I think they meant completely at the bottom of the neck, like a normal necklace lays. If you keep it high up it looks pretty odd. Chokers are really the only neck accessories that can stay high up like that.

Blue is the opposite of orange on the color wheel, so they naturally compliment each other. Maybe add some blue accessories or even blue hair instead!

Heya, nice idea but I would suggest you to straighten the lines a bit bc it's it's very wobbly looking, you should try using the stabilizer.
I would say try to do a different way to shade the hair bc in my opinion it's just random strokes of dark hair.
Just a suggestion on shirt: you should try to make the sleeve go out so like it doesn't look it's sticking on the skin and add little shading so it doesn't look flat.
Watching some yt vids tutorials on how to shade,color, etc, can help a lot.

Take this with a grain of salt bc im not an artist myself, but if u want my opinion - I think your designs are great! The concepts/themes you come up with are really cool or cute. I think they might become more popular if u make a couple refinements - like making sure colors aren’t too dark/bold/saturated that they clash, using thinner, cleaner lines, and making sure your items not only look nice as part of the set but would also fit well when individually combined with other outfit items

Oo its really cool so far. Imo the hair is a bit too symmetrical and the buns too round if you know what I mean. The earring on the right side is cool but the actual earring part blends in with the light crystal part. Maybe itll work better if you just invert it. Omg this is so pretty! I love her Amethyst queen vibe! 💜 Personally, I think the baby hairs are detracting from the overall facial features due to the various lengths and textures. I'd stick with the curly ones towards the outer edges of her hair and just add a few smaller ones! This way, you're still showing off that gorgeous natural hair but not letting them get in the way of the eyes!

To add to that, if you take away some of the baby hairs, maybe adding some more colorful eyeshadow/eyeliner would help bring more attention to the eyes. You could even stick with the gold star theme~.

Hi! Looking good so far. Theres just a few areas that could be improved in my opinion. Firstly, the hat is a bit big and the shape of the bottom part is usually more like what i have in the light red, since we need a downward perspective on hats. Second, the eyes are also a bit big and most eyes are better when not mirrored - so the highlights are in the same positions either side, i tried to show this in pink. The hair is looking a bit unnatural and some more flowy parts and less symmetry could help with that (i have a suggested outline in white, but obviously its your choice what to do with it). For the shirts shading you could add a bit more and use the smooth lines tool. Also the white part of the shirt seems a bit low to me
For the foreground an idea is an icecream, a pile of leaves or a rake or something

Onky reason it got denied the first time was because it's offensive towards the designers. It was a what-if scenario on if this got in game or not. It would be rude towards designers that spent days to weeks on a single skin and thay skin got rejected.

It's very disappointing because I do like simple skins.
