poison: either 100% of your dmg stat/some fucking % of enemy's max hp depending which value is higher (10? i forget the numbers) (not that they are relevant because for most enemies itll be the dmg stat)
blight: always 60% of ur dmg stat per stack
so at 2 stacks its almost always more dmg than poison
