Definition of cheating: act dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage, especially in a game or examination

Using your friend who is a dead player to gain an advantage is cheating. If it was allowed dead players would be able to talk to all alive players not just the med.

Yes. Although there is a system in place to auto ban (temporarily) users to suicide too often too quickly, if you notice a player quit on the first day, report them as you desire. Obviously it's your judgement but if a player has a high amount of suicides, I certainly would report them!

I'm pretty sure the algorithm makes it fair. I think the staple roles are added first and then extra roles are added. Example of staple: Seer Gunner Jailer Medium. Example of extra: Zombie Sect Leader Cupid. @bleak birch hope this helps (I am also not 100% sure on this)
