So @manic crypt basically u wanna use aizawas bind mode to fill up his bar as quickly as possible and wanna group enemys while using it. i do it by auto attack to pull them to me and then dodge to get a new position to pull another one to group them. When ur Bar is filled up, but u dont have his quirk ready, where u can jump on them and bind them u can switch to ur blade mode and auto attack and use ur specials until ur quirk is ready to make big dmg with his bind
