Boon is correct, generally, your current team overrules your prior win conditions.
Only roles I can think of having two win conditions (after being converted to a different team) would be a fool or headhunter that is converted to the sect. They can win with the sect or if they succeed in their voting win condition.
Every other role only has one objective at a time and being sected replaces their objective from whatever it was prior to winning with the sect.

Why are there so many censored words on the game? I've spoken to several people, and a lot of them agree, that some of these censored words are not required, but are silly. I can't use the word "speech" because someone sensored "pee" for example.
