Almost nothing in this game is a 100% cause and effect that always works/not works.
But that doesnt make it 100% gamethrowing either. In the end it's the guardian's job to separate throws from misplays, but as a general rule in ranked they do allow jailer/med to claim rrv.

Like.. ok they make me feel unsafe and the staff members don't even want to disclose safety issues and rather protect the person behaving this way and making it impossible for players to complain about the current system. Can't you see how this makes it extremely difficult for players to complain about actions, bans and appeals? Each time you complain you get answers which don't really match such as "there is no autoban" while actually there is autoban, you don't get information about ppl and are just left to wonder what even happened and are left with an uneasy feeling and then you are even told "Appealing bans are a privilege" while being banned unfairly several times.. Can you understand why tbh I don't have any trust at all?

First of all I would like to ensure you that guardians always try their best to make sure every player is safe and protected when playing Wolvesville, but, as you may (or may not) know, they have a contract, meaning they have to respect certain rules. As Marie previously mentioned, privacy has to be protected according to a law, meaning it is impossible for guardians to disclose specific pieces of information or else they would be committing a crime. With that being said (which means a change on this regard won't be possible due to legal reasons, thus above staff control), I would also like to underline that I see no correlation between your personal safety and personal information about other people being disclosed. So long as someone gets banned they won't be able to bother you anymore, which means you're safe. Revealing their personal information in the process is not only unnecessary, but may as well lead to backlash in their regards on a personal level, and that's exactly what we want to avoid.

If you wish to report the reporting system as a whole (thus on the technical side) you can send a direct message to one of the Guardian Managers (@somber pewter and @delicate galleon) with any suggestion/improvement; if, on the other hand, you think any guardian was unfair towards you then you can report them to the corresponding higher up

As for the changes you're mentioning, we do not know what features will be implemented nor when will it happen, therefore I'm afraid I won't be able to help you out on this one. Same goes for new guardians, that's something only Managers know about, we'll have to wait for the official announcement letting us know who the new team members will be!

Hiya! As far as I am aware, alchemist cannot give black potion if the person is protected. As you said, it's quite possible it was witch protection and got used up when werewolves attacked, but we are not sure whether alchemist gives potion before or after werewolf kill. There is also a known bug it bypasses bh protection.
Tests on alchemist haven't been done much in Wolvesville Tester's Club yet as it is still considered a new role. Feel free to suggest a test in tester's club! Just saw it's on the to-do list!

If you were just reported, there is no option to talk to Guardians about it and also no need yet as Guardians will review the reports.

If you are banned and there it no appeal option that means you will need to wait until your ban is over. There are certain bans like fleeing to often that are system generated that can’t be appealed.

So you didn’t agree with the grinding and that is why the others reported you? Not quite how that works. Anyways, if it was in quick game / advanced game / sandbox or ranked, you can report others for grinding without your consent and it’s even an extrem report reason. Anyways reporting others for making “false reports” is not an actual reason as Guardians are the once to decide that.

Reports that are bad enough to report to a guardian, are about:

• Racism
• Homophobia
• All kind of harassment or comments, including sexual harassment, excessive targeting, bullying, death threats and any kind of threats towards another player's health / real life, etc.
• Reporting whole clans (racist/ inappropriate names, descriptions, clan teaming etc)
• Usernames and personal messages especially if they are in a language none of our guardians can speak (please provide a translation if you report this!)
• Staff impersonation
• Language non-compliance: In case 4 or more players speak another language throughout the game
• Cheating, teaming or boosting in ranked
• Grinding/ boosting in your games in quick game or sandbox without your consent

=> If you experienced one or more of these incidents and reported all the players ingame, you should click on the "?" in the game on main screen and then "talk to a guardian". After creating the ticket you can explain your request. The guardians will reply you as soon as possible.

It might have been a rose lobby. The Guardians will have a look at it, for now you need to be patient and there is nothing you can do. Make sure to stick to the rules very closely but other than that you can’t do anything. Guardians are really busy so there is no need to discuss smth pre-ban.

Ingame you press on their profile, and then press on report, select the report reason and briefly explain the reasons in English, make sure to also report them. Ok so if you won't let me chat, here's my question. In ss/seer game if you ask an aura to give info twice and they won't answer, what would you do? I mean, if you shoot that aura who only gives information over dead player and doesn't answer when you ask twice, is it gamethrowing?

I know its not really a question, but why are there so many racist noob fool players? I have witnessed atleast 2 players who are beginners ig. Then they say they hate black people and later when their dead. They have fool roles. Its annoying thing and i hope people stop doing this.

That would depend on the game mode, if there are multiple rrv it’s possible they are aura in fact. If you’d shoot or water them, I’d ask for permission by the village before day 3. There might be reasons why they can’t answer such as being corrupted or so, if they did give info it wouldn’t count as afk playing. Yet if you are unsure, I’d always suggest you to report it so that Guardians that have a full overview over the whole game and situation can decide on it.

Please don’t insult players just because they might play differently from the way you would play certain roles. If people Gamethrow or insult, you can report them. If it’s racism, you can even create a ticket about it. Being fool does not reason being racist.

Reports that are bad enough to report to a guardian, are about:

• Racism
• Homophobia
• All kind of harassment or comments, including sexual harassment, excessive targeting, bullying, death threats and any kind of threats towards another player's health / real life, etc.
• Reporting whole clans (racist/ inappropriate names, descriptions, clan teaming etc)
• Usernames and personal messages especially if they are in a language none of our guardians can speak (please provide a translation if you report this!)
• Staff impersonation
• Language non-compliance: In case 4 or more players speak another language throughout the game
• Cheating, teaming or boosting in ranked
• Grinding/ boosting in your games in quick game or sandbox without your consent

=> If you experienced one or more of these incidents and reported all the players ingame, you should click on the "?" in the game on main screen and then "talk to a guardian". After creating the ticket you can explain your request. The guardians will reply you as soon as possible.

I saw someone claim rl as med, which got them lynched eventually as there were only 2 rrv in game. The person said that someone here told them that it's allowed to claim as long as it doesn't affect the rrv count much and if they later claim their own role.

I once had a talk to one of the guardians, they said it's not allowed to claim any other village role as a village and that I can even get banned for it. So can you like confirm

It's that way because it's too easy if you get to know. It causes confusion for the villagers if they don't know if they're rrv or not, and that's what lets the game work. Otherwise all the answers are right there for the town and it's all too easy for them to just figure out who's who and who the bad guys are.

It may be frustrating to not know, but just consider the first confirmed copy of that role as the real one and any other copies as the rrv, since may as well be that way.

I feel you shouldn't, because your role isn't rrv, it's whatever your randomly given role is. It'd be unfair if you automatically know because everyone could go 'I'm rrv' and wolves have no hiding room. But rrv isn't an actual role, just a category a random actual role is picked from.

• Racism
• Homophobia
• All kind of harassment or comments, including sexual harassment, excessive targeting, bullying, death threats and any kind of threats towards another player's health / real life, etc.
• Reporting whole clans (racist/ inappropriate names, descriptions, clan teaming etc)
• Usernames and personal messages especially if they are in a language none of our guardians can speak (please provide a translation if you report this!)
• Staff impersonation
• Language non-compliance: In case 4 or more players speak another language throughout the game
• Cheating, teaming or boosting in ranked
• Grinding/ boosting in your games in quick game or sandbox without your consent

=> If you experienced one or more of these incidents and reported all the players ingame, you should click on the "?" in the game on main screen and then "talk to a guardian". After creating the ticket you can explain your request. The guardians will reply you as soon as possible.

Hi recently i got banned for racism which i never recalled i did and the duration is until january 6 next year isnt that too long normallly i have no objections if my ban was justified but this time i did nothing and only play in my local servers there is like no chance of me giving racism comments also m asian so i dont get why i would be racist in the first place when it’s actually some white people who are delusional and think they are superior???? How to appeal an in-game ban?

To appeal an in-game ban you need to open a ticket with a guardian.

• Open the "?" on main screen, then on "talk to a guardian". You'll be led to the ticket menu

After, you choose "appeal my ban" and read and accept the information following by clicking on "create". Your ticket is now opened and you can explain your request.

Please be patient, the guardians will reply as soon as they are able to, if it comes to discussions do not be rude or your ban will not be taken away.

Helluu, yes theres a solution for it. just follow these steps below .

Steps to change the account connection:

1. Log out of your account if you are actually logged in.

1b. (optional) If your Facebook account only haves a phone number connected with it yet, then add your email address to your account to continue with step 2.

2. Go on the login with email symbol and go on forgot password (enter the email of your Facebook/google account there).

3. Follow the steps to reset you password (you got them via email).

4. go again on login with email and login with your new password+the email

Okay, that is the issue then. There are known bugs around this issue but the rewards are only added if they were actively using your link and therefore already in your friendlist. It’s also neccessary that it’s the first time they download the app and then win a game. Unfortunately there is nothing else you can do about it rather than look out if people using your link are already in your friendlist. I would suggest you give that link to people using iOS / Android, sometimes there are issues with other software.
