You don't have to try to get your target killed. However, personally I think it is really sad that many players nowadays claim hh and name their target within a few seconds of the first day and don't even try. I understand that it's hard when your target is cupid or the seer, but there are ways and there is always room to try.

However, as I said, not voting your target is not a reason for a report, since the hh could also be coupled.

I have a question about report reasons. Is it valid to report someone for "Fake reporting"? like player who refuse to listen to reason as why someone shouldn't get reported or report someone else out of pure spite l, like for example defending the reported person.

Think of it this way, it's essentially the same situation as if you didn't find the original solo when you did. If you kill the solo d2 and GR becomes them and you kill the GR d4, same situation as if you just hadn't found the solo until d4 and no GR had become them.

So if the game is already set up to be balanced for a solo lasting that long, not too much of a difference balance wise if someone just becomes them and there's a potential for it to last that long.

If anything, there's a way more likely chance for it to become a decently strong villager, which I'd say has more potential for being unbalanced.

During my last game, I was Cupid and my couple was seer-cannibal. So the canni was good by seer on day 1. But 2 of the 3 remaining ww literally revealed themselves in order to reveal the cannibal on day 2. One claimed ww, the other activated the ft's card. (Nobody forced him to do so). Doing this could only lead to a village win, the last werewolf had just no chance to win the game knowing there was just fool and 1 villager dead by that time.
So, could it be considered as throwing since those two ww made sure their own team was gonna lose by revealing rk ?

As cupid you're allowed to give misleading information because you're a solo role as long as your couple is alive. When your couple dies you have to stop faking, or it becomes reportable

I keep getting bans for gamethrowing and I believe its largely in part to playing as couple. Giving fake info as seer or as witch i killed seer as I knew they were going to check my wolf. I don't think it is gamethrowing, in my opinion couple is main team, village/ww becomed secondary. If that's not the case then they might aswell remove cupid from the game tbh.

Only to add what Foibos said, sometimes it's just not extremely smart to do that. You don't know the roles of your cpl, they could both be villagers. Giving information in a situation like this would not help anyone. However, this can be a smart move when someone says the first day that one of your cpl members is red/evil/ww, then you can consider counterclaiming to protect them. Of course, when you didn't claim seer first day, nobody will believe you in a later stage of the game. But it's just not always a good strategy to do this cause as I said, fake info with your cpl both being villagers rather makes your team lose than win.
