum that are in the same place, thus incentivizing people to just kill Captain when there are a few enemies left so they can get another stun/heal beacon.
for some reason falling out of bounds while holding a walk direction launches you horizontaly with all of your downwards speed, launcing you off the map over and over again
what ever pink causes corrupted lensmaker glasses one shot everything on the boss level at stage 97... the remaining enemies bar was stuck at half.(on the new mode)
i think the pink is the lost sears. it was stacked 50+ on acrid

"Max of 4(+4 per stack) Alpha Constructs" That's a few more than 4, and it only did that in the simulacrum. I got the nucleus in the next normal run and it didn't go over the cap
Edit: nevermind, it was just engi's turrets giving me more stacks and therefore a higher cap

I'm no longer playing for now because of how infuriating these crashes are. I only completed one run so far (got slapped by the last boss in Monsoon at the end of second phase), but my ~15 other runs have literally all ended by a crash... π€·ββοΈ I hope you guys figure it out quickly.
when using hellfire tincture with sniper, the camera moves out even though it should still be on the person

Just had this visual bug on sky meadows while looking at a corrupted XI defense system, was super trippy and havent been able to replicate. if it helps i was snug against a cliff face when it happened.

Not sure if this was said before, but if you go into a super late game god run on the void fiend, your corruption can actually go above 100% because you are just dealing that much damage and killing that many things. It doesnβt cause any gameplay issues, and maybe itβs just a visual thing, but it would be good to fix.
Oh also sometimes a bug happens where in multiplayer the boxes only cost 25 gold and there will only be enough for 1 person.. not 2..

it makes the boss drop its boss item from its corpse, meaning that it has a chance to fall into the abyss, for example, if a vagrant flies above it and you use the item on it

Eulogy Zero does not convert your items that you have already obtained, it just gives you a chance to drop lunar items in the game naturally like out of a chest.
So it changes the drop, not on pickup, good to know

According to the wiki - Eulogy Zero has a 5% chance to cause an item from a chest or an item in a multishop to be a lunar item, but I think there was a bug that made this item 50%, as I have heard reports that having 2 made all items lunar...
I don't have any saved footage of it, but last week I had a start with no teleporter that I could find, spent a good 30-35 minutes in the first area without even seeing the red particles. I really should have turned on NVIDIA recording but I was getting tilted because it was the only time I had to play a game that night

When I got to stage 50 of my simulacrum Railgunner run the game decided to break.
I think, but I don't know, that it is because of the Alpha construct having Dios and being happiest masked.
Otherwise the red bar has not moved for 10 minutes or so.

Foggyswamp/Wetlands Aspect does not use their DLC DirectorCardCategorySelections and thus cannot spawn Gup or Void Interactables

I was playing with a few friends yesterday on the Simulacrum mode in attempt to unlock the Void Fiend. We were successful. However, Once we completed wave 55, the teleporter never got up to move. No enemies were left either since the wave was completed. We decided to leave the game and attempted to start a new multiplayer lobby to play classic mode.
After exiting this Simulacrum run, we are now running into a MP lobby issue where players can join, but when the game is created, one or two players are put in a separate character select screen that shows a void with a starry sky. You can still pick a character, but all of the overview, skills and loadout pages are empty.
Clicking the 'Ready' button to lock your character in does nothing. You can still see in chat that the player has successfully connected to your lobby, but their character does not show up on the screen. No one visible in the original character select screen can click 'Ready' either.
At the moment, I am unable to play multiplayer with certain friends. It just happened out of the blue and I'm not sure what triggered it outside of the Simulacrum mode glitching out. The problem persists even after rebooting pc and reinstalling.

Railgunner's "Concussion device" (the blow-away-enemies-and-yourself-mine) goes straight through the chains that connect the landmasses in Commencemenn.
I'll edit this when I know if it's the case in Abyssal Depths as well.
Intentional or not, it feel's weird being able to stand on something that your abilities go straight through.
Edit: The mines does connect to the chains in Abyssal Depths, making it even worse that they don't do so in Commendemenn

I'm having issues with lingering sound effects in between stages and runs. Sound effects like beetle guard attacks, bandit and void fiend's utility skills, and and other looping sound effects get carried over between stages and even in the character select screen. I don't think these sounds are being cleared from memory correctly since I can find the coords of the emitters on the next map if they've carried over. This has been an issue since early access is anyone else coming across this?

Augment of the Voids; dtITVoid BasicPickupDropTable; does not have the normal draw rates of Void items (6/3/1) but instead the draw rates of a small chest (80/20/1) for the void tiers

This has happened several times to me and my partner when we've played, yeah. For us the magma worm's dig and beetle guard slam/gravelly noises have been most common. A restart of the game always fixes it, but it's annoying still ahah

what i meant was, if it spawned at the head's location, it could've been under the map, since the head was under the map at the time.

In simulacrum, the void assessment jellyfish thingy can decide to drop into a map object (ie rocks on rallypoint delta) and you are unable to interact with it, leading to a softlock.
I don't know why but since i downloaded the DLC, the game take 3-5 minutes to launch...

Goobo Jr only gets 10 Copies of BoostHP and BoostDamage which results in 2x hp and 2x damage which is nowhere close to 7x hp and damage that the logbook advertises

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet but currently huntress cannot shoot alpha constructs when they're in their shielding type form, and they won't engage with her. She can also walk straight through them at the moment

When a friend invites me to the lobby and clicks to start the game, everything looks like this to me and I canβt play with him. If the host is me then the friend may sometimes not appear at the start of any level. The friend will remain on the list of allies, but without a character image and without HP. Why is this happening and can it be fixed somehow?
There are errors in the french translation of new items.
For example the french description for Light Flux Pauldron says it halves damage instead of halving attack speed.
There are a couple other errors we noticed while playing, but couldn't remember after our run.
It's not exactly a bug but i didn't know where else to report it.

When you're playing huntress it doesn't let you shoot the pyramid guys until they start attacking you.
Will-o-the-wisp is still visible on your character when using volcanic egg or using utility on VF
velocity does not reset when falling out the map, leads to soft locks and crashes

void fiend and volcanic egg don't work well. When volcanic egg is used, the animation for the egg moves significantly faster than the actual player/hitbox, making controlling disorienting

void devastator is meant to be a boss right? not just a higher tier enemy? if thats the case then A) with railgunners alt special im able to freeze it, despite being a boss, and B) that ghost gun that executes bosses wasnt working against it when i tried

I have noticed since this patch a lot of desync issues between the players who are alive and who are spectating. Iβve had games where a player joined late, and everyone appeared to be dead but they were still playing, games where people were going thru walls on spectators screens, and in this photo of me (βLook ma! Iβm on TV!β) I am currently INSIDE of the teleporter zone fighting monsters, however my friend who died sees this:
I found out that bandit smoke bomb sound playing after you teleport the next zone, even if if the gobbo bandit disapears while its using smoke bomb softlocks the audio sound of the smokebomb still playing, like loops even after exiting in the menu or when your loose the run.
it still plays the smoke bomb sound in the background when your in a new zone area.
Thereβs a few audio effects like that. I get brass contraption noises surrounding me at all times a surprisingly high number of times.
so, i've noticed this bug for as long as I've had this laptop, and it does not happen on my computer with a GTX 1060
on my laptop with a Vega 8, the shadows are extremely buggy, and they have been for years. There's tons of noise around them, and on the character select, the issue is most obvious:

I can try and attach my clip later but here's a bug I'd like to report. The other night upon reaching the new final boss I simply didn't spawn and my screen remained on the black screen that transitions between stages but my 3 friends all spawned in fine. All I could do was pause the game and even that was a bit buggy and I could see the previous stage in the background only when paused. When my friends died the game thought I was still alive even though I never spawned and I had left and rejoined the game.
Where would I find that?

frost relic when used by railgunner can affect the shot slightly cause of the FOV change, it's only seems to be a problem when shooting below you(at least in my experience), but it is a slight annoyance sometimes

On Sky Meadow i had the void seed event. I had one monster left that never spawned
This is probably related to the extreme flickering when shadows are on i mentioned earlier, and also only happens on this AMD laptop, but when soft shadows are on, there is this really nasty noise thing going on seemingly at random in different parts of the shadow
The actual cubemap seems correct
So I am unsure what the problem is, on the first drawcall after the shadows are rendered they're already messed up

No idea if it's been mentioned yet but I noticed it not being in the latest dev log so: Artifact of Chaos applies the weak point overlay on yourself while scoped
Since the SotV update the run history in the logbook doesn't record successful runs, only defeats. I beat the normal ending twice and new ending once and they didn't get added to my run history, but any time I die it does get added.

Maybe if you hit "Continue" it overwrites the last run, but quitting to the menu and then starting a run adds a new log?
At the beginning of a stage, the idle sounds of attack drones are perfectly synced. The resultant sound is unpleasantly loud. I'm not certain if this is a bug or an oversight, but even a slight delay to the sounds of each drone would fix this

A quick update on this: It seems to happen most commonly for the game right now with items that affect move speed it seems? Itβs happened most often when using the new lunar item that ||Doubles your HP but halves your speed. Could be caused by move speed being below the characterβs natural speed. || Otherwise however it still happens, just seems to happen MOST with that in play.

in simulacrum it said there were enemies still alive. I couldn't find them even with rockets I dont think they were on the map i looked all over
During a multiplayer game, a friend and I entered Commencement. She was Artificer, I was Railgunner. Immediately upon teleporting in, her character was frozen in place from my perspective and her health bar appeared empty. From her perspective, nothing was wrong and working as expected. I could see the effects of her items proccing, but not her actual abilities, position, anything. This was mostly just kind of funny until we beat Mithrix and she was able to use one of the portals to exit the arena and I was not. I jumped through several portals and could not escape the arena. She made it to the ship and successfully charged it on her own while I was stuck in the arena, but it did not trigger the escape sequence. The timer ran out and it counted it as a loss.
There didn't appear to be any latency issues on either end. We both have the DLC if that is relevant. Unfortunately no pictures. Didn't crash, so no crash dump, but I can upload the Output log if that's wanted but a cursory look says this might have been reported before (I didn't look very deep, so if it's like super well known/common, my bad)

Unsure if others are getting this but there seems to be some inconsistencies with bens raincoat, particularly with glacial elites, sometimes glacial death explosions can still freeze you with the item and the overlay for frozen execute still appears on your health bar
Had a run with artificer just now, where burning elites of those small void spitters in deep void inflicted ignites, which lasted more than 10 seconds. Only probable cause i could find was that i had 3 combustion tanks from the start. Also vent through the void fields, where one of the uncommon they got, was 3 combustion, maybe it somehow didnt get removed ?
Me and my friend were playing simulacrum together, and i noticed a bit of stuttering at the start. (at this point, ive already tried restarting my pc) It faded away around wave 3, then at wave 10 it came back, but instead of fading away, it got worse, and eventually froze my screen for a few seconds at a time. By round 15 my entire pc is frozen and nothing is responding, and im forced to completely shut it down. I've logged back in, and my progress is gone. Completely wiped.

While in simulacrum in multiplayer, i was permanently dead, after the boss wave, the void bug wouldnβt move
not 100% sure if this is a bug or not but Void Fiend's corruption seems to get ruined by having any kind of healing not just from using his R so Medkits or Scythes/leeching seeds make it much harder to get into corrupted form and also make that form run out way faster, it does also seem to speed up the process when taking damage (hence why im not sure if its a bug or not)

SO EVIDENTLY The little void cell crab in simulacrum can just float up to a completely different level not even giving you a chance to get up there.. thus ruining your run immediately

When using artifact of glass, it's supposed to scale down the damage of enemies, so you don't die in one hit to a lemurian on stage one. (right?) But i'm not sure if this was implemented for new enemies, I got killed in one hit to a normal blind pest on stage 2 as railgunner. (And that just seems a little suspicious ngl)
all sound is killed whenever I enter the game. Hasn't happened before. Not just music, but ALL sound; music, SFX, hovering over a button, all of it is perfectly mute.
Thought it was a game corruption, so I re-downloaded the game, restarted my PC, no effect.
Edit: Any other sounds playing on my machine also get frozen when starting up the game and playing

its probably already been said, but ben's raincoat on void fiend makes it so the corrupted form's primary's slow is permanent.

Hello, I don't know if it's a bug or not and has probably been mentioned before, but void cradles will not spawn with artifact of sacrifice enable, which doesn't make much sense, since as far as I'm aware, it's the only way to get corrupted items.
Rejoining A Multiplayer Game After Crashing
I've had this issue where I rejoin a game after my game crashes and I'm unable to be spawned back in between levels/waves.
The game will remember what items I had, but my character picture will be replaced with a white box and I'll be stuck spectating.
(The other issue I'd had where the game would softlock after rejoining a session from a crash has been announced to be fixed soon so I'm not gonna worry about it for now.)
Has anyone had this issue and/or found a fix?
Iβve encountered the same glitch multiple times where the duration of the burn effects has been long enough to go through my entire health bar; even with two Repulsion Armor Plates. Did some testing, and it doesnβt seem to have any relation to picking up Ignition Tanks, so I assume itβs a bug.
It was only two that lasted for a good thirty seconds
Yeah, Iβve also seen it while spectating, where a friend got a single stack that lasted for about eight seconds, so the duration of the bug doesnβt seem to be fixed either

When the initial meter exceeds 25% in the void fiend, it will be possible to continue to recover indefinitely.
What's your GPU? I think its an issue with just Intel.
if you play as loader and grapple into the area of the shop's hitbox after getting kicked out, then you keep getting respawned back and stacking momentum, since it's not lost on respawn
I loaded into Abyssal Depths and spawned inside of a chance shrine. This is what happened next:
i think i selected railgunner, then started a game as engineer
i changed my mind, quit the game to play mando and this happened
its a really small glitch, i fixed it by clicking on to any other character with 4 skills + passive but it exists

Item conversion popup not appearing in MP
As stated, the conversion popup that typically shows when you:
-pick up an item that gets converted into a void item
-get benthic bloom shenanigans
-when egocentrism converts an item
etc.
does not show up if you arent the host in multiplayer. its harder to tell what bloom and egocentrism convert in particular.
example: i have polylute, and pick up a ukulele when i am not host, it doesnt show that my ukulele was converted into a polylute where the item pickup text is. only that i picked up a ukulele in chat, and the items are updated just fine. purely visual, only the pickup popup

Simulacrum wave didn't end when all enemies were killed
Was on wave 50 and the enemies were given Dio's as their red item, I'm guessing that was what caused the issue as after all enemies were killed (and I was FRANTICALLY searching to make sure) it still cited over 30 alive and took the zone away killing me.
also happened with lemurians, might be all monsters, if it happens again then its probably every monster. i think it might have to do with the newt in the lunar portal because they just stand still and their animations stop when they die

If you sequence yourself with egocentrism the item seems to break.
Ex.: On an acrid run, i sequenced myself to try and be funny, my lunars all sequenced into egocentrism, but the item effect got deactivated and it stopped spawning bombs; and no added items would turn into added stacks of egocentrism, as if i didnt have the item at all.

I don't know if someone already said it but there is a missing texture wall on the new Sulfur Pools map.
Missing texture on titanic plains as well as soft lock from falling off the map (I landed on a lemurian which stopped the cycle, also sprinting did nothing which is why I did not even bother)
just confirmed it happens to all monsters, annoying if they're up high and you cant get to them

After the first enemies the bar progressed to around 45% and is now STUCK. No more enemies are spawning for already 10 minutes now

Very minor bug on Railgunner, if you use her special and don't fire, just let it run out, the gun keeps spinning as if it's ready to fire the charged shot. If you shoot the normal M1 it goes back to normal.
Not sure if anyone else had this issue but: When going to the Bulwark's Ambry, the cut scene plays and you can't do anything. A void infestor took control of a drone, and killed me while I was in the cutscene and I couldn't do anything about it.
Spawned into Sulfur Pools and drones are just frozen in place. They're firing at enemies though
Not sure if this has been reported, but when my friend was playing in the sulfur fields, if you're standing in the shallow water and looking up, the enemies become invisible because the water is in front of them.
So in our 4 player game, to 1 of our players everyone looks dead but on everyone elses screen she looks alive when she is dead
she also has high latency/low framerate so that could be it?
there is a really frustrating soft lock in the new game mode, the focus is currently in a wall(cannot be activated). I am on wave 45, 5 away from void fiend...... SMH

I encountered a bug in simulacrum today. Enemies ended up getting Dio's best friend(horrible but survivable nontheless) though when I reached a new stage it said that there was 21 enemies remaining with nothing on the field meanaing that it was impossible to complete given the safe zone eventually collapsed and ended my run at wave 71 . It happened in abyssal depths if that's any help.

I encountered a bug in multiplayer. I joined my friend to play some risk of rain 2 with him (he was hosting) and I noticed when playing railgunner her concussion device does no animation, No matter how high my graphics are zero animation. So after encountering so I hosted to see if it only effects the person who joins the lobby and it does! The animation will not show to any other players besides host even if they are also playing railgunner they do not see any animation for the concussion device.
Both Gasoline and N'kuhana's Opinion will not be marked read on the logbook have tested on a new profile, and 2 separate accounts.

Minor Simulacrum bug. When me and 3 other friends were playing simulacrum the corrupted Abandoned Aqueducts stage was playing music from Sulfur Pools (Chris Christodoulou - Who Can Fathom the Soundless Depths?) Instead of (Chris Christodoulou - Terra Pluviam) the normal music that usually plays and it never fixed itself. And it effected everyone else in the simulacrum with me too.

I don't know if other void potentials are like this, but lunar void potentials are just called blue command essences if you ping them.
In the second phase of the mithrix fight when the lunar chimeras spawn, the text under their name in the boss bar said "Horde of many" instead of the usual "Zenith Designs". minor bug but still

I played two games with a friend in multiplayer as Multi and Void fiend. My friend was hosting. Whenever I transformed with multi, I got the 1/2 speed debuff, however, it stayed around after I had left the form. A similar thing happened when I changed forms with the Void fiend. When I didn't change forms it never occured. In both cases I think it started after I got ben's raincoat, but that may have been a coincidence.
Multiplayer seems messed up, regardless of who hosts, the clients get this and we cannot start a game

Noticed I can sometimes get hit from the ground enemies (Such as bison) while in the air, like way up. Not very often but there ya go.
I have hit the New Final Boss, the ||voidling|| up into the air as mercenary with Blinding assault. He isn't too far up there, but he doesn't seem to be effected by gravity and he can still attack me.
Not really a bug, but the new item ||Delicate Watch|| has a typo in its notes. In the line, "As if on cue, the aggrivated Lemurian, annoyed by the glare..." aggravated is misspelled.

I'm not sure if it's intended for Shuriken's to fire as soon as they are charged when holding M1 but if it is it appears that such functionality is bugged with MUL-T's Nailgun in and out of power mode, shurikens only fire when first shooting their nailgun. they do recharge but do not fire as soon as they are ready as I have experienced when playing Commando
If you use the Ocular HUD while zooming in with the new character, your screen gets covered with the Ocular HUD graphic while aiming in certain angles.

My friend is having desync issues where random items won't spawn on his client. On the previous stage his teleporter was missing and in the bazaar misc. objects are gone. (These are his pictures. On our end everything shows as expected.)

If you're scoped in as Railgunner, the weak spot marker for an Imp fairly consistently doesn't disappear when it dies. You have to un-scope and re-scope for the weak spot to disappear.
(Not sure if the log waits till after you close the game or not, but I left it open when I uploaded the log)

On stage 5 I jumped off the edge to avoid getting oneshot and when I respawned I got hit by a meteor which knocked me off again, but every time I respawned on the ground it flung me off the edge of the world. My friend had to bodyblock me from flinging off the edge.

Railgunners M2 should not proc bands, on every other survivor it's your M1, but on runner it's both.
Director stopped spawning monsters at the tail end of this wave, not exactly sure what caused it, but a lot of stuff getting Lost Seer'd might have something to do with it.
My friends saw invisible void beacons and the aoe as well as died when they respawned for the alt boss fight

Not quire a bug, but the word Piercing isn't colored in Railgunner's Secondary (M99 Sniper) unlike Supercharge/Cryocharge
A small minor visual bug that bothers me far more than it should, but the icon for the Void Barnacle in the logbook is very blurry and in a really low resolution.
Ive encountered a visual glitch, it occurs when monsters have the resonance disk, upon death there is a chance to have them hanging in the air.

Major game breaking glitch: Softlock in Simulacrum.
I was in a two player coop. and we went up to wave 106! where the wave spawn in was stuck therefore we couldn't progress anymore and we had to suicide/ leave to end the game. Needless to say, that is rather disapointing if you are at your highest round yet.
This might be completely unrelated, but this glitch had happened in that same stage. a visual glitch where it shows the "kill these enemies" marker(to end the round), while they are dead so there are permanently arrows/ pulsating dots on your screen. Note: this had occured in another game aswell that did not lead to a softlock.
to my experience, this happens even without getting hit by a meteor. Just falling off will cause you to get launched
Unity crashes whenever the game transitions to next screen from title or intro
Ever since the new update, my game crashes whenever I click on any option in the title screen, and it will also crash in the intro when the camera transitions. I've tried a ton of stuff to try to fix this, and I haven't found anything yet on it.
After a bit of testing of the run history erase bug, I found that some of the non-latest history was also erased.

When using the Tricorn on a worm enemy (i.e. Magma/Overloading Worm), if the enemy is partially submerged, the item can drop through the floor, making it unreachable and thus wasting the Tricorn

Bug: ||Defense Nucleus|| boss item is not recognized as such by ||Pluripotent Larva's revival effect||. Survivor ||had all other boss items corrupted upon revival EXCEPT for Defense Nucleus.|| I did the math from before and after to make sure it wasn't a visual bug, and the numbers added up properly.
Might be a feature, but Artifact of Vengeance captain doppelgangers no longer drop defensive microbots
Also Artifact of vengeance + Artifact of swarms spawns One Doppelganger and One copy of you with the exact same stats and without the aura
I don't know if this is known about already but if you have visions of heresy on sniper every time you scope in on your mouse 2 visons count will be set to 1 so you have to wait an additional 2 seconds every time you're done sniping
genesis loop effect stays permanently on other survivors in multiplayer until the end of the stage, or until they activate genesis loop again.
Just finished up a 3-hour run with friends and we found that at around Stage 20, Gup family events bring the game to a grinding halt. The Risk of Rain 2 process was not responding for me and we were forced to do Bulwark Ambry to skip the entire stage. Not sure what could be done to resolve this besides perhaps reducing the Gup Stage Manager modifier on later stages?
looking up in the sulphur pools in sulphur pools causes some models to disappear

Certain companion a.i. dont target the final boss of the dlc. Beetle guards just aimlessly walked around the arena and didnt even recognize the target. Carbonizer turrets will stare at it but never actually shoot at all.
My game crashed when I was on the Void Locus stage with two of my friends. Not sure what caused the crash but it happened when I was walking and around and I wasn't in a fight.

Struggling to get microbots since the vengeance captain isn't dropping it even with sacrifice and no items picked up.
When I get chucked off the edge in the simulacrum, occasionally I'll just fall into an endless loop of teleporting up then glitching off the edge. Not sure if this is intended but it makes falling off basically a death sentence for me
I'm not 100% sure if this is considered as a bug, but whenever you have a Empathy Core and go to the deeper void, if an infestor latches on to one of your probes, it just insta deletes you.
I think this happens because every enemy on the field starts counting as an ally, making the probes have thousands of damage increase.
This can also happen on any stage, but not nearly close to one shotting you.
Like I said, i'm not sure if it's a bug, because it is expected to happen like this according to the stats of the item, but it's way too strong and looks like a slight oversight, correct me if i'm wrong
using trophy hunter item on worm while it's underground will result in the yellow item dropping into the void
Sure it's already been reported but using any mercenary ability outside of special and hitting your allied Heretic will cause mercenary to get stuck on them until they move away from you manually
Some people may have mentioned it already, but it seems like Ben's Raincoat is actually causing semi-permanent effects (eg. Mul-T Heavy mode, Void Fiend self Slow on M1) to last permanently, aka. they persist.
Defensive microbots don't seem to be dropping from Captain's doppleganger with Artifact of Vengeance active and no other items being held. I've currently killed the doppleganger 10 times with no drops. Is this a bug?

Hey, when I have the protective bubble on from "Oddly shaped stone" item, and I use the "money for 50% HP" shrine, then I take 50% damage AND I loose the bubble shield. Why is that?
Mercenary's slicing winds does not interact with Lysate Cell well. When using slicing winds in rapid succession, only ONE will come out, even if you use 4 of them.
Void fiend's corrupted Suppress damage cannot be reduced by armor but it breaks Oddly Shaped Opal's protection.
If it bypasses the shield it shouldn't remove it

Loader's grappling hook arm straight up DISAPPEARS, it returned when loading into the next stage however attempting to use it launched the hand into space never to return. (I died in that level so I can't provide more, not sure how to recreate it.)
Unsure if reported already, but Railgunner seems to have a consistent issue with maintaining momentum when falling out of the map, even if straight down. Can cause a horrendous, infinite loop and render the run unplayable. Have not experienced said issue with any other survivor yet. If I use equipment/railgun to slow myself, it still flings me at ridiculously high speeds regardless. No way to return to normal.

Shooting with the primary attack of the railgunner pushes you backwards considerably while in the air after being launched. This makes jump pads very difficult to use as the railgunner.
I just finished a vanilla run killing the new boss after looping twice, ending in victory. However we didn't get the new unlock and also the run is not saved in Run History, as if it never happened.
Void fiend's laser beam when corrupted doesn't scale with attack speed, also the heresy items only stay on one of the modes

Hello me and my friend were doing a simulacrum run and around stage 70 he started lag after the lag subsided his character was invisible but I was able to see his bullets
It appears that two environment logs arenβt spawning for me. One being for the Void Fields and the other being the Void Locus, I canβt find them.
I should note a mod caused my logs to get wiped but have been able to recover said logs save for these two.
in simulacra an item got dropped right on the portal so I wasnt able to open it till after I activated the portal
I found that if you're having this issue, the only fix is to restart your computer.

After insta-killing a Stone Titan with Lost Seer's Lenses during his transformation into the phase with his shooting construct, the shooting sounds persisted.
Opal shield stays if you get rid of the item with a 3D printer, and the buff symbol never goes away but the buff also loses any effect

Not sure if reported: I am currently having a game where enemies spawn and don't move. They will attack but just don't move. Finishing the stage and moving on did not refresh or fix this.
bungus on railgunner stops working once she fires her primary or secondary as both skills cause a bit of knockback to the character, despite being grounded and not actually moving
First time post here but wanted to highlight the 3 bugs I have encountered thus far with the Void DLC on LIVE (love the additions and an incredible DLC!...the following are not the end of the world but would be awesome to get some eyeballs on it!)
1)using **railgunner with vision of heresy **...after using m2 ability...visions has a total of 1 shot in the chamber Always...forcing you to reload completely before even being able to unload a full clip of visions
2)volcanic egg graphic and player character animation not synced ...they are separated in a weird way and the egg graphic is very sporadic and not in the center looking like a DNA strand per usual
3)with the volcanic egg equipped..went to lunar bazaar and all the platform you spawn into was not completely rendered and i fell through the map

If the enemies get the Dio's Best Friend item and then a Gup dies it does not respawn. But the enemy counter thinks it's alive, so it will still count the Gups and say something like "24 enemies remaining", but there are no enemies left on the map. At some point the circle shrinks and the player dies. I can provide a recording if needed.

It could also be possible that my happiest mask caused this bug or maybe a combination of the two.
Is there a way to get my Eclipse 8 wins back? SOTV saved all my eclipse 1-7 wins, but none of my eclipse 8s on all survivors.

Acrid Secondary Skill Functionality Seems to have slightly broken, as it will no longer auto fire while the button is held down (Which is 100% something it did prior to this update). Leeching Seed with any proc coefficient below 1 (I believe, I only saw it just now with Captain's m1) cycles between 1 and 2 on the green healing numbers every frame.

Falling off the map occasionally gives the character very powerful sideways velocity when spawning back on the map, it doesn't seem to be specific to any map, I've had it on Titanic plains, distant roost, sulfur pools, and more I believe. I've also had it in simulacrum once, I believe that was on the new stage 2 (the temple)
A thing my friend found was that you have to hold no direction keys once you get flung off, they demonstrated it on acrid to me last night, still might be an issue with railgunner though who knows

I don't have a ton of info, but sulfur has a bunch of map collision issues, particularly involving when you either fall off the edge and don't wind up on land, or when the clay thingy does the big succ and gets you stuck under the map.

I just remembered another issue, I've found myself clipping through maps more? I did it once on sanctuary I believe but I don't remember the specifics, but I also found that huntress's utility can clip through some portions of Rallypoint with relative ease, without any movement items even. I'll see if I can replicate it a bit later

wave 149, no enemies spawning for like 15 minutes and counting, there are random fires on the ground that are marked as enemies, they never go away or take damage

After purchasing Survivors of the Void, Risk of Rain 2 fails to launch, and throws some sort of Unity error. Verifying game files, and un- and reinstalling does not fix the issue.

couldn't get a screenshot before it died, but I found a mending stone golem that was red colored as though it was a blazing elite (it was slightly green around the edges though) It had no buffs or debuffs so this was how it spawned.

The Rusty Key seems to have bugged odds. I have gained 14 Red items in a row from the lockbox across multiple runs across multiple days and have yet to see any Green items come out of it.

in simulacrum, once the hud shows the number of enemies left in a wave, if any of them are Gups the resulting Geeps and Gips are not counted as part of the wave. The hud does not increase the number and the wave can end even if the Geeps and Gips are alive
some void items (which possessed monsters get) add a lot of damage
The Alloy Worship Unit can get stuck in the "Alloy Supercharged Detonation" phase, repeating it indefinitely until the game crashes
The Soft Particles tick box in the graphics settings has been removed, but it is still in the config file and can be edited there to function normally (but i'm just gonna assume it was removed on accident)
you cant progress properly to next phase of voidling if you have it as a ghost. void effect will not dissapear

The Bottled Chaos, Volcanic, Egocentrism, Heretic dont work well together. Also egocentrism completly kills the Heretic character and can even use my skill because the item eats the other item.
Artifact of Souls wisps sink into the ground when they spawn on the new forest map.
the tp spawned right inside a cave in one of the new levels and there was no boss, the only thing that happened was a lot of those triangle turret things spawning on top of the cave

I just bled out for several minutes trying to look for enemies that weren't even there in Simalucrum. I'm not sure what caused it; I think maybe the game bugged out thinking my happiest mask ghosts were also enemies but when they all died the game still said there were 16 enemies left. Video is the last 30 seconds of the run before my power elixirs completely exhausted, there aren't any enemy indicators at all
Turns out it's not just the new map
Railgunner's and Void Fiend's passives show up in loadout selection. No other passive in the game (Besides Acrid) does this.
In MP allies are sometimes unable to see me when I play Void Fiend. Sometimes I'm completely invisible to them, sometimes my character model stays at the spawn point.
Has this been reported? If not I'll try and recreate it - while playing railgunner and going into the bazaar, I keep spawning underneath one of the newt statues beside the exit portal. I keep getting stuck in a loop of getting ejected at high speeds to the side or shoved under the entry pillar.
It doesn't happen every time, but sometimes it sets the spawn point inside those statues for some reason. I don't go in there often so it might be a while before I can get images.

idk, I heard it from someone who had the exact same issue. They said exactly the following:
normally, VF's red left click slows him while he channels it
but ben's raincoat makes him immune to slow
so when he switches back to purple
the game freaks out and reverses the slow
....leaving him permaslowed

The Void Fiends Trespass doesn't remove the "Overheat" debuff from the Grandparent boss.

it is possible to get a lunar chimera event in the void locus if you get there on stage 5, 10, 15, etc.
When I read an item in the logbook that was glowing (to say it's new) and close it's entry, it stays glowing, this only happens for gasoline, N'kuhana's, Jade elephant and Eccentric Vase so far, although I haven't unlocked all items because I started a new profile.
In Simulacrum, I was playing as void fiend reached round 106 and the enemy's stopped spawning. waited about 30 min then just killed myself to end the run. can provide video or screen shot of death screen.
idk if this is a bug, but picking up essence of heresy doesn't change void fiends corrupted suppress.
another thing, if you hover over on of the void fiends abilities in tab while corrupted, it displays the non-corrupted skills' description
(Flashing Lights; Epilepsy warning) so it seems like in Sulfur pools, a "teleport back to position when fall out of map" also matches the same position where an interactable can spawn, which resulted in me spawning inside a chance shrine, falling out of the map, and being teleported back, repeatedly in a loop
i managed to un-stuck myself but yeah this really shouldnt happen
I think the ignition tank also seems to make the player stay on fire for much longer, or at least I've only experienced the issue while I have the tank.
my friend keeps getting dropped, and that's their wifi right. But when they try to rejoin it sets them to spectator, and they can't continue the run after that.

Reached level 40 - items spawned but no portal to the next level
Reached level 86 - no enemies would spawn and shield area wouldn't reduce after time
Artifact bug:
Playing as Railgunner with the artifact of Chaos on puts a weak point marker on Railgunners head when scoped in, often blocking up over half the screen.
As visible in the recording, a lot of things stop rendering when looking up in this section of Sulfur Pools, including enemies.
Kind of a funny bug, With Artifact of Chaos, while playing Railgunner (Marksman scope) you can see your own weak spot, and it can get pretty ... wild, i'd say
Artifact bug:
I've also noticed that occasionally when a wisp is spawned via killing a not floating enemy with Artifact of Soul it will fall through the map as though it has some gravity and it can sometimes even lose collision with wall falling though the floor.
Not sure if this is a bug or a change but engineer can't use mines as often. Using his utility while the mines are on cooldown makes the mines keep resetting the cooldown and they will never come back so long as you keep using your utility
I'm playing with a friend now, and the same thing happened to him as MUL-T (and me as Railgunner). He got yeeted off the map by a grandparent orb and was stuck repeatedly flying off the map. Thankfully he had a feather so he could cancel it with a double jump.
Simulacrum:
When enemies receive Dio's, you can no longer progress. This has a 100% replication rate and we have never been able to pass wave 50 due to unfortunately always seeing enemies with Dio's at the end
This is the 3rd time either myself or someone I know has died to squid turrets in a normal run. Every time, itβs a pretty much instant death out of nowhere. Pretty sure itβs caused by the void bug things infesting squid turrets, but Iβve never actually seen it because they always cause death so quickly when it happens.
The void potentials all spawned in the same space which meant we had to take turns picking up item
when the void crab thing moved we just couldn't get all our items since they were all stacked and it just started moving before we could all get our items
i got stuck in simulacrum on wave 108. Enemies just stopped spawning and i had an infinite fire trails on earth (that were doing damage)

Physics glitch maybe, it happened like 7 times during the fight to me but it didn't happen to my friend once.
Plus it seems a lot stronger than last update's.
How long is a stack of burning supposed to last? Did they buff it because whenever I get one on me it lasts for over 10s per stack?

i just went to stage 9 abyssal depths and with a void seed there were 3 Regular overloading worms. Apparently i had to kill all 3 overloading worms (they werent even void touched) to get rid of the void cell. (PS i think it was unreasonable amount of overloading worms considering i havent reached ambient level 99 yet)
My friend, as void fiend, every time he gets Bens Raincoat and then uses corruption primary, he gets the same debuff as you get when holding it down, but until he teleports/dies no matter what he does. Anyone else have this problem or a solution to it?

Railgunner cant use busting fungus while using basic Primary Fire. For some reason it knocks her back which doesn't make much sense for a homing pea shooter.
Void Reavers do not have a visual placement for His Reassurance
So I was playing on the new DLC and I went to the ||void portal|| to try the boss, Artifact of swarms made two of them and I had beaten one when the other teleported into the sky, making it unkillable, i cannot get up to it and it is frozen mid air.
Defeating the ||Voidling|| as the Heretic doesn't unlock the Heretic's survivor log
Playing the default gamemode but with the dlc items with friends (as railgunner, idk if thats important) and at some point my frames drop highly and then my game just freezes along with my entire pc. Only a hard shutoff has worked so far. This has never happened with ror2 until now, and it seems to happen on any difficulty, with any amount of players. I can't tell if this is a pc issue or a game issue... :')
I tried reinstalling my drivers but I haven't played the game after that point, so I'll reply to this if it happens again.
Ok so turns out that in the new simulacrum game mode if the enemies get dios best friend, the waves become uncompleteable. Basically the enemies die twice like they're supposed to but the waves just stop rolling even with everything in the stage dead

On Simulacrum mode, the "focus"/becon sometimes spawns items in an unreachable area.
The void item 'Lysate Cell' doesn't do anything with Captain's special. it adds a number, but he still is only able to place 2 beacons. Maybe intended, but it would be nice for it to not be worthless on Captain.

With 10 stacks of Eulogy Zero, I was getting almost exactly 50/50 between lunar and normal. But as soon as the enemies gained 1 Eulogy through the Artifact of Evolution, it become 100% lunar items. (please do not fix this by removing the ability for enemies to gain lunar items)
Also note that this 100% lunar item rate is not being applied to the enemies' items, they're still getting almost equal amounts lunar and non-lunar

Bug Description: Enemies got a Dios Best Friend item on stage 50, and then stopped spawning somewhat over halfway through. nothing we did (running away from zone, jumping off map) fixed it.

Voidtouched elites do not inherit every item given by Evolution. (notice the absent shuriken and delicate watch indicators from their health bars, but the presence of the opal shield on undamaged individuals). I'm still working this bug out, but it seems to only apply to Voidtouched elites which generate with the map, and not ones generated by Void Infestors.
When I was respawned by Pluripotent Larva and all my items were corrupted by the void, the new void items didn't show up in my logbook.
This is a weird bug between Loader and The Heretic. When Loader hits the Heretic, the hit effect of hitting a punch will proc indefinably and will stack loader shield to full in a matter of milliseconds.

Since the new patch you can no longer hold down the button to fire off all charges of a skill. For example: If I am commando and I have 10 backup magazines, holding the button for the secondary skill only fires one shot where before it would continue firing until I let go or ran out of charges. Same goes with extra charges of the 4th ability with Lysate cell.
This is really annoying!
Holding the button still works with extra 3rd ability charges and 1st ability charges (Artificer) as far as I can tell.
Can confirm. Just happened to me.
Music is not synced anymore. In previous versions, the music would play until certain break points in the song when the teleported would finish charging. Now, it directly cuts to the outro when the teleported is done
Also had a strange interaction. Hit the Shrine of Order, and ended up with 22 Oddly-shaped Opals. The shield never broke. I was clearly taking severely reduced damage, but the bubble stayed up.
I'm playing the new mode and enemies aren't spawning. I don't know if this is because of late game or not.
The whole logbook page is so bugged... I only a single recorded run in the run history tab this year, even though I've played like 30+, my mithrix logbook says I've never killed mithrix, even though I have his logbook, in the pie charts on the profile stats, when there's a monster it still shows the stats like "times picked as" even though it's a monster, the profile stats page also just doesn't track stats well, like it says I have 63 stages completed but 53 wins? I know I have more wins but that math doesn't add up either at all
Void Fiend loses all corruption percentage whenever he gets healed by an ally's bustling fungus. Just wanted to check if this was intended or a bug

I was on stage 4 and had gotten to the point where I had about 6k more gold than my teammate solely because I had a stack of pennies and a warped fungus to heal me, which seems like a lot longer than a burn should last
You can use void fiends special without 25% corruption if you spam it and his alternate primary doesn't line up with the player model
If you play simulacrum with the artifact of sacrifice enabled no chests spawn, which is right, but instead only blood shrines spawn with a very high spawn rate. On the first map, there were around 10 blood shrines in close proximity to eachother
Also the logbook for the oddly-shaped opal has presumably the beta version description of what it did, it says that it gives you 100 extra armor when you're undamaged but in game it's something else
Was just in the void fields and the first enemies to spawn were Clay templars with 5 Tougher times, Tougher times doesn't have diminishing returns on enemies apparently, I died because my Acrid poison would rarely stick, and when it did, it almost never did damage. I made it to stage 4 I think. I was very quickly overwhelmed

My game just crashes randomly when I click on a character or click on settings or multiplayer. I got into a run one time but the screen froze and i was slowly dying to Lemurians. Pausing did nothing the screen was still frozen and then I just closed it.

As Void Fiend, died to a Glacial Parent attack in the middle of Trespass. Happened in multiplayer, but latency was nowhere near high enough to be the cause
I played ror 2 with an friend. he was new and we were gettin him new chars. in the Baazar of time I bought the fireworker for him but nothing happend and 10 lunar coins got eaten
we pet the frog lots and lots (well over the 10 needed) and the deep void portal never spawned
we died to the moon timer
So it appears that every time I close RoR2, I have to reinstall it or else the game just goes to a black screen and then stops responding indefinitely.
picking up the log for siphoned forest says you picked up the environment log for snowy forest
Some things I noticed on a recent playthrough

- Tougher Times does not activate to block world damage

Also, I have encountered an issue where the newt alter on the snowy forest map is literally unreachable. It is is in the cave, but it is the map variation where the cave is blocked off with no way to get in without breaking the game.
Mobs suddenly stopped spawning in Simulacrum. From what I understand, more mobs will spawn after you kill the last one, but the game gave them Dio's, so it probably messed with the spawning mechanics.
I don't know if this is a bug, but
's primary has a small amount of auto-aim around the crosshair. This seems intentional, however it seems to prioritize the closest "enemy". The problem is that if you get Beetle Guardian, and it is between you and the enemy, the game will prioritize your own guard over the enemy, effectively eating your shots. I feel his primary shouldn't be able to lock onto allied units.
