If one player decide to target heroes, you can report them in-game and if it's really targetting against you and if they doing that several times (usually when someone target heroes, they doing that in several games). You can report them throught ticket in-game (it's one of the reason that you can create tickets). But if it's you who target, i'd advise you to not do again since targetting someone isn't allowed by the rules.

Veteran cards aren't a limited offer, but you do have to meet certain requirements to get your cards. You need 40 games played (win or lose) with an advanced role for an advanced Village card (Gunner, SS, Ghost Lady, etc), 25 with an advanced WW role (Nightmare, Beserk, etc), and 20 with an advanced RK role (Cannibal, Zomb, etc). Those requirements needed to be completed before the card update, so if you're a new player or a very casual one, it's unlikely that you met those requirements. If you know you should've been given Veteran cards then you'll need to go to #bugs-readonly to have it resolved.

There's always the possibility. Eg if jww ingame they could hold off of that resulting in you being able to equal out if cupid is still alive. Anyway, you should always try to win with your lover. If you side with your original team it can be seen as gamethrowing. If there's no real way to win then I think I'm not a guardian, so take these words and advice with a grain of salt you can side with your original team, but only if you are 100% certain you cannot win with your couple and trying to win with your couple will result in the other team winning

Otherwise I think it'll take me ages to get all the new cards as level up gets harder the higher up I go

Unfortunately, you won't receive cards for every previous level before the update. You'll only receive cards for new levels gained after the update, but a level is only 2000 exp, it doesn't increase at higher levels. If you think that isn't viable, you can also buy cards for gems, get them from the daily rewards calendar, and you can get 1 free card for every 6 daily challenges competed.

Reports that are bad enough to report to a guardian, are about:

• Racism
• Homophobia
• All kind of harassment or comments, including sexual harassment, excessive targeting, bullying, death threats and any kind of threats towards another player's health / real life, etc.
• Reporting whole clans (racist/ inappropriate names, descriptions, clan teaming etc)
• Usernames and personal messages especially if they are in a language none of our guardians can speak (please provide a translation if you report this!)
• Staff impersonation
• Language non-compliance: In case 4 or more players speak another language throughout the game
• Cheating, teaming or boosting in ranked
• Grinding/ boosting in your games in quick game or sandbox without your consent

=> If you experienced one or more of these incidents and reported all the players ingame, you should click on the "?" in the game on main screen and then "talk to a guardian". After creating the ticket you can explain your request. The guardians will reply you as soon as possible.

You can only get 30 cards a month. If you click the "roles" tab and then click "cards", there's a question mark in the top right corner and if you click on it, under "how to obtain cards", you'll see a counter that tells you if you reached your monthly limit. If you haven't reached the limit, the do report it in #bugs-readonly and wait for someone to get back to you.

Yeep, there's a limit. 5 cards per day, 30 cards per month. If ypu got 5 cards in a day, it'll reset next day. If ypu got 30 cards in a month, it'll reset next month. To see if you've reached your limit card, go to Role > Cards Tab > Click the Question Mark Icon > Open the How to Obtain Cards

A tournament for perks was just held and finished, so I'm sure there will be more!

Oooh, sorry. I misunderstood. I would think that the same would still apply that the only potion RL can get is a red one no matter the number of times it was given out. But testing is always the way to go if you're extra curious.

How to report to Guardians, and is my report bad enough?

Reports that are bad enough to report to a guardian, are about:

• Racism
• Homophobia
• All kind of harassment or comments, including sexual harassment, excessive targeting, bullying, death threats and any kind of threats towards another player's health / real life, etc.
• Reporting whole clans (racist/ inappropriate names, descriptions, clan teaming etc)
• Usernames and personal messages especially if they are in a language none of our guardians can speak (please provide a translation if you report this!)
• Staff impersonation
• Language non-compliance: In case 4 or more players speak another language throughout the game
• Cheating, teaming or boosting in ranked
• Grinding/ boosting in your games in quick game or sandbox without your consent

=> If you experienced one or more of these incidents and reported all the players ingame, you should click on the "?" in the game on main screen and then "talk to a guardian". After creating the ticket you can explain your request. The guardians will reply you as soon as possible.

How to appeal an in-game ban?

To appeal an in-game ban you need to open a ticket with a guardian.

• Open the "?" on main screen, then on "talk to a guardian". You'll be led to the ticket menu

After, you choose "appeal my ban" and read and accept the information following by clicking on "create". Your ticket is now opened and you can explain your request.

Please be patient, the guardians will reply as soon as they are able to, if it comes to discussions do not be rude or your ban will not be taken away.
