Command Essence Items do have a more complicated animation compared to literally every other item in the game so it'd make sense
the ai pathfinding for the incinirator drone is currently doing a pretty bad job at staying close enough to enemies to actually hit them with its flame. it looks like most of the time its too far away to hit the enemy and does no damage
I have had SO many collision errors since the update anyone esle?
I am using the artifact of soul and wisps go straight through the floor and shoot me but I can't shoot back. Also on loaders Pylon goes under the floor or into walls off a bounce. Never had these issues before the update.
I've also had the issue of loader's pylon going through walls. When I try to bounce it off the ground, it seems to spawn on the other side and fly straight down.
i'm still not sure if theis is a bug or not but when the heretic does her M1 it applies ruin after it explodes but it doesn't always apply ruin when you hit them (I may be misunderstanding so just tell me if its a chance to apply ruin on hit)
Magma Worms model seems to be missing its right "eye".
When ever I get to the final boss after a good run (aka with lots of items or after round 20ish ) once mithrix gets to his final stage where he absorbs your items, he take mine and then the game stops responding, I’m not sure if this is due to the amount of items I have/particular items I have picked up, but the game stops responding and I’m forced to use task manager to quit the application. Note: both times I have made it to him I have had wake of the vultures and the same thing happened to a friend of mine and he also had wake of the vultures, so maybe look into that? And I’m assuming having 35 shape glasses also doesn’t help 🙂 (but that was only for 1 of the three runs it had occurred on)
This is happening to me as-well, I actually just made a comment about it, which reminds me I also had swarm activated for it but my friend didn’t

Getting extra charges of Slicing Maelstrom (Hooks of Heresy) as MUL-T, unintentionally:
- Pick Power Mode, with Scrap Launcher as your secondary M1 (double scrap launcher may be required, not yet tested)
- Acquire Hooks of Heresy
- Enter and exit Power Mode without firing
- You now have 4 (hidden!) charges of Slicing Maelstrom, and can use them freely. The charges do not restock unless you loop power mode again

I got the new mercenary achievement without meeting the requirements. What I did was enter a game with an artifact I didn't want to use, played for 2 minutes with the mercenary in that game and then I left and created another game without the artifact and used 2 abilities and the achievement popped up. I don't have it recorded.

Pt. 1/2 - I ended up still achieving MUL-T: Seventh Day challenge, despite the fact I unluckily died secs before the final cell fully charged.
I'm no scientist computer wizard, but I think what happened was that the character's constantly decreasing health killed me the instant I took the perfected effect via Wake of Vultures. What's weird was that it happened earlier and I didn't die

I was playing a game with a friend and we had the Artifact of Metamorphosis on, I was playing Mercenary on the second stage, then spawned in as Commando in the next stage, after a few moments the achievement for Mercenary, Flash of Blades unlocked
I had an essence equipped the whole time (Ifrit's Distinction), I am thinking that the game thought that me having the essence was me constantly triggering an ability and thus it unlocked after I stopped being Mercenary
So I don't know if this was intended or not, but apparently Heretic can straight up fly with Chrysalis? And it last forever after a single activation of it on any stage, wears off when you enter a new stage, but can be reactivated. Switching to a new equipment does not remove the flight, only switching stages does.
When using head stomp red item, when not on host it doesnt work. Playing by myself it works and when playing with friends, the host it works. If i join a friends game, head stomp doesnt work. When the character lands it does no damage

My profile isnt showing accurate completion. I have every item log, and a win with every character and yet still showing I haven't unlocked them.

I've read some of the #top-feedback-archive and noticed some drone problems, so i wanted to contribute to them.
There's one problem i noticed, where healer drones try to carry you up in the air when you stand still. They try to almost go under your feet.

with artefact of metamorphosis: lunar heretic set bonus is applied only after ror2 check your items(while you pickup or 3d-print something for example) on each stage
This sure was something, and I'm not sure exactly what happened. I didn't get to get more than this because there was a death shortly after. But Something strange happened to the mesh while we were in the Void Fields.
He didn't see this, only I did for some reason.
Mithrix Arena Barrier doesn't disappear after fight

If you hold down secondary with power mode and get frozen, that secondary still is able to fire after it forces you out of power mode, so long as you are still holding the secondary button. Only happens with nailgun and saw.

So using sawmerang and this build I beat mithrix so hard he skipped the item stealing stage

Drones fly very close to character. Sometimes it looks like they are trying to gen INTO character)) It is very annoying, because they often sticks very close from behind (i can hear their gears moving)) and crush targeting. Also this behaviour breaks such items as bustling fungus.

Hello. I was playing preloop on Sky Meadow and the boss was Icy Souls Control Unit. I used 2 Shrine of the Mountain and there was 2 of them. I beat one and the second was like teleported in the space and i can't kill him, so i stuck here

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the correct channel to send this but the most recent update on Windows Insider Dev Channel Programme cause this game (and a few others) to become unplayable - taking well over a minute just to get to the main menu, and then the menu and gameplay itself being <20fps. I have fixed this by rolling back the update but I just want to make sure it is known that this is an issue.
@jade niche do you know if they plan to fix it or leave it in the game?
I believe there is a bug that is preventing cleansing pools from re-rolling after each use. I did a run looking for the Irradiant Pearl and managed to get 311 pearls, none of which were irradiant.
Given 311 independent events, with a 4% chance of success for each event, there is a 99.99969% chance that one or more of the events should succeed.
Either I am unbelievable unlucky, or the cleansing pools are bugged. If anyone knows more about this please let me know.
Hi, I am not sure if this has been addressed yet or not, but this is my second time running into this bug. Specifically in the Scorched Acres, there is a chance there will be no teleporter anywhere to be found. It does not happen often, but is still an issue for me at least. If other players are receiving the same issue, I think it will be quite frustrating for those on really good runs who cannot progress.

Haha I literally joined this subreddit just now to report that
it's super frustrating on the Bandit because it would block my R and I'd have to wait for the cooldown again. The healing bots also would get so up in your face that it can push you and even cancel bustling fungus
@serene pollen search better. literally. the teleporter event objective only appears if a teleporter is present on the map
so if you dont have that objective, please provide a picture of it on scorched acres.

why is the sprite for the lunar chimera exploder so pixelated?
For some reason my Bandit Umbra wasn't leveling up? It let me one-shot them on stage 4 though, which was amusing

I somehow managed to entirely skip mithrix item phase with this. By skip, I mean it literally went straight from phase 3 to detonation. I assume it was due to the 17 fire bands I had going when mithrix died, but I dont really know.
Note: I was using double rebar power mode and my bands were refreshing with blast shower faster than I could proc them
also spamming blast shower in power mode gets crazy particles all over your screen like this
oh, update, the level up issue still happened even without dissonance
Been seeing an issue on MUL-T runs as of late, using his Scrap launcher. its been consistent in terms of average, but every few (can be every other shot, can be ever few reloads) the damage of the rockets wont hit or register anything, whether it be enemy or ground. The hit wont register a target at all and miss entirely.
Using the milky chrysalis as the heretic will make you fly forever. You can still land on the ground, but jumping will put you back into the "fall" animation. This persists even when the cooldown for the item wears off.
I just got a crash on the last phase of Mithrix right after he steals all your items. I looked it up online and it seems I'm not the only one having this issue 😦
you are able to softlock yourself on the final stage if you have enough shape glass since the blood shrines can kill you from your lack of health

Frost Relic seems to be slowing down entities even though it isn't active.
So my friends and I just finished a 200+ minute god run and encountered a couple bugs. 1. Combat Shrines started spawning already used. 2. We found a Lunar Pool that spawned exclusively Irradiant Pearls. This one might be a feature I'm not sure but, it was mind blowing.
Also Head Stompers just doesn't work at all. There's no visuals or audio and it deals no damage.

Found a glitch where you can unlock the Mercenary: Flash of Blades achievement by entering a prismatic trial as Merc, using all your abilities, quit to menu, repeat until achievement pops.
Unfortunately not recorded.
So, I don't know what could've happened, but for some reason after killing some crabs after hitting the teleporter my gold is being converted very slowly, like a few per second

rex's disperse makes the clay pots on the desert environment disappear instead of pushing them, if they got pushed they could be used as weapons, which is why i wanted to point this out
the same thing happens with the wandering vagrant's orb that you can attack and it homes in on you
so i need some help....my save data is gone. i tried to play the new updated modded with modman and after the game was unplayable. i thought okay probably cause all the mods are not up to date so i closed it and started the game from steam and now all my progress is gone.

Had a crash when I was running an Engineer on the 4th phase of Mithrix.
I guess this is more of a bug report. Void cells just fails to populate with enemies when using kin sometimes.
I've just started this week's Prismatic Trial and 10 seconds in this achievement randomly popped up for some reason.
The flash of blades achievement is just like that atm. Just playing as Merc unlocks it lok
Also I clipped into a wall in the log on the mushroom map once as merc. Just remembered that now, unfortunately don't have more information.
Hey wanted to add that i recently "should" have unlocked the bandit sadist achievement but the game literally bugged and it didnt proc. could I get some help???
The Calm will not unlock for me despite beating the game on Monsoon before, and now..and I'm pretty sure I had it originally as well
Hey there Hopoo! (@void locust) I have a bug that i want to share with you, as fixing it (slightly but) will improve the gameplay. Well sometimes beetles and beetle guards on scoraged anchores spawn inside the floor, which makes them almost invonrale sometimes! For reasons i know not, Unstable Tesla Coil and Ceremonial Dagger are able to kill the beetles as well as beetle guards. it sounds pathentic i know but few of my Monsoon runs were ended by a malachite beetle or a celestine beetle. Have anyone else expirenced that "bug"? (hehe)
Not really a bug, but maybe make it so that these things don't spawn near pillars, I can't get my upgrade

I just completed a run to get the "Loader: Thunderdome" skill and I did the Trial of Vengeance in solo as Loader and I didn't get it. Am I missing anything? I think one of my drones or my ceremonial daggers could have kill one of the Loaders, but they are tied to me so that should effect that right?

Bug i've encountered by doing the following: Using Captain's Hacking Beacon on an untouched Shrine of Chance will make it drop the first item instead of both, and reduce the shrine's cost to 0 until you get the second item, after which the shrine gets disabled as intended.

It's not how it worked last time i played. It just hacked both items, why would they change it to make it do the same thing with extra steps? Setting the cost to 0 doesn't seem intended, but if it is that'd be very strange.
This Perfected Lunar Chimera when possessed by Happiest Mask isn't taking damage and dying.

Using MUL-T's Power Mode, your second primary is affected by backup mags - with scrap launcher, this also means swapping back leaves you with 5 charges of your secondary
The teleporter did not spawn in Sky Meadow stage.
Got the game to freeze (stop responding) in the 4th stage of the final boss as Engineer gave my gauss turret the woodsprite to heal it after it lost its items and the game immediatly froze when the woodsprite got to the turret
Mithrix refused to steal my items in the last stage of the boss fight. After i killed his i managed to finish the run with no problems.
the teleporter is present if the event objective is present on your screen,look better
so uhhh, my progress gets deleted everytime i close the game. As in i unlocked an artifact, ended the run, closed the game, then opened the game later and no artifact
I believe someone already reported this, but anyway. As MUL-T, if you're using new ability and firing both weapon and get frozen without releasing fire, your second weapon (which is on LT on controller) keeps shooting until you release button.
Bug Report for MUL-T:
Switching equipment from the Chrysalis right as you activate it puts you in a permanent antigravity mode. Activating the Chrysalis again doesn't fix it.
Stage change fixes it, but of course it breaks again if you repeat the bug

Actually, now I think it's due to him taking damage at a very precise time (which can be done easily with a lot of active kjaro's bands or by having an absurd amount of saws passing through him)
Game froze at the beginning of the last phase of the mithrix fight, ( didn't respond for over an hour at which point I just quit)

Hooks of Heresy doesn't cancel animations on Mercenary. It makes his gameplay infinitely more slugish.

Not entirely sure why focus crystals and crowbars have to do this. I saw people had noted that focus crystals increased the damage taken but couldn't see crowbars mentioned
All I can say is that at least it doesn't kill you if you have Shaped Glass
Noises that I'm guessing aren't supposed to be here, could be wrong, just played an online game as Mul-T and had to leave early, came back and started a solo round, sound is present somewhere in every stage
self-explanatory what the issue is
So I started a run with 6-7 different artifacts as Bandit and out of nowhere, The game and My entire PC froze and I had to unplug my PC to turn it off...

Two issues: one is the "Items and Equipment Discovered" completion stat is stuck at 112/126. I have all logs except for 6 monster logs and 7 environment logs, and I have every item log. The other issue is that "Survivors Played" doesn't track Heretic correctly, as you can see I have a win as Heretic but it was not counted for the "played" stat.
Honor making the scripted bosses elites doesnt seem to work right, at this rate he should probably be a Malachite

All of my progress just got deleted in the game after I got out of this session, kind of sucks

this might have already been said or might not be considered a bug but when you pick up essence of heresy as Mul-t if you had on the 2nd weapon slot the next stage it gets changed to the first slot
while you have the hooks of heresy and specifically the rocket launcher as Mul-T's second weapon, after exiting power mode the charges will be saved and are able to be used with the hooks
the big guy got launched outside of the respawn barrier and with no range attacks (the equipment just despawns before it hits him) i am left here for eternity
intended because merc's m2 has a special property that does that
hi. so, looking around is jittery and slow, for some reason. this happened mid-run.
the game is not lagging. my mouse is not malfunctioning. the cursor in the esc menu also moves fine.
it's like it's rapidly alternating between recognizing my mouse movements and not, several times per second.
I think this might have been reported before but here I go. While still under the effect of the jump pad, I tried to use my utility to jump on the platform and I got stuck on the border to Mithrix's arena. I was stuck in the animation and couldn't do anything. I had this happen before on Acrid only, and I might've succeeded in freeing myself, don't remember.
Very minor graphical bug, but the 'splashes' in the water on Gold Coast occur well below it's surface, and not at all if your character isn't very deep in it.
If you have Hooks of Heresy and at least 1 Backup Mag, switching between power mode and normal mode exponetially increases the amount of Slicing Malestroms you should be able to use. (2 -> 5)

I just encountered a bug in void fields : no enemies spawn. I think it might be caused by my artifact choices ? (kin,honor,vengeance..)
Don't really have any screenshots or gameplay video, but when me and some friends played in multiplayer, the teleporter boss (Overloading worm) instantly spawned and died, but he still was there, and he did damage without having any health bar.
It still counted as a teleporter boss, so when he died the teleporter only needed to charge

In Mithrix's phase 4, the game freezes when he finishes stealing the player's items. The music continues to play, but the game is unresponsive. Couldn't get a screenshot that wasn't all gray.

I had mithrix freeze after stealing items. However when I got close to him he suddenly started functioning again. I was playing power mode double saw mult with command.
so i am stuck in my profile completion, basically i cannot get 12/12 survivors played, as you cannot technically "pick" heretic for a run, even with artifact of evolution, also i have every item and equipment yet it says i do not have 16 of them, any solutions?
Just played a run and picked up nearly every item in the game. Stuck at 112/126
When Grovetender spawns as a boss, the game console is spammed with the error: "[Error : Unity Log] Unable to SpawnEffect from prefab named 'MuzzleflashTrackingFireball'". It doesnt seem to break anything but I just wanted to let it be known.
I dont know if this counts as a bug per say but the drones are constantly bumping into me so for example the mushrooms are usless because I cant stand still and when you have 30 or so drones u are sometime stuck inbetween them
Idk if there is a format to follow here but whenever I try to join my friend it boots me back to the menu with not error, sometimes we can get into the game but it will eventually kick me. Same thing happens to them when I try to host
Everytime I eviscerate as merc on last boss right at end of immunity from him taking the items, game freezes. This has happened twice so far.
Rex's directive: harvest projectiles act weirdly in multiplayer. Shots that would usually be a hit in singe-player often lead to the projectile either vanishing or just not registering. This could be a networking or lag issue, but my internet is very good
So I've found a little thing that bothers me. Mul-T power mode says it lets you use both your Primary attacks at once, but Visions of Heresy, which replaces your Primary, will only be used for one of them. I was expecting Dual Wield Needlers and am kinda bummed.
Me and a friend were playing and went to the store after level 20, I was using Commander and he was using Artificer, we tried to kill the shopkeeper and I was kicked out while he was not on my screen, the reverse happened on his screen. When we tried to keep going to finish the run the game froze on a black screen. We could still enter the pause menu and go back to the menu, but it never let us finish the run.
Not sure if this was mentioned or not but I have discovered that captain seems to keep causing Mithrix to crash. However if I grind the red that captain has the crash does not happen
idk if it is intended (probably not) but with those artifacts if you come to the void fields too early directors wont have any credits to spawn even beetles void fields are even lonelier...
When my friend and I try to play together, the one who is joining the existing lobby, made by the other is unable to pick a character. It looks like this. The game cant be started by the lobby creator. After multiple reinstalls the issue persists. Any tips, please?

I've had that exact same problem @cold reef for a long time now and it's killing me. The advice we get in tech support is "It's not the devs fault, your internet is set up wrong" which is proper bullshit because this doesn't happen in any other games, It's just RoR2's lobbies, and for me it's just with friends usually. There have been times it's worked alright.
If you ever find a fix, please post it everywhere you can, clickbait title and all.
LOTS of people have had this problem.
The work around fix I use when the boys are all online and I gotta get in for a game, is to just use a mobile hotspot. That gets around it.
I will, unfortunately I havent found a single fix for this issue.
We tried mobile hotspot aswell. Who should be using the hotspot, the host or the person who has the issue? And then can you stop the hotspot and use normal internet?
the person who has the issue can use the hotspot to connect to the host, or even to be the host themselves. I think you have to keep using the hotspot, but if you find that going back to regular internet after establishing the connection is possible, please report that back so I can use it too haha

Artificer Mithrix phase 4 skip bug: I was playing artificer with honor, swarms, sacrifice, command, and kin. I built a bunch of crowbars, bands, and guillotines. When the 4th phase started, after both Mithrix's jumped down from the sky, I hit both with a fully charged nano-spear, they died instantly. I had a halchyon seed and Aurelionite spawned. Then appeared the message that tells you that the planet's going to self detonate. No item stealing, no nothing.
Dunno if this is a steam issue or a game issue, but i beat the game on monsoon and got the challenge/achievement in game but it won't show up on my steam as being completed

The Heretic will instantly die if they steal the 'Perfected' ability with Wake of Vultures due to their passive draining ignoring any shield the player has.

Mythrix Fight Bugged on phase 4 after stealing items from player
happened 4 times already, can't defeat him
When doing the trail of metamorphosis and having the artifact of vengeance on, using the artifact key spawns in a copy of player and if the player has loads of bustling fungus, this heals the reliquary. This soft locks my game.
I unlocked the throwing knives for Bandit yesterday but now its acting like I never did
The area for recharging the ship after the final boss is affected by eclipse factors. While this might be intentional, because of the ship being as large as it is, you either have to be in the ship and not moving or outside the ship and never leave the ground to charge it. I can imagine with focused convergence this effect might get even worse to the point where you have to get hit by void reavers without a choice in the matter. Frankly, it was basically already there with only the eclipse 2 multiplier
In Eclipse 2 with focused convergence the actual escape ship objective radius shrinks further, although not visually. Standing inside of the circular radius with one of them equipped will NOT charge the exit objective; instead you have to hug the very sides of the escape ship or go inside. The radius is already too small in eclipse when you consider the void reavers' attacks and freezing mechanics, and with a focused convergence it becomes almost literally impossible.
After some further testing, the fact that the visual radius is not accurate at all to the area you actually need to be in is the major problem here, although the radius is seriously painfully small. We beat the boss already, i'm surprised this phase exists tbh.
Uh...not sure if this is a bug but...
Mithrix stole all my items, took one step, and the game instantly crashed. He used captian's ability to remove the diablo strike but....otherwise no idea what could have caused this. Didn't crash the games of the p[eople i was playing with though, just me, and their games had mithrix just...slowly walk out of the wall of the arena into thin air and disappear

No, I wasn't asked to do it, it's something I went through last summer myself! I compiled a text file with detailed fixes to russian translation and sent to... someone? The guy said he's working with the other people that partnered with Hopoo games and were responsible for translations, so I sent him the file and half a year later the errors aren't fixed (and now there are more lore entries).
(This went nowhere so now I'm looking for another way to send the file)

During the final phase of the Mithrix fight, after taking our items, the game freezes all entities besides the player. This has happened twice, once with 3 players and once with 4 (which was the run this time). The issues are similar to disconnecting, all players experience it separately, including the host. Other players are frozen as well. Each game had a different host. As of the start of the anniversary run, we have only had 3 runs come this far. The run that made it through was on drizzle difficulty, while the two runs that didn't were on monsoon. Shortly after this freeze occurs, ranging from 30 seconds to a few minutes, the game kicks players back to the main menu. Attached is a screenshot of the moment the freeze occurred. On another run, where we had the halycon seed, the freeze happened the exact moment Aurelionite spawned in.
Here is the output log for the previous bug report. I was not the host, so I am not sure how useful this might be.

There's a way inside that rock axzeff. That's sundered grove right ? One of the rock spawns on the edge has this tiny alcove you can get into. I had a dunestrider get stuck in it once.

Profile stats are not working, pie charts are broken. cant change whats shown. Cannot change 'displayed pie chart'. The stats are wildly inaccurate as 1. ive played more than 3 charatcers, and 2 it makes no sense to be a 33.3 split
and every other stat on profile stats page is 'frozen' ie, itll say 412 runs. I do like 5 or 6 runs, still says 412 runs. damage dealt and stuff is inaccurate too, and never changes either.
either runald's or kjaro's procs are making it so that bandit's Lights Out doesn't reset on kill with them, i'm not sure whether this is because the proc is preventing it or something but that's how it's going

When using MUL-T's Power Mode and having Scrap Launcher as the Secondary weapon. Picking up Backup Magazines will increase the ammo of the Scrap Launcher initially, and when you use all the ammo it will reload 4 then reload 1 more every second for every Backup Magazine. Pretty sure this is less of a bug and more of an oversight in the coding. Thought I would report it though just in case.

Visions of Heresy doesn't transfer over to your Secondary in MUL-T's Power Mode. Most likely an oversight rather than a bug.
Since the most recent update one of my buddies, only one of them in particular, have been having an issue where when we try to load in where he black screens and returns to the main menu if he's not the host, and if he's the host, everyone else gets put into the main menu. We've attempted uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache, turning off steam cloud save for the game, and tested on computers within the same network. We can't seem to find any recent issues report on this matter either.
When in power mode, MUL-T's second primary (confirmed with nailgun and power saw, not sure about rebar or scrap launcher) does not get disabled when frozen by the frost explosion after a frost elite dies.
when I spawn into a run the game doesnt register any of my keyboard characters so when I press e to exit the escape pod to play it doesnt work and I cant move around. Is there any fix for this?

Rather persistent bug where empathy cores on Mithrix causes a CTD when I damage him.
when this bug is in effect he will not attack after taking my items no matter how close I am to him. The Solus Probes are spawned on his side (I assume as intended) and other than his catatonia the game operates normally until the first instance of damage. At the time I was running a clean install as I did not yet know RoR2 could be modded.

At the start of 3rd stage of Mitrix I hit him with Orbital Probe, after that he don't steal items and start fighting at near 3000 hp.

This is mostly (probably) a network issue, but it happens a little consistently
It happens on the 5th stage, where in multiplayer the players who aren't the host start to lag behind, but instead of resyncing, the game starts to desync further and further
I had a game where I was a full 10 minutes behind, and although I could interact with the objects and it happens instantly for the host, I had to wait minutes before I could see what I did, and when I pressed to enter the teleporter, I was stuck on a black screen for 10 minutes while my friend just played on, but after that I was in sync with the host again
This may be because my friend is playing on slow internet, but I hadn't had this kind of desyncing issue before the update
if you shift as acrid into the wall before walking through then you get stuck for a little while, it does stop after a bit i learned
Regenerative is still bugged and only heals for 5% hp as the Regenerative buff heals for 10% over 1 second but the buff only lasts for .5 seconds.
This may have been reported before but when you are in power mode MULT with saws and you begin to use utility skill or run your second blade doesn't cancel.
I don't know if bug reports is the right place for this, but both of these lead to Gilded Coast... so that's neat
I've been seeing if Commando's Phase Round was any good with the new buffs, but there appears to be some sort of bug that causes the projectile to be redirected to an upward angle after hitting an enemy even if fired in a straight line. It doesn't seem to be very consistent either, so I'm not sure what could be causing it.
I shot this beetle directly forward without an upward angle and yet you can see the projectile going at a much higher angle after hitting the beetle.
This bug also appears to be the most consistent with beetles and beetle guards, but still seems to happen to lemurians rarely as well.
When you play as Acrid with a lot of Gasoline (150+) and Will o Wisp (50+) and you kill the last phase of Mithrix, your game crash certainly due to the big amount of items you get back.

Hey @fiery garnet , sorry to bug you but we recently discovered a bug where some elite enemies will not properly reward the player or cost to the director what they should as elites. Specifically, the last enemy in most if not all elite waves will cost that of a regular enemy. I did some poking around, and put together a short write up on my findings to hopefully help you guys out.

I was playing a run on monsoon with a few freinds and the share suite mod, when risk of rain 2 crashed. I had just built the heretic, and we looped when we set the teleporter to the moon, but we did go to the bazzar realm. is this a bug?
i also wasnt loosing health as the heretic

can't comment on mods at all. just one malfunctioning mod can break all sorts of things you can't predict

all it does is send items to every party member(even when dead) but reduces the # of chests to the ammount that spawn for 1 player- just if you wanted to know what it did
there is a known freeze on the moon right now in vanilla that happens when an NPC dies (like a beetle guard running into a flame pillar from phase 3, an engi turret getting destroyed by replacing it with a new one, killing your doppelganger, etc.) during the item steal phase of the boss
we did have a few beatle guards, but we were on titanic planes, and we had looped even though we shouldnt have... do you have to choose to go to the moon at the bazzar to prevent looping?

there were two stages that could be chosen, one with a white setting(kinda blurry), and one showing the place with the hidden boss that you get the haylacon seed from
I could be wrong, but to my knowledge the only way to get to the moon is to take the primordial teleporter on stage 5 without realigning it
I haven't actually tried going stage 5 -> bazaar to check, though
i dont know where else the white background could represent.... and it troubles me that the place we ended up at wasnt even shown... granted, its not like it cant happen, but this is all a bit confusing
If you entered the bazaar from sky meadows, it was offering you both stage 1 variants. each seer has a 5% chance to be replaced by the gilded coast, so one of them was replaced by that.
If you bought neither, it would just randomly choose one of the 2 stages, and then from that one of the 2 variants for that stage.

I'm sure someone else has probably reported this already but the completion is bugged out. It says I have only played as 11/12 characters even tho I have played, and won, with every character. it also says that there are 16 items I haven't found even tho I have unlocked and picked up all 126 of them. The 2 for challenges and for collectibles are correct.
Unsure how it happened, but me and two others managed to completely skip Phase 3 Mithrix fight. Dunno, as soon as we finished off Phase 2, he immediately went into kneeling (end animation after killing Phase 3) and we were able to escape just fine. Not sure if bug or feature XD

Not really sure if it is bugged, but the Artifcat Reliquary appears to lose the incorrect amount of health when feeding it the Artifact Keys

Run history isnt keeping all the data from about 8 or so runs and made a gap of time. At around 11:30pm on the 6th i started multiple attempts of an all artifact run, then ran a successful mith beaten run ending around 1am. There is no proof of these attempted runs in Run History or in any similar files under ROR2 data. It then saved one drizzle run out of 3 before i discovered the issue. (Sorry for poor and many images but only way i knew to explain as proof. No files on crash reports either, never installed mod)

i accidentally knocked the solu control unit away with my dash and now hes not coming back, fireworks wont reach him and i cant get close to him without being teleported back to the stage, i cant ping him either, also i dont know if bots are just very inaccurate but they are just firitng at the bottom of the map instead of upwards towards him, fireworks also travelled down but i thought thats just because they couldnt reach

Managed to get the items counter to go from 110 to 112 last night he recollecting a few more of the items (I think?) but I have no way to guess which ones need to be found again to count since I too unlocked all 126. Also am short one environmental log that I have no idea what could be.

currently the best course of action is to download or already have r2modman and install rorcheats, go into settings and enable unlock all, and then hit the menus in a run(preferably while paused) to do that. or if you don't want to permanently unlock everything then use the mod called unlockall. though i don't know if its clientside. if so, use it and unmoddedversion to use everything you'd need. as of now the basegame is broken and mods tend to break things as well, but that's a bandaid patch to keep things running at an acceptable level of functionality

My game crashes/bluescreens every time I play. It happens in both vanilla and modded and happens to no other games. Has anyone else had this issue?
There's a lingering audio problem.
After being teleported to the next map, if I have Titanic Knurl or was invisible as Bandit at the time of teleport, sometimes I come across the subtle audio that plays sort of floating in the air in certain spots. This is cumulative, so after a few loops there will be a loud rumbling or shimmering sound somewhere on the map. When I exit the run, they all play combined over the main menu.
It's not too loud, and maybe I only notice because I play without music a lot, but it's there and it gets annoying.
I found a bug recently with the new ability of MUL-T. When I activate the ability to have two primary at once I can actually deactivate it by running AND keeping my other primary (In this case, the saw). When my barrel launcher activate (Secondary) I just run to launch it without removing my finger from my right click to keep my saw. You can do very easily. Here is a video where I show it to a friend of mine. (We're french from canada, but the sound isn't that important.)

Running around on void fields, collided with these stalagmites and got wedged in-between. I think I got stuck "in mid-air" on the stalagmites when my hopoo feather jumps had been used up before touching the ground. Needless to say, killed the run 😦
I was told it's the developer debug stage that is normally hidden. Was included in this update by mistake and will be removed later I assume

This just happened to me in the last phase of mithrix. He stole all my items, but in the meantime i had thrown some cursed dolls around...
i had quite a few items on me with on-kill effects that i can remember of:
- all whites and greens at least 1x of each (20 backup mags and like 10 syringes)
- 57 leaf clover
- alien head
- brilliant behemoth
- ceremonial dagger
- dio's best friend
- frost relic
- happiest mask
- hardlight afterburner
- shattering justice
- soulbound catalyst
- mired urn
- planula
- shatterspleen
- titanic knurl
not sure if it's actually a bug or what but these healing drones keep swooping down and acting like attention starved dogs bumping right up in my face and blocking shots, I don't use drones that often but I've never had it be this much of an issue before

I believe getting items back from Mithrix Phase 4 counts as "collecting an item" for the purposes of that stat, messes up the count quite a bit
Note: This bug occurred while using mods, but none of them should have had this effect.
A Shrine of Order converted all of my greens to Red Whips, and they were active 100% of the time for that stage, even when in combat. The bug went away on the next stage.

he doesn't take equipment or tonic afflictions, and you may have also swapped equipment a few times
Not sure if its a bug but both my friend and I were doing solo runs and phase 4 of the final boss just didn't happen?|| Mithrix didn't take any items and DIED. In my case Aurelionite appeared instantly ||
If a non-merc ally attacks an Exposed enemy, the expose debuff disappears while having absolutely no effect.

Artifact Reliquary healed at some point during the fight going from 100000 max HP to 280000 max HP. HP went from 25% to around 75-80% and took about 7-8 keys to kill rather than 4.

Unsure if anyone has caught this yet but is it intentional that Bandit's primary fire and alternate primary fire shoot below the dot in the crosshairs?
It had been bugging me for the past few hours I've been playing him how it felt like his shots would hit the dirt whenever I was aiming at an enemy below a ledge or like how my shots would whiff wisps and sometimes just shoot the ground in front of enemies from mid range until I decided to take a proper look at shooting and realized how the shots were all below the dot of the crosshair whilst the lights out was perfectly centered

Mythrix seems to skip stage four when I have shaped glass.
I don't have photos or an output log, but this happened multiple times when i was trying to get bandits achievement "B&E" (kill Mythrix with 'lights out'). after beating stage three Mythrix the moon immediately begins to detonate making the achievement seem impossible with glass. there is no animation for Mythrix stealing the items, and one time I even used command and avoided items that could unintentionally activate like the ATG, yet I was still unable to battle stage four Mythrix. During these runs the only visible common denominator was the single stack of shaped glass. besides this the run went normally.

For the second time now, my game crashes when Mithrix enters the stealing items phase. The second he gets his health back, it just freezes up indefinitely. Sadly I cant see what items I had to help find out what causes this

"improved". that's hilarious. they constantly knock me out of fungus, swarming my feet and literally lifting me off the ground when i sit still for more than 2 seconds, they constantly block my shots, they block my jumps causing me to fall to my death, they block me picking up items, it's infuriating. There's no way they "designed" drones to make hell for you. it was supposed to be a buff not a nerf to general gameplay.
i know someone will just say, don't buy drones. early game, healing drones are one of the fastest ways to get some heals to survive, so usually i get one or two healing drones. then i hope and pray that something gets close enough to them to kill them because after i get healing items they're just a nuisance that i can't get rid of for the rest of the game, or at least until Stage 10 with the Void Reavers

Are the Dev's even looking at this server? I feel like l we are just venting at the bugs we encountered and they are just never looking at this server or they are and are laughing at us. Because I have a huge problem with my victory logs not showing in my run history, the drones get in my way which makes Captain unbearable to play sometimes yet I want to have fun playing him since it took me 20 darn tries to beat Mithrix to get him and most of my attempts that failed are because of the glitch that happens when game crashes on 4th stage or the void teleporters that float around at detonation don't work. Very frustrating, why make the #ror2-bug-reports-pc if they are not even using it....

There is a chance, game will completely freeze and stop responding when entering Mithrix Phase 4 on Eclipse and Monsoon

Hey I've noticed that the game has become easier to crash with this new update. Before in 1.0 i managed to get a stage 30 run before it crashed
But now my game will crash on stage 15 runs
My controller input settings don't seem to save on start up, I keep having the ping command reset to be on my sprint on controller, so I keep pinging people while I run and have to change it almost all the time.

I do not know if my friend is just unlucky, but activating Huntress' ballista seems to cause a fatal crash if done while Mithrix is stealing everyone's items. Has happened a few times.
This isn't something i can really screenshot due to the nature of the bug, but there are certain elite enemies that don't take damage specifically from me on multiplayer runs. I know it's not a situation where i'm behind because the most recent instance was a blazing stone golem on stage 3, about a minute in, as rex, when i'm not behind on items, will post output log when the game is over.

one minute into the third stage, meaning that we had only been on that stage for a minute
I turned into Heretic two hours into a run (in the Bazaar) and my character got stuck/frozen in place unable to move or attack; I can look around and Heretic animates just fine, but movement/attack inputs do nothing.
I thought my Dio's proc might save me after the health degen killed me once, but I'm still stuck and oddly enough have a doppelganger now.
Once I died and the game ended, upon clicking continue, for a brief second Heretic came alive with the "REVIVED!" text overhead and a flash of light before returning to the main menu. Seems almost like the game kinda 'froze up' without really freezing?
Going into the logbook post-run, it looks like I never picked up Essence of Heresy despite having it in my inventory on the post-game screen.

When playing as engineer and using the harpoon launcher, if you have Visions of Heresy it does not reload properly. To replicate shoot off all 12 vision bullets and as its reloading use the Harpoon launcher. When the overlay goes down, you only have 1 charge of visions instead of 12
the attack where mithrix takes his hammer above his head and does a stupid amount of damage and normally brings you to one shot protection can somehow double hit and i don't mean the after shock because that only does roughly half my health and i had about i had 5 thousand hp and it brought me to -5389 which is roughly double my hp and i was at full health even if i somehow didn't have my one shot protection it only brings me to like -600 so i lost the run to something kinda unfair
Double hit because the AoE is a different hit than the direct impact.
Not sure if this is a bug or intentional, but when invisible the planula item is not affected and neither is the focused convergence.
Is anyone else's game crashing a lot after the update? Mine started doing it more after a graphics driver update (it did it before the update too). I have a RTX 2060S
Just checked in reliability history... all 20 of the last crashes were error code c0000005 (which is access violation) most likely the engine is trying to reference freed memory for one reason or another (this is a different error code than my other games), if the devs want any more information, I can give them plenty, and I have a lot of experience with memory debugging (tho my experience is in C/C++, I don't actually know C#) so I may be of some help too
I remember seeing another player having issues with the game crashing shortly after the update... don't know if they still are or if it's just me, in the mean time I'm gonna try reinstalling to see if that works (you never know)

heard a 'chest opening' sound just before the freeze, then got the windows 'stopped responding' message

Not necessarily a bug but can we get the drone AI mended so they don’t all crash into us when we stand still like ball bearings round a magnet? This wouldn’t be so frustrating if we didn’t collide with them and they sent us flying or intercepted our shots.

Captain, while owning M2 heresy skill breaks M2 supply drone in a way that even makes you unable to attack for a while. Did not test with M1.
To make it more clear, pressing M2 while targetting supply beacon when owning the M2 heresy skill makes you fire the skill instead of the beacon, wastes your beacon charge, and locks you in targetting mode unable to attack until some timer runs out

Yesterday I played a run where I played mercenary and a friend played huntress, we were on stage 10 (looped once, back on sky meadow). We had activated a shrine of the mountain. 3 solus control units spawned inside the teleporter area, whereas the 4th one seemed to have spawned outside the map borders. It was very high in the sky. We waited around 5-10 minutes but it didn't seem to come any closer. I had a screenshot, but I forgot to save it 😦
Mithrix's 4th phase seems to be crashing much more often, usually in multiplayer and when there are more Soldier Syringes than other items. I've already gone through this a ton-of-times before with and without that high of an attack speed, and it's always been fine (multiplayer or not).
It only crashes right as he becomes vulnerable again, before he slams down.

Minor bug - in the final boss fight the Lunar Chimera phase can sometimes have a subtitle of "Horde of Many" instead of the intended one
In the RoR2.Projectile.ProjectileExplosion class in the files, the method GetRandomDirectionForChild() calculates the y and z direction that the child projectile moves at with only the z offsets. This means that no matter what is put into min/maxAngleOffset.y you can never set the angle range for it. I assume this was just a mistake since it only limits what you can do with the child projectiles, and in most scenarios it's not very noticeable.
This was a three hour nightmare for me to figure out, I would appreciate if it gets patched in the next minor update.
So i was at the final boss at go pushed out of the dome by one of the pillars the comes up from the ground when you fight the lunar chimera and two of the enemy's spawned on me but i went back up and could not fight them because they outside of the dome that keeps you in so i got stuck on the lunar chimera phase.
For some weird reason our game froze on usual stage 6 Mithrix run, I thought it was long run issue, reporting it here!

Trying to complete the trial of vengeance in the bulwarks ambry as engineer. The reliquary keeps getting healed after i give it an artifact key when the other engineer shows up, as he shares my 101 bustling fungus
After Mithrix took all our items the game froze/crashed. My friend could still play, run around and shoot, but Mithrix was frozen in his "suck" animation whilst I was completely frozen. Friend saw the getting all items back animation, but didnt actually get any. He still ran around as if he had all his items. Game would not respond and had to be closed. I was host so it ended the game.
Not sure if anyone else had this bug, but my friends and I found a cleansing pool that had an Irradiant pearl inside, except every pearl from that point was also Irradiant, not sure what could've caused it but we ended up printing out like 7 in total
theres an issue with the scavenger where i think the interstellar desk plant makes him heal for 27k health per tick, im currently streaming my friends trying to deal with this issue

Hello, I'm about to wrap up my 2hr run and ive only realized that enemies stopped spawning at around stage 33-34 onwards(?). There was only 1 instance where enemies spawned naturally but it was only a group of scavengers and that was the stage I was on. The other stages had no random spawns, they spawned only when I started the teleporter. I also have 4 stacks of defiant gouge. But ever since mobs stopped spawning, my defiant gouge didnt work too. I activated shrines but nothing seemed to spawn anymore.

- item% is bugged due to dev oopsie
- survivor play% is bugged due to Heretic not being on the character select screen
- locked monster is Mithrix so not bugged, you just havent obtained the log yet
- missing environment is the dev test stage log they forgot to remove, so also a dev oopsie

No, that error happens in a normal vanilla version of the game as far as I know
I don't know if it's a bug or not but i had a Captain run and went to Bulwark's Ambry and turned on Artifact of Metamorphosis which turned me into Mercenary. Then when i came back out i was still Mercenary even with the Defensive Microbots.
what about the other errors? it's slowly making my game unplayable, imps overlords no longer spawns, can't use captain diablo strike, etc...
Hello guys, i was playing with my friend, and i picked captain. I got all the items needed to get the heretic character, there i was playing on the final stage, and i got the perfect elite buff ( i had a wake of vultures). I died instantly, is that a thing? or a bug? Also, it didnt appear the message that i have died.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but the UI Anti-Aliasing only works on the HP bar, not the level bar in the top right.

firing loader's pylon straight into the ground actually glitches it into the ground, whereas before it would bounce. it cannot shock any monsters underground.

I mean you guys probably already know this, but there are a ton of sounds from the game that are in areas they shouldnt be. I hear Bandits smoke bomb sound on every single map when Im not using it or even playing him. It always seems to emanate from one spot. I have ALWAYS had the rock falling sound bug and of course these carry out to the main menu. I had to turn off sound when not focused because I didnt want to hear shining rocks whilst I was waiting for a friend. Interestingly enough I did a reinstall and the sound was gone. However immediately during and after my first game, the bug was back.
this is due to sounds not being properly deleted when leaving a stage or dying. its been in the game since i dont know how long but i thought you'd want to know what caused it

If you're able manipulate the camera to look from underneath the sky meadow teleporter, it does that. I think it's a fairly known thing.

Legendary chests have a small chance to naturally generate along with the set locations on Abyssal Depths and sundered grove starting at stage 4 in a run, so it's possible to have 2. If you found 2 in the predetermined locations, then idk.

Merc's unlock achievement is in the middle of the lunar item section whereas all others are with their respective loadout/mastery achievements. Also the Hooks/Essence of Heresy are not included in the Blockade Breaker icon but I don't know if that was intentional or not

I had the same number but for my longest run, set it to 0 and now my longest run is an accurate value

So, I am currently in the middle of a run that will not spawn enemies. I got my first screenshot on stage 2, there wasn't even a boss that spawned. It was like this on stage 1 also. All of my items and money are from Hacking shrines and the little capsules or whatever they're called.

I was just going to play for a few minutes, so I decided to make it very difficult, but nothing has spawned, no bosses, no enemies, no teleporter radius. I have never seen this happen, so it might be from the new update today, or an old bug, but it would be nice to see this fixed if possible. (This is a great game and this is one of the first game breaking bugs that I have ever seen)

Hey Devs, the Artifact of Dissonance (Monsters spawn outside their usual environments) will cause enemies or bosses to never appear
Mithrix still does though
Any optional boss will spawn as well, but no portal boss or regular enemies will spawn when the artifact is active. Tested and not working in both singleplayer and multiplayer
Found the same artifact of dissonance issue on a monsoon all artifacts on run, same issue of random enemies not spawning, though your relentless doppelgangers still will appear and try to kill you
I thought the bug was fixed, apparently not, I did almost 70 million damage to mithrix and he just gave up and skipped the last stage

Started a multiplayer game as bandit and a friend as huntress with Dissonance and enigma and as of stage 5 no enemies have spawned

I'm not sure if this is a bug but... I've gotten a repulsion armor printer to spawn 9 levels in a row now and I'm...that seems...so unbelievably out of the range of luck I felt like reporting it
Able to complete prismatic trials with mods on. I haven't added any mods recently so it shouldn't be from that. There were mod updates which could've caused it (Or the patch today). I did a test run to see if it would submit to the leaderboards and it did. All my mods are qol stuff so no cheat :)
The item display for Kjaro's still disappears after proccing the item.
Clover's item display also doesn't appear on Bandit still.
I am experimenting what does spawn and not spawn with the glitched Artifact of Dissonance because I am bored.
Shrines of Combat can not activate, enemies do not spawn when Defiant Gouge is used on any shrine, enemies do not spawn in the Void Fields, enemies do not spawn in the Gold Portal area therefore being softlocked upon entering.
The Doppelganger does spawn from Artifact of Vengeance, Artifact of Soul can still spawn Wisps from defeated monsters, The Alloy Worship Unit does spawn, The Blazing and Glacial Elder Lemurian from the Abandoned Aqueduct does spawn, Newt does spawn in the shop, Final Boss does spawn, and the Hidden Realm: A Moment, Whole Boss still spawns.
I do not know if this info is useful or not, but I did it for fun.

Hey guys ! Got this bug last night while trying to join my friend Harv . Both me (BloodyWings) and Djmartox had the same screen. However if harv tried to join us (not him as party leader) it was him with the screen
I just got my run ended by getting stuck on an invisible wall on the outside of the Mythrix arena, after I pressed shift midair as Acrid. I am fully stuck and cannot move.
EDIT: Just got unstuck after a solid minute.
Has anyone had this issue, in my games, no enemies are spawning, and ive done a fresh install and that hasnt fixed the issue
Are you using Artifact of Dissonance? If so, it is currently bugged and is preventing Monsters from spawning.

So a small bug I've ran into, if you have enough Strides of Hersey, you can still get up to the final boss room before you deal with the Beacons. I'm posting this in here because if you do this before the beacon, you're now stuck in the boss room with no way to either progress or reset yourself back down to the ground.
With enough move speed (and tonic, H3AD-5T v2, and wax quails for most jumps) you can use inclines around 45 degrees or more to throw yourself into the sky at high speeds. This can mainly be used to skip the pillars in the Mithrix fight, on commencement you can use the shield on the rescue ship, a good portion of the rocks on the map, curved roofs and some standard terrain such as the curved edges of cliffs.
I could have just been insanely lucky, but I'd had tonic for well over 15 minutes (upwards of 50 activations) but didn't get a single debuff when it wore off.

clover lowers the chance to receive tonic afflictions to 4% vs 20% otherwise
so yeah maybe you were lucky, but the odds were greatly reduced

@molten field @fiery garnet @hollow yarrow hello I'am this person friend, we are only having this issue when we play with each other, he can play with other friend fine but i can only play with randoms, as soon as a friend invites me to play multiplayer i get this screen and can't pick a survivor, I tried uninstalling the game but that didn't fix it. Any idea what could fix it?
it's less of a bug and more that something is preventing network traffic from being delivered between the host player and the client player. the game can't do anything if the data can't reach you, though I guess it should pop up a message telling you that the traffic is blocked instead of sitting there like that

unfortunately, we still haven't heard of anything that solves it. you can maybe try resetting your router, though that's a bit of a shot in the dark.
So i just started a run, and Nothing Spawns at all, I can't interact with Combat Shrines and When i use the TP nothing spawns and no items come from it either, Dunno what to do about i, but i can still progress through the game

H3AD-5T v2 still doesn't work on the client's side in multi player, the item properly alters the player's jump height but the stomp itself doesn't deal damage.
eh I'am using an Ethernet cable, with the WiFi off on my laptop, i got the problem to stop when i turned the WiFi on, i still have the Ethernet connection but as long as the WiFi is on the problem stops happening, as soon as i turn the WiFi off the problem happens again. think you should know what fixed the issue for me.

Every time I launch the game, the language resets to Russian
Encountered a bug(?), at least on REX, where Directive: Drill would maintain it's cool down after picking up a pack from bandolier. The cooldown was reset but after using the ability next it's cooldown was left where it was last. So if I picked up an ammo pack with 2 seconds left on Drill, then used the ability, the cooldown would still only be 2 seconds instead of 6.
I found a bug with Dissonance Artifact. After the last update it blocks all the mob spawning. Bosses don't spawn either. I hope you'll fix that because this is my favorite artifact.
^ definitely needs a fix asap, that artifact is one of the best and i used it in every run

Dissonance artifact isnt working for me and sacrifice doesn't seem to drop items. Also the mob spawning seems weird, they're perfectly ordered and not random.
bit of addition on dissonance, no enemies spawn this is true for all levels however things like the meteorites in stage 5 do still spawn same with chests and other things, shrine of combat does not work, teleporter does work however the red dome does not spawn while in the normal radius it does still charge however you can interact with things outside the teleporter range while its still charging, Void field doesnt spawn enemies either and to that fact doesnt even show a list of enemies or items like it normally does Final level: ||Dome around pillars spawns as normal, initial dome around rescue ship is also still there, Mithrax himself did spawn but I never got past first phase as I had a whole 5 white items||
I seem to be unable to pick up items... any thoughts on how to fix that?

there are more problems with artifacts. I havent found which cause what problem yet, but sacrifice in combination with another doesnt spawn items. Death screen does not appear with multiple artifacts on and my gpu for some reason doesnt want to go above 900Mhz core clock while in ror2 (In other games it performs fine).

I was playing engineer, i put my turrets down next to eachother, and the turrets were shooting, but the projectiles were getting blocked by the turret and vice versa, so the turret didnt work
dissonance artifact issue is known and fixed internally. we're hoping to get a hotfix out sooner than later.

Hey so I was recently playing Bandit and ran into a bug on the moon. I was heading towards the jump pad to head to Mythrix and I used smoke bomb to make it there quicker. While I was in smoke bomb, I hit the jump pad. Part of the way up, Bandit went out of smoke bomb and it immediately dropped him out of the jump and I was not able to move at all until I hit the ground
his ability cancels your momentum in the air I believe, since you can use it while falling to cancel fall damage, but idk about the not being able to move part
this is purely cosmetic but when playing artificer with the head stomper and the ion jump ability this trail happens only when taking off from the ground not running i believe

Looking at a logbook entry for an item/monster with a 3D viewer, and then going to the new profile stats screen and hovering over the survivor stats' pie chart will display the last 3D model viewed in the background of the hover popup.
In the screenshot, I looked at the resonance disc and then went there and you can see the bright pink glow from the item in the bg
forgot to mention the trail is only when hovering

this crash indicates something going wrong in Unity's animation system. usually, when something inside a Unity system crashes, we've found that it's due to overclocked RAM. you may want to check your XMP or other hardware clock management settings to turn down or disable your RAM overclock.
While using power mode as Mul-t with the nail gun equipped as the secondary, if your frozen by an elite you are still able to use the secondary while frozen and even out of power mode

With the artifact of dissonance and the artifact of kin, it makes it so no enemies spawn aside from scripted enemies like the alloy worship unit and mithrix, leaving the game to be easily beaten.
My friend is playing vanilla bandit and his headst just isn’t doing damage. It’s going into the fast fall but even after torpedoing directly onto things from almost skybox it just splashes
Artifact of Dissonance is currently bugged, causing enemies to not spawn. It seems that only dissonance is causing the issue, as when all artifacts are enabled except for dissonance, enemies are spawning and artifacts are working as intended.

I haven't overclocked anytingh. I don't have idea how to do that. And it just happened again. Here's something I forgot to say. It happens only in Rallypoint Delta despite the character I'm using. And It started happening on the 12th of april, when the patch was released. Hope this can be useful. For now in think that the only avaible strat is using lunars to get to bazars and choosing the other third stage (btw I don't know what happens if I go to Rallypoint Delta on loops. I will try as soon as I can). Here's another thing, in multyplayer it does not do anything, everything runs smoothly.

On a 2 player monsoon run, my friend and I activated 3 shrines of the mountain and no boss spawned when we activated the teleporter. This was on the fourth stage, specifically the fire-themed one (I forgot the name of it).
did it only happen on stage 4? were you using any artifacts? Dissonance is broken right now and doesn't spawn enemies.
I don't think its Dissonance, they would have noticed by stage 1 x)

I'd like to report first major bug that has ever happened to me in RoR2. I somehow managed to push the boss out of bounds. It didn't try to get back to me, neither could I reach him or deal any damege, becuse I played as mercenary.
With these artifacts: double enemy spawn, no chests but enemies drop items, enemies spawn outside of their usual location in monsoon difficulty no enemies were spawning anywhere , in tp events or in void fields

Extremely poor performance on a decent system AMD 3960X, 128GB 3200MHz Quad Channel, 3090. The game is quite laggy with low GPU usage and low FPS

literally just now i was playing on commencment and halfway through the big guitar bit at the end it just cut out and restarted the song at definitely the wrong place, if it helps i was running to ||the blood pillars||
btw the game mostly gets held back by cpu if anything... a 1030 would still run the game fine, as long as the cpu is good.
maybe the game only has access to a limited amount of threads
I don't know if it's something to do with not being optimized properly for AMD CPUs, specifically with high thread count

High thread count processors are super common but it's not great to have to disable half the threads on my processor and reboot every time I'm gonna play

Anyone knows how this boss heals so much when I hit it? I was literally incapable of killing it, because It would heal for almost 500k everytime I dealt a lot of damage to it. The only mod I'm using is BetterUI

I think it also heals you so you’re at the same % health you were before you activate it.
Two Bugs to report: 1. 50% of the time when i get the H3AD STOMPER I'm unable to deal damage with the ground pound ability. 2. Everytime i use artifact of dissonance enemies will not spawn

If you put on the artifact of vengance, a copy of you character will invade your stage every 10 minutes, and he will drop one of the items he's holding. I just waited 10 minutes on the first stage, without picking up items, so he only could drop that one item
does anyone know what's with the bug where mithrix just dies at the start of his final stage? i was trying for the bandit achievement with command sacrifice and swarms on dizzil and he just died before he did anything.
for some reason when swarms is on mithrix sometimes dies completely before his final stage where he steals your items

um, i broke the game.... Its been 10 minutes on monsoon difficulty, and not a single mob has spawned, i activated a mountain shrine and bosses still don't even spawn.... I tried to activate a shine of combat, but it physically wouldn't let me. I can send pictures if you want. Oh and there is also no teleporter field...

Idk what's wrong with the other guy's game, but you're definitely using dissonance and that's your issue.
MUL-T (at least) has some weeeeird stuff going on with H3AD-ST+milky
semi-infinite airtime, although you cant go up when milky duration "ends".
too bad you cant headstomp, if you manage to reset gravity it still wont do any damage, I suspect some bug with how its implemented

I really really hope Hopoo is aware of the Dissonance bug, I'd count it as literally gamebreaking
just started a MAAO run and nothing was spawning. i tried a shrine of combat but it wouldnt let me activate it. i started the teleporter and nothing spawned. this is the worst instance ive had of something like this happening. (the only time it happened before was on a command run at stage 4(?) and the boss didnt spawn but everything else was as normal)
edit: only just realized this, theres no red teleporter boundaries that i can see but when i go far away it stops charging
edit No2: i died shortly after submitting this and started another MAAO run. the problem peristed into my next run and runs after that sooo idk what anything is anymore.
I've run into similar problem today as well. I was running a run trying to unlock all the artifacts , and at some points I just couldn't interact with shrines of combat. The Bulwarks Ambry also started to act a little strange , it would not spawn anything for good few minutes and then just spew elite scavengers or bosses and again nothing. (I guess it also may be caused by the fact that game considers them as a big threat and gives a lot of time for the fight , which took me few seconds due to OP items combo)
On the same run I've run into another problem. While getting past stage 50 money count just starts getting confused. I would get over 1,5 billion $ from killing few elite bosses and the count just cannot proceed it. It just swaps to negative numbers (however I'm able to pay when having negative money) but the real problem starts when I pass -1,8 billion (the 32 bit) and the count resets to 0 again. Thus from getting 3,6 billion $ I'm actually back at 0. It's kinda annoying since chest costs sometimes 60 to 600 million and I'm nowhere near to buy them. This becomes real problem when trying to buy some chests after the teleporter event as I cannot predict how much money would I gather
Artifact of dissonance is broken and causes the issues you're having. Enemies don't spawn with it active right now, but it'll be fixed in the next patch

Captains hacking beacon targeting the wrong pod in a multishop. Its supposed to open the one closest to it and without any rhyme or reason sometimes it just doesnt want to do that even though its clear which pod is closest.
(pretty sure this is a known bug, atleast its been in the game since captain was introduced but it still being around makes me want to post about it)
Sky Meadow isn't supposed to have a night sky, is it? I ask because I also crashed after going through the teleporter this run

Artifact of dissonance is currently bug, no monsters spawn
as acrid if you hit the ground at an angle at which you wouldnt stop moving e.g. a ledge at the very tip you use both slams
as in the other slam activates automatically
