Personally, I've found a few of them and not even realized that they were easter eggs. The lightbulb hat and memory glasses in particular. I feel like in the generalized world of video games, the whole point of easter eggs is so that people can try to figure them out themselves, then when that fails, google it, and still feel like they found something cool. I've asked more than a hundred players about this topic, and not a single one has said that they actually appreciate this unwritten rule. Roughly 30% have been indifferent, while the rest were decidedly unhappy with the rule.

Yes thats exactly what easter eggs are, so it makes perfect sense to not go yell about how to find them ingame
And once again its not even an actual ingame rule at all, and people need to be 'breaking' it quite extremely to get banned for it

Many players simply see a cute easter egg, and want to get it. They don't want to go through the work of trying every single combination of emojis, or something like that

I do agree that people shouldn't randomly be yelling about them in a gane's chat, but... For example, the wwo wiki has no information on how to obtain most of them "because it's a secret." I feel like if someone goes through. The work of finding the wwo wiki, and finding the easter egg page, they probably want to know how to get an easter egg. Obviously the devs don't maintain that page, but the presence of the unwritten rule discourages many players from posting information, and even encourages some to delete any information added to the page.

Adding hints would totally be a suitable pseudo-solution. It's not quite what I want, but definitely a step in the right direction

@safe cloud Well, since you opened the ticket with the first page, and the mods said that the page isn't valid, and then you created another one, you just need to send the link of the second page at the same ticket on RewardMail bot direct messages.
The mods will verify the second page, and then reply to you.

He wouldn't tell us what it meant but he said most people use it. I've been playing for 3 and a half years and I never heard of that word before. This confused everyone and got all the villagers killed by voting for each other.

Bandit is a fixed role because is one of the last roles added to the game and was needed to be tested to make sure that there's not any bug with this role as sandbox is meant to test the newest roles

I want to ask this cause I'm getting tired of this. Some people who are non English speakers use differently names for roles (i know its cause they are called something different in their languages). But its getting to the point where its getting confusing and sometimes they get killed by village. For example: someone claims mentalist, but village thinks that they are lying cause there is no such role as mentalist. I've seen this happen alot. Can we report them. I'm getting tired of it, tbh. (Not that I want to report them, I'm just getting tired of it.)

I understand sometimes they are not honest about these roles but I am talking about situations when they are being truthful

Is it reportable if doc randomly protects someone who is not their couple instead of seer?

How long does it take to ban someone? I reported a player for wishing me ||death|| few days ago and I still haven’t got any notification back and for obvious reasons I’m determined to get her banned. It’s not the only thing she’s done (targeting, random killing and teaming in ranked game). So do I just wait or can I also report her to guardians on discord?

@eager kestrel Protection roles always can choose who they want to protect, so there isn't any mandatory that they need to protect a seer or a lover.
However, if the player admits that they aren't protecting just to ruin the game for other people, yes, it is reportable, since it counts as gamethrowing.
