The waiting time depends on the language, gamemode and the amount of currently opened tickets, additionally Guardians have a real life and other tasks as well, therefore it would be best to remain patient, a Guardian will reply to you sooner or later, they will still reply after your ban ended

Usually the best way is to sacrifice someone then or outplay them. Shadow usually uses their ability in the first days or when they have been caught.

The village usually votes someone known as to make at least a tie like cupid or hh. They tend to help as well.

However, shadow's ability depends on how many players are alive. If all villagers are alive, you need at least 11 - 13 votes to kill someone. Then it is not really useable.

You could perhaps appeal the random killing if you have good reason and explanation, but I doubt you will get very far with the speaking wrong language.
You can open an appeal and ask for evidence, which the guardians will provide, but if the evidence suggests you should've been banned, it's likely you'll remain banned.

voting pattern alone isnt really a strong enough lead for shooting in the earlier days of the game but you can suggest seers to check them
generally the unwritten guideline is 1-3 days only shoot with solid evidence, after that it's no longer random
asking someone for their claim first is always advised

How to appeal an in-game ban?

To appeal an in-game ban you need to open a ticket with a guardian.

• Open the "?" on main screen, then on "talk to a guardian". You'll be led to the ticket menu

After, you choose "appeal my ban" and read and accept the information following by clicking on "create". Your ticket is now opened and you can explain your request.

Please be patient, the guardians will reply as soon as they are able to, if it comes to discussions do not be rude or your ban will not be taken away.

Veterans are cards that already have an advanced role upon claiming. You will get a veteran card every time an advanced role has reached a current amount of plays.

I think condition was 40 villager/25 werewolf/ 10 solo plays.
