hey! to spectate friends you need to open the friendlist. If one of your friends is playing there will appear a popcorn symbol. By clicking on it you should be able to spectate.

If you are in a lobby with friends and you didn’t start the game yet, there is a small symbol (screenshot) at the bottom. by clicking on it, you join the spectators and if you start the game after joining, you will spectate.

If you wanna spectate a random lobby, you can tap on „play with friends“. If you are alone in that lobby and you join the spectators like I explained above and you start the game then, you will join a random lobby as spectator (in that language you choose in the right corner)

To become a guardian you need to wait until applications are opened again. (There will be an announcement in #game-updates or #community-announcements ) Then you need to apply as guardian. Please keep in mind that the requirements are being 18+ years old and have no earlier bans

No, baiting is normal, it's just that it can be misleading so its best to bait if ur a provable role or a role that uses abilities when dead (lm / avenger) instead of baiting as sheriff which is a pretty important role.

Furthermore, if you get banned and you think your ban is not valid, you always have the chance to appeal your ban

If you flee and give up early between 4-5x within 6h you will get a first fleeing ban regardless of your role, if you leave more, the length may be longer. The reason for that is that the game is designed to be as balanced as possible, so even if you think you were just fool, basically a solo role, you still affect the other players game, e.g. if you don’t confuse the village who the actual seer is if you’d claim their role. Therefore I’d advice you to not give up and maybe have some fun with the roles you play 🌻

You only get banned for it if you do it too much, to add on that: you can no longer appeal a ban for fleeing as it’s a System ban. Therefore I suggest you to only play if you have the time to do so. in more practical english, there's a few different ways that the metagaming can apply to wov;
-the first one is pretty simple and is also known as teaming; some friends irl or on a voice call sharing their roles/info, whch is a bannable offense
-the short form 'meta' is often used to refer to the **commonly used strategies **of a certain time (period)
the 'current meta' is kinda like fashion trends, they come and go and come back over time
such as for a while bh claims were really common for solos/alphas, so that evolved into everyone being suspicious of them and basically lynching every bh claim
now we're back to accepting bh claims again xD
'selling jww' is another meta trend that comes and goes, now jww faking (ss) info is more common

in ranked, metagaming can also apply to the core players, people who played against eachother for so long, that they kinda start to understand eachother playstyles and start using that, almost instead of actual ingame info
'he never claims bh if he's actually bh, shoot him!' or 'if she was a real ss she would not be double checking, she's probably fool'

The game bugged. Due to the bug you had an extra bullet or potion.
Lets say it's late game. Your in a 2v3 situation with the Werewolves. (1 Werewolf seer and 1 Guardian werewolf wuth protection and 3 villagers, No protectors or killing capabilities)
Assuming your a village killer and used up all of your skills but you have an extra killing power to kill the guardian werewolf BUT you did not use it which costed you the game

Did you gamethrow in that scenario?

Reports that are bad enough to report to a guardian, are about:

• Racism
• Homophobia
• All kind of harassment or comments, including sexual harassment, excessive targeting, bullying, death threats and any kind of threats towards another player's health / real life, etc.
• Reporting whole clans (racist/ inappropriate names, descriptions, clan teaming etc)
• Usernames and personal messages especially if they are in a language none of our guardians can speak (please provide a translation if you report this!)
• Staff impersonation
• Language non-compliance: In case 4 or more players speak another language throughout the game
• Cheating, teaming or boosting in ranked
• Grinding/ boosting in your games in quick game or sandbox without your consent

=> If you experienced one or more of these incidents and reported all the players ingame, you should click on the "?" in the game on main screen and then "talk to a guardian". After creating the ticket you can explain your request. The guardians will reply you as soon as possible.

I believe it is not affected at least in percentage; e.g. if I have one maxed talis with 30x odds it always occurs as 67% (don't quote me on the exact number might differ a tiny bit) but ofc the liklihood is also affecetd by others and how they use talismans, if they are upgraded etc. I believe you wouldn't see that though to avoid knowing which talismans other people use + to not be confused.

You don’t bother me at all! 🌻 You can only change your password there if you have an email acocunt. There is no official way to deconnect your google account toward an email account, however you can use the ”forgot password method“ using the mail adress correlated your Google account [basically the mail adress written there] which transforms it into an email account. Then the account would be using the mailadress and you could change your password in the game settings. Keep in mind, once disconnected from Google there is no way back and before you try that it might be useful to save your support pin or the following data & please note you‘d try it at your own risk:
-Amount of gems/gold
-XP count

• any data such a s amount of roses, talismans etc

However it actually should now be an email account just using your gmail email so you should login by tapping on the mail symbol and then enter your password and not press on the Google account to login; this might create a new account using the same mail adress and might lead to confusion and account issues 👀🌻 it might not be so clear because you used a gmail adress but that’s still a mail account; otherwise you wouldn’t be able to change the PW as it previously used your gmail account PW 😊

but when there is any extra staff wanted, it will be annouced in #community-announcements and/or #game-updates
so just keep an eye on those channels regularly

Hi, i would like to ask about this case. I have 47 gunner talismans back in 2018 those talismans worked fine back then. I stop playing the game for 3 years and came back to it 2021, seems like gunner talisman never happens to be useful, i have never (only 1 time) been a gunner after hundred of games boost and normal since i played the game again.

Talismans do actually work. However it might be that other people use talismans too, additionally they are never a guarantee to get a role. You start with 10x odds each talisman but can upgrade the, up to 30x odds which equals approx. 67% for 100 each odd. Your talisman will only work if that role is ingame and it will only be removed if you end up playing your desired role; the amount of talismans you own has no influence on the likelihood.

Odds = likelihood. You are at 12x odds. Each talisman starts at 10x odds. You can upgrade it 18x more until you are at 30x odds. This equals a likelihood of 67%. You can press on upgrade and improve the odds for 100 gold each.

Amount of talisman = you own 48x gunner talismans. The amount does not influence the likelihood to become gunner. Just if you have the talisman activated, one talisman will be removed each time you get the role.

Talismans are still not a guarantee and not all games even have a gunner ingame. I do recommend you to upgrade your talisman as this does improve your likelihood to get certain roles a lot.

I can't give you a specific time; it can take some time. That the ticket system is now ingame made it easier for people to create tickets so I believe there are more tickets in general. Please stay patient, the Guardians answer you as soon as possible :)

How to report to Guardians, and is my report bad enough?

Reports that are bad enough to report to a guardian, are about:

• Racism
• Homophobia
• All kind of harassment or comments, including sexual harassment, excessive targeting, bullying, death threats and any kind of threats towards another player's health / real life, etc.
• Reporting whole clans (racist/ inappropriate names, descriptions, clan teaming etc)
• Usernames and personal messages especially if they are in a language none of our guardians can speak (please provide a translation if you report this!)
• Staff impersonation
• Language non-compliance: In case 4 or more players speak another language throughout the game
• Cheating, teaming or boosting in ranked
• Grinding/ boosting in your games in quick game or sandbox without your consent

=> If you experienced one or more of these incidents and reported all the players ingame, you should click on the "?" in the game on main screen and then "talk to a guardian". After creating the ticket you can explain your request. The guardians will reply you as soon as possible.
