wow Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter is an amazing remake, they did a great job of modernizing the game without losing what made the original special

I've played the og back then on my psp but I wasn't really into turn-based JRPG back then, so it didn't really hit me that much

This is the first game of a long and one of the best jrpg series The Legend of Heroes and I hope they will continue to remake all of the 13 games

2nd chapter is confirmed remake in the works

In terms of story, 1st chapter is considered the weakest in the series since it's just introduction and setting up the world, but the worldbuilding and characters are all so good

TLOH series is very interconnected which sets them apart from other jrpg series, characters, story arcs, and world events carry over from one game to the next. So it's highly recommended to play in order since it helps you understand references, relationships, and political developments that build up over multiple titles. If you haven't gotten into the series yet, the remake is the best game to do so

I liked what they did to the gameplay, you can just hack and slash enemies but turn-based tactic have advantage since you can use Arts in it, so sometimes that tactic is better

Here's my idea for a fan game for fallout,since it'll be another fking decade before fallout 5 IF we're lucky

A lot of people love fallout new Vegas, so what if someone used unreal engine 5 to make a fan game where your put into the shoes of an NCR private at the battle of Helios 1,where you fight in dunes, trenches and eventually in Helios 1 itself, watching your friends and comrades die along the way, having flashbacks of before the battle,family and friends, and the build up before the battle, then midway through,you switch to a BOS scribe protecting Helios 1, following your paladins orders to protect pre war tech, seeing the NCR as reckless expansionists, watching comrades and friends die, and the BOS dwindle on supplies,where in the end as the BOS trooper you come to a confrontation with the scribe at night ,both bloodied and battered, end up dying next to eachother,accepting their fate as they see the final sunset as the battles final hours come to a close
