• is it better to level up an R character or to wait until I get a character of higher ranking?
• how important are type match ups really?
• I started this game already planning to save up resources for certain characters; the LOV (but mostly shigaraki) aside from crystals & tickets, is there anything else I should try and save for them?
  Is it easier to just draw from the currently available gacha pools or should I wait for one that increases their pull chances? And how soon can I expect an event with a gacha pool like that to come around?
