i think you can watch a max of 300 ads each few days 
however, the option to spin the wheel might disappear after a while. if that happens, try clearing the game cache. if that doesn't work, try re-entering the game a few times. that last thing seems to work for me in some cases.

And I stopped the quest, I asked if she's for real and I was about to say 'if you explain to me why you cant wait a little bit more I will add the rest of the money to buy a quest everyone would like" and she started having an attitude and called me rude even when I was polite and nice and she threatened me about deleting the clan. The thing is, I said if I dont get to play the quest I want at least wait for me so I can get whatever will be. And she still had the attitude and I said something about getting back the time and effort and resources I put in the clan and still got no answer to what to do. My sister tried talking know the app to a mentor but he/she was writing for 20 minutes and we just gave up on the mentor and thought you could help us.

@astral rapids jailer can protect someone from getting dosed by arsonist. Oldly enough, bomber's dose can bypass jailer's protection. You are right, doc and bg and tg cant save someone getting dosed by arso.

You don't have to look in the profile at all but to be save, I'd recommend to do because some names have capital letters, ... so you don't add the wrong person

No. We have 3 mods at the moment, 1 mega mod. We don't have a mod for every timezone, all of the current mods live in CEST (Germany, Belgium, France).
You don't become a mod because you live in a different timezone. You become a mod for your good work in the staff team. When a mod is not online, the mini mods will handle it.

If you got banned for leaving the game after you are dead already you normally shouldnt be banned. But in your case it is a bug. A known one in fact. It has no solution, so you will have to wait till your ban is over.
And please stay nice to others, they are trying to help as best as they can
