Go to #bot-commands and do ?appeal <your ingame name> <yourxpcount> (That should look like ?appeal WerewolfPlayer 12345. Don't add the <>.)

If the bot answers 'Please check your ingame-name.', just check your wov username (uppercase letters, numbers, dashes)

If the bot answers with 'Please check your XP count.', check if you took the correct numbers on your profile (try out ?h xp for more info!)

Once the ticket is open, you will receive a direct message from the bot, please specify your language and your problem so that a guardian speaking the same language as you can come and help you quickly.
Please be patient, the guardians will reply as soon as they are able to, if it comes to discussions do not be rude or your ban will not be taken away.

Why is the level system not brought to the game? For example my level is 168 and when I enter the game on my own server, stupid players drive me crazy. It is very difficult to play with people who do not know the game, they randomly shoot or hang up, they form a team ... It would be much better if there was a separate participation room for the same level or higher levels .... I missed playing with people on my own server, but it is always full of bad gamers ...

You can suggest one in #feedback-readonly , but it's been suggested a lot before. They basically want new players to learn from more experienced players, and to be able to easily fill lobbies which could be super hard with a level system. Plus, levels are meaningless in the game, for the most part, someone could reach any sort of level with 0 actual gameplay experience.

Hey there, I've got a question regarding ranked games! :)
On my first match there I was surprised I became cannibal which is not included in the role list for Bronze 1, which I thought I'd be in for I recently began

later I noticed that in none of my subsequent games I saw an arsonist for example, which is a part of the Bronze 1-role list, and later that the roles I encountered in these ranked games are on the silver 1 list

Why did I start at silver 1 in my first ranked match/What determines with which roles one plays with? If it has to do with experience levels, I'm at 22 if that explains it.. :D

Silver is always the starting league, since you start at 1500 points

if you dropped low enough to reach bronze, or silver games were full then you get bronze lobbies

Other wise it would surely be unfair, that the prices for the quest are higher, the more ppl are participating/less the less persons participate and that not participating players get the items for doing nothing and the others have to contribute the xp alone.

You earn it for participating in tests on the testers club server (look in #partners )
There are tests 2 times in the week and you can participate with ,tester igname then. When you got chosen to participate you will play in a custom game lobby and test some special cases together with the others. After more tests you get the badges then.

Daily quests are a new feature of one of the last updates, but they are just available for a small group of players at the moment to test the feature. As soon as those test period is finished you will find the daily quest above the blue question mark in the main menu

Technally it isn't, you still need to ask your teammates for permission but most ranked players don't do it cuz it's common to sell ww teammates and because you only have 30 seconds time to ask, wait for a reply, think about your kill that night as any other ww, think about what exactly you will say at day aka what will you pretype. So you could report your teammate if they sell you without asking for permission.. But nobody does that 👀

It is indeed true that solo roles can decide to support e.g. the village. However that is not very cool as actually the evil alliance (ww, solo killer, fool) has a disadvantage from that. You don’t have to play on behalf of the Evil Alliance but imo that’s more fun. So yep, they may do that while it’s also not very cool afaik. For a 100% accurate answer, feel free to DM one Guardian that is online

your bans get longer with every next ban, and the longest duration you can get from regular bans is 3 months I believe. Perma ban is usually not given at all after consecutive bans (you will keep getting 3 months)

As the illusionist is a solo role it is not Gamethrow if they decide to help another team so you can’t report them for that. If you were insulted however you may report those that insulted you ingame. I can see why you felt like this was unfair but here is no force to be part of the evil alliance (which consists of WW, solo killer and the fool) but much better gameplay if you do play with your main intention which as solo killer is to either kill everyone and be the last one alive or convert everyone into their sect / zombies. It might was the players strategy to make them believe they’d support the village to then actually kill the rest of the village. Anyways, just because you can’t report people for that afaik doesn’t mean it’s cool 👀

You can "sell" ww teammates e.g. if you want to proof yourself as the actual seer if you have their permission. So just ask them in the ww chat if they are okay with it. If someone sells you / you sell Someone without permission you can report them for Gamethrow. I know that in Ranked it often happens and everyone is cool with it without being asked about it; however sticking closely to the rules you’d need the permission but then ofc it’s fine.

If you can’t ask, then you can’t sell them if you follow the rules closely and you can get reported / if you are being sold you can report the other player. Even if there’s just 30 seconds it’s very important to ask. Mentioning the example of ranked doesn’t mean that’s allowed, just giving an example that it happens there often. I personally wouldn’t report being sold if it was really helpful for my team and we won but technically speaking about the rules I could.

Also please note, even if one person disagrees with grinding and they can report everyone for a specific form of teaming and actually even go to GuardianMail. It’s tolerated if you don’t over do it under The condition everyone agrees.

When the user didn't played for at least 6 months (here it is not the case yet) and haves 0 loyalty tokens and is under level 25. Then you just go on your profile -> change your name and enter the name you want to claim. Just as an usual name change.
But this only is possible after at least 6 months

And more reports about unjustified reports would just flood the guardians. They won't ban you for unjustified reports.
And I am sorry, that you had to experience it.

It can be also someone who trolls with the votes but actually plays fair or trying to test out the voting thing. You can't kill someone directly for voting you without any reasons as "they voted me, they might be bad". More let them be checked by anyone (seer, auras, ...) and then kill the player, if they are clearly bad. They could've been medium, gunner, seer or whatever important role

Is a singular instance of unplanned teaming worthy of a ban? Genuine question.

Essentially, I was simping and/or flirting with a user over the course of a few games (we weren't in a party or anything, just kept stumbling across one another) and I told them to check me (they were seer and I was ww seer) with the expectation they were going to tell the village I was evil, but instead they told the village I was good.
So, not arguing or going against it, I went along with it and I was going to let village win in the end because I felt bad but they committed suicide forcing the win upon me.

The main reason I ask is because I sincerely don't want to lose my account over this one thing. I've played this game for years and subsequently dropped a decent amount of money purchasing cosmetics.

Hey, if people reported you both for teaming then the Guardians will check your reports. Afaik even if others throw I’d report those but don’t throw myself because I had empathy, as Werewolf it is your aim to win; if a villager throws that is just not really cool. It’d probably ask the seer that I’d like to discuss smth after the game so they stay and after the game tell them I am really upset about the teaming since that’s also smth Guardians can read.

Just make sure you really closely follow the rules right now for a while. Guardians read all reports and are really fair if they decide to ban; you can even appeal your ban if you disagree. Also usually bans are temporary so you don’t essentially loose your account forever. Banned people just can’t play for a while and after their ban is over keep a reminder to stick to the rules.

So if someone accidentally sends you roses you are also not obglided to return them. There is no official way to play WOV on laptops / computers; you can only do that using emulators. The emulator you used might not work with the specific laptop you are using; just check which emulator you can use for your Windows Laptop; hopefully that helps. Teaming is when you deliberately help the opposing team/going against your original team to help them. For example, if you're seer and lie about someone being werewolf because that's your friend -> teaming, or when you're werewolf and you could have won by voting the seer but you vote your own teammate instead -> teaming. How to report to Guardians, and is my report bad enough?

Reports that are bad enough to report to a guardian:

• Racism
• Extreme sexual harassment or comments
• Reporting whole clans (racist/ inappropriate names, descriptions, clan teaming etc)
• Usernames, especially if they are in a language none of our guardians can speak (please provide a translation if you report this!)
• Staff impersonation

=> If you experienced one or more of these incidents and reported the players ingame, you can go to #bot-commands, use ?report <your ingame name> <yourxpcount> (like ?report WerewolfPlayer 12345) to talk to a guardian. They will reply as soon as they are able to. Please be patient!

if someone has info from a dead seer, while they arent med, thats an example of teaming as well, they share info outside the game chat, know thing thyre not supposed to know

there is a chance someone else reported it
but either way, even if you dont know its called teaming, if you see something weird you can always report it ingame
it is ok if you pick 'other' or 'gamethrowing' , the report will always be taken into consideration.

Server staff doesnt handle ingame issues, and guardians dont scroll through this server looking for screenshots. In-game reports is always the first way to go, for any sort of report, no matter how small or big.

Yes, if you were bandit for example you could convert your couple to become your accomplice (as long as as they are villager), but that wouldn't be very smart because once you'd die, the accomplice would automatically die too

With any previous calendars you could still buy the calendar on the last day and still received all items. Just make sure you restart the app as otherwise you own the items but they might not show up yet if you buy it later.
