ok I took a closer look at it and here are my feedback

• the eyes need more shadings, like some shadows for it, same goes for the lips, but you should make the below one darker, or the above one lighter
• shirt is nice, but you need to remove the gray outline
• the heart and phone look nice, but I prefer use red-ish pink colors instead of that shade of pink
  other than those, it looks nice

Happy to give you some feedback First of all I do like the colour scheme as it seems to fit to one another even though some shades might be too similar. I would also need to know if you consider this as special offer / clan quest / daily reward etc in terms of knowing how many items you might need.
Background It could be the pattern on the curtain is a bit too invisible but there are other skins with small patterns on a wall too. That is just something I noticed and you might want to try shadowing the curtains more?
Shirt I did zoom in and saw that the light blue coat has diamonds as design too. I understand you want a fine design here but if you scale that down it looks invisible and just like a blue coat. The coat collars white bit could possibly also get some structure, that might be something you want test.
Mouth I like the mouth, scaled you might only recognise it as lolly not diamond lolly so a larger sizing would make it easier but I think you did some very nice shading here!
Eyes I think the eyes should be fine, they seem a bit roundish but that looks like a design choice to me.
Hair I don't see much shading here and I also wonder if that cyan hat piece on the right belongs to the hair? I believe more shadows might improve it, since the hair itself is white you could work with different shades of grey or blue (especially if the blue hair piece is part of the hair?)
Mask a) the current mask item is completely mirrored, seems like a design choice if you want that. It also reminds me a bit of https://cdn.wolvesville.com/avatarItems/[e-mail] & https://cdn.wolvesville.com/avatarItems/[e-mail] b) in case you have two different options for the mouth (with and without diamond lolly), you could have the option to have it as mask item if considered as outfit offer. Then I would suggest you have a look at the positioning of other lollies and mouth items, if that would somehow match up.
Hat The hat item seems kind of inconsistent in terms of their lines being uneven; the circular line around it, is that part of it? What does it stand for?
Front item I considered the white blue thing in the front the front item; I can not recognise what it is so I suggest you change that as well

I think I would submit it as a BP or maybe as a special offer. Also thank you so much for your feedbacks. The blue hair is the locks (part of the hair). The circular line around the crown is what's holding the gem ( should i just remove it? ) . I have not seen a lollie positioning or maybe I have seen it but forgotten ( can someone please send a lollie mouth item to me? ). The front item... I really don't know what it is too so I'm thinking of changing it to a King scepter or others.

You’re welcome! Additionally I’d also add after having discussed it: To make some of your lines look more smooth / clean, you could use a pen tool or stabiliser depending on the program you use. Also about brushes — the fuzzy effect on the shirt seems to be done with an external brush so using a regular brush might help plus it doesn’t neccessarily seem to be the WOV style.

I mentioned how the pattern of the design goes poof, for the shirt item you might consider some shading as well. As well as already mentioned for the hair as it doesn’t look like the same hair / belonging to each other at the moment. The circular line around the crown could also be hair and the entire hat piece doesn’t seem to really stick anyhow on the hat so that might be smth to review again. Plus you might want to change the colours with the BG & FG as they kinda mix into each other with similar colours, using smth darker might work here or change it yep, but that would all be your design choice.

Oh and the eyes are mirrored, might help to have their highlights a bit unique & while I mentioned the mouth height in case you’d use the lolly as mask item / have various versions — it seems to be too high regardless of that so you’d need to lower the mouth a bit in general so any skin should be a reference for a lower mouth.

Hey, I like the idea, but some lines on the background fire you showed before are bit woby, you could try to use stabilizer in them. Also pupils are still outlined, no outline is permitted.
Pure black can be a bit of harsh color, I'd recommend changing it in areas like around the front flames.
Religious symbols are usually not permitted so be careful with that.

All in all I love the color scheme and the idea looks interesting, good luck with it

I love the flames (maby make them bit bigger so they are notable in game) about the iris the dark bue part still counts as outline as it is surrounding the whole eye. I would keep it on the top part (maby a bit thicker) and on the bottom part change it to a lighter blue (like a faje gradient going down from dark to light blue)

Heyy, I would like to mention alongside what everyone else said that your artwork doesn't really follow the avatar design guidelines in the pinned messages. The eyes and eyebrows must layer under the hair, the hair layers entirely under what the orange thing is, and the hair can't go behind the back. You can't edit the avatar template in any way aswell, only add.youe own stuff onto it, and any text you make must be written on your own and not created from a text generator. You should try posting this in #fan-art instead! It's very nice as fan art but it's not suited as an avatar idea as it is now 😅 I'm confident you'll get some more positive reactions there ^^ and if you try another design then check out the pinned messages and I'm sure you'll do well as long as it follows those!

I think the line between the pink and blue should be less smooth (like with strands of blue on the pink side and vice versa) but other than that it looks nice, maybe the highlights at the bottom should be placed different since the light seems to be coming from the top
