If you're offline in too many games, you clearly aren't benifitial for your team or trying to win and can cause your team to lose thats why repetitively afking during games can lead to bans as well

@lucid warren 10-12 reports overall is usually required for guardians to check a person. If the reports are valid the person will be banned, if they aren't the person won't be banned. Also there are extreme cases (which you can check in #ingame-reports-archieved ) that can be directly reported to a Guardian here for an instant ban usually.
