You can level up, buy Special offers, buy them for gems in the shop, as a battle pass and daily reward, get them by watching ads, get them as a reward in the Roses roulette or get when somebody give you a skin as a present!

I would first of all ask you to try clearing your Cache, restarting your device and to make sure that your connection is stable. Then try appealing your ban again

Reports that are bad enough to report to a guardian, are about:

• Racism
• Homophobia
• All kind of harassment or comments, including sexual harassment, excessive targeting, bullying, death threats and any kind of threats towards another player's health / real life, etc.
• Reporting whole clans (racist/ inappropriate names, descriptions, clan teaming etc)
• Usernames and personal messages especially if they are in a language none of our guardians can speak (please provide a translation if you report this!)
• Staff impersonation
• Language non-compliance: In case 4 or more players speak another language throughout the game
• Cheating, teaming or boosting in ranked
• Grinding/ boosting in your games in quick game or sandbox without your consent

=> If you experienced one or more of these incidents and reported all the players ingame, you should click on the "?" in the game on main screen and then "talk to a guardian". After creating the ticket you can explain your request. The guardians will reply you as soon as possible.

For me, it's a semi-poorly designed role that leads to accidental killings more so than wolf killings. But the prosecution of users who avenge themselves on a villager would really depend on the context. Things like what info have they been told, how has that villager been acting, have they spoken, etc. That's mostly why I labeled it as '(Unless Malicious)' as it gives us the oversight to determine the circumstances around it
So I’d say it depends on the situation, I would never recommend avenging too early and it depends on the context if you report it or not to then have guardians review it. 😊

Sure. Muting someone is not as heavy as for example shooting someone as gunner, it also barely has any negative effect at the start of the game if the other people are able to play properly. Therefore in most cases it doesnt really have a major effect nobody reports that.

The worst thing a grumpy grandma can do is muting an informer or sleeping all game, without sww ingame you could also mute a good role to prove yourself rrv for example (but one should get consent first)

You can send [e-mail] an email if the gems, usually that works without any issue if they weren’t used. If skins were bought, they will be removed, at times it can be random ones. If smth like that would occur often that can lead to problems but once is no problem. Make sure to include the ingame name and receipt in the email.

Contacting the support mail is the preferred option over requesting the money back via the play store or App Store.

Correct, that’s throwing. As cursed you need to play for the village until you are (if you are) converted, so trying to get a conversion is actually playing against your leading (and only) team :) || @grim crane||
