Hey, you can try those things:

• restart your device
• restart the game
• reinstall the game
• clear the cache
• log in and out of your account
• try it on a different device if it works there
• try another browser
• make sure ad-blockers are diabled
• (website) try another browser

Also make sure you didn't watch 300 ads per 3 days otherwise you won't get any ads right now.

Play with other account and/or device is considered cheating or unfair because if you play with multiple accounts on the same game you will know which role is x person. And therefore make your main account win.
For the multi-device, this is unfair for several reasons: there is in the game, a kind of leaderboard so if people play on several screens, it would create a big imbalance and it looks like botting and therefore prohibited . The game is made to be played on a single device and a single game not several (which looks like botting and idle game=>the goal is to have lots of xp)^^ if you want more explanation, I advise you to ask a staff member.

If the set-up of the game is headhunter and you have headhunter card with fool as advanced role, you will be able to choose between both role. You can choose between two roles only if you have the basics roles (like other roles), i hope you understand what i meant.

No you can't speed up your ticket. Guardian can be busy and have many tasks anyway (check report, answer tickets etc...), but i guess with new guardians, the tickets will be more fluid. For some time now, I haven't actually played in Sandbox because of "Hero Targeting". From my point of view, "hero targeting" is the targeted look, shooting and jailing of heroes. i've had too many situations where i've been killed as a hero just for being a hero. Sometimes jailers jailed me directly and shoot me with the words i hate heros. Today I played as a hero in sandbox again for the first time in a long time. And then a gunner are asked after he was revivied on day 2 about the role of all heros and he asked only heros. And the gunner shot, because i never claim on day 2. I was a Werewolf but I wouldn't have claimed any other good role in that situation. Do you have any plans to take action against such "hero targeting"? Was the gunner's actions are within the rules (for me its random killing)? I would also like to know how many players watch 80% or more of heroes as seer roles or kill many heros on the first two days?

If player target heroes you can report them in-game and if it's really targetting against you and if they doing that several times. You can report them throught ticket in-game. Targetting someone isn't allowed by the rules.
And about the random shooting by gunner, it's not allowed before day 3 if they doesn't have any informations, so you can report them (in extreme case it's allowed if the village vote out gunner and they have to prove themselve they are gunner). After day 3, it's allowed and not considered as random shooting (if they don't shoot people who were proven good/seers it will be consider as throwing in this case), since village have enoug information to find bad players.

Then submit your role to a mini-mod+ which will be voted by the staff who will give you feedback (to improve it) if it is accepted it will be put in the #dev-vote channel. But remember that a role that has enough votes does not mean that it will be accepted by the developers, it depends on the developers!

Also it's as if you left the game and therefore that you did not stay at the end of the game and that you had not fully participated in the game. And yes you get xp after you left and you died (or you were offline) if you didn’t receive I would advise you to report that in #bugs-readonly with version of the game and device

It's not okay, as random killer, you have to try to win and claim first day it's clearly gamethrowing. Random killer have to win for themselves (even they can help werewolves, and werewolves can help random killer). It will create a disadvantage for werewolves if you claim first day as random killer.
As random voting, as headhunter and if your target is dead, yes you can claim headhunter or to fake your target. As fool or even headhunter, you have to win and you can only claim when you don't see any chance to win (and help werewolves/villager/random killer).

But it seems ranked nowadays have a lot of players who will say to report you because you didn't follow their commands to shoot or water or revive someone. Question is, do we still have the right to refrain from following their orders if we're unsure?

if you are unsure you can decide not to follow the orders of other players. Some players may try to make you doubt and be werewolf and want you to shoot a villager. But if you don't shoot a werewolf/random killer that is clearly werewolf by the informers roles and that leads to the defeat of the village I would say that yes it is reportable. Also it's depend of the situation, and only guardian can judge but it's mostly not reportable.

There isn't too much to fix atm. Ads on web still as always depend on the browser. The web version was released knowing the ads are not always reliable and might not appear on some browsers for some time. There is sometimes a lot more connected to it like browser settings. Changing the browser can help. I, for example, have never seen ads on Chrome myself. But that's nothing the game can really influence like that.

• Reinstall the game
• Check that you don't have any ad blocker

But if they target you in multiple game, yes you can report them for targetting you (and your friend). -win with a role (between two roles excluding acomplice, cursed and grave robber)
-play a role (between two roles)

  -play with friends
  it's just example you can find more weekly challenges
  Just finish these challenges, and you will complete your weekly challenges and receive additional xps

The game has rules that must be respected but to give a clear explanation: the couple and the cupid form an own team before this one dies. If you play against your team, it is against the rules and therefore gamethrowing (it ruins your partner's game).
As far as the challenge is concerned, whether you have a challenge or not does not change the fact that it is gamethrowing. Yes, the most important thing is to win, but you must do your best to try to win with your partner!

If all the informer roles were dead and no valuable info had been given, then in those circumstances, it's allowed to "random" shoot if someone refuses to give their role. All reports are read and the game logs are checked following so many reports, so if they reported you, it'll more than likely get ignored and you won't be punished for it.
