I think if u make colour little lighter, would be easier to add shadows

Then add strands of hair going down how u imagined it

If u dont like solution do dark base and add lighter colours

And about the flow of hair, i personally suggest that u play with it a little, see what u could do to make it betted, add a curves on certain places, overlaps, also its good to add some single strands of hair it makes it more natural

this is GORGEOUS. i love how the ombre effect on the bg item, those black circles compliment it sm as well🤩 ||fun fact: I started making a list of my favorite items but just ended up listing them all lmao|| All the details work so well and all work together harmoniously!! Nothing looks like it's out of place, which is great for a design. The only thing that is bothering me is that the mask is heavily based on lines. Maybe try adding shapes for sculpting the skull over the dark linage? I think that would make it look more 3D. Overall it's a gorgeous avatar and I'm excited to see how it turns out!! Were you thinking of adding a male as well or just having it as a gem quest?

Hey! It looks very cute so far!! Your hair shading is super impressive, it looks very natural! A few things I would change:

-In my opinion the one tooth doesn't really fit, I would add another on the other side for a more symmetric look... but that's all a taste choice/reccomendation so don't jump to change that if you don't want to xD
-I wouldn't make the bottle completely clear, maybe a very very transparent white over? That would look cleaner imo.
-I would also try adding some bubbles to the soda to make it look more ✨carbonated✨ xD
-Try adding some shading to the wrapper on the soda, a simple shape that fills the bottom would work imo!

Overall a great start. Can't wait to see what you do for the shirt and beyond!

• alright first, you can get a template in high quality by checking pinned messages (scroll a lil to find that message by Hyde)
• second, in pinned messages (again), you can see the guideline for designing (if you want to continue designing, it's the best to check it out), where it says the outlines and gradient are forbidden.
• the lines are pretty messy, use a stabilizer which will make your lines smoother.
• I'm not quite sure but it looks like it was made in low resolution of the canvas, so I'm recommending for higher quality to put canvas size to be at least 1200x1200.

The hair seems flat, especially at the top, add more volume to it. The fringe is wobbly and is kind of messy.

The shirt isnt properly filled in i see some body skin at the edges. The collar is uneveen, smoothen that out.

Tbh I think mouth, hat and shirt of this skin are perfect and your design level is really (like I mean really good), but for my own taste I still think the eyes are too big (the iris expecially) and the hair need more shading of the same color you used to do the side face strains of hair. it's, uh, sorta messy
hair shadows are made with blur brushes -> you shouldn't use them, they're not allowed (+ the shadows seem to outline the hair, which isn't great)
hairline is placed too high, try to lower it
shirt is only placed on the template, try to not have it only placed there - add more shape to it
use mirror tools for stuff like shirts/masks + the mask should also hide the nose?
hair looks like it goes behind the back, and it might look weird with other shirt items

also, shirt/mask shadows are needed, probably

i think you should change the eyes, its already official from wwo, try to come up with your own designs but it's ok if you find it difficult, maybe you can copy some eyes from wwo and remodel it. the mask looks a bit weird to me, try to widen it and cover the nose too

the shirt looks fine, but you should lower the hairline and make the hair not go behind the back like @timber mural said
