that’s talent can actually be really useful. What it does it depending on your eye bar, or stains thingy, if it is at least about 1/5th full, as it takes away the bar, it increases your damage by 50% as well and damage reduction by 10%, it stacks too, instead of just taking away the bar to do more damage, which can make your stain to really high damage when using an ability after, like his ult (sorry for ping)
