We do open them, but we're not a thousand, and we all have obligations outside of this ; we cannot handle hundreds of tickets everyday. You can always open up an appeal ticket to talk with a guardian in more specifics to learn why it may have been considered random shooting.

Wow how come when there are something related to nerfing custom game farms, the developers immediately take action. When it comes to giving players more gifts like making 5 gold to 5 gem, they never do anything?
