Yeah he is still good but they did shadow nerfed him on his buff abilities and then they nerfed his ranged for his buff attack and you can’t turn it on and off on his buff like he used too overall he is still good

But if you still turned it off then it will go on a high cooldown to order to use his buff again but it’s a good thing they didn’t touch his damage

His Grab is still a bit buggy tho and sometimes it connects while he still grab them and burn them and sometimes he just hit the enemy and didn’t burn them in mid air

Yeah...no. He would be a zoner type but since the main roster would have Kaminari and Lady Nagant as viable zoners, Mineta isn't really needed. Then he wouldn't be DLC either because DLC characters are meant to make money and Mineta is a very hated character so I doubt he would make money

If I was to make a season 4 then yeah I'd probably add Mineta then. I just feel like other characters would have the same tools he had just a tad better. I was actually debating between him or Koda since Mineta is more prominent, but then I came up with the idea of having Koda be a setup/trap character using animals

Give Koda a shoulder tackle as his main special that's used as a combo and whiff punish tool, a eagle antiair special, a wolf rushdown/combo starter special, and an insect trap that could lead to opponents being hit stunned in place for a short time leading to free combos

That's fair, but for Midnight I straight up had the idea of having her play like Poison in SFV using a lot of whip moves and giving her a command grab with her whip along with a parry where she could put the opponent to sleep for some frames just enough for a punish. And Gentle would have really, really good air mobility because of his quirk along with a projectile reflection move and some specials could even bring in La Brava to help out
